Buyer beware!!! Ordered flowers online for Christmas delivery, and unfortunately The Flower and Gift Shop in Stockton was contracted to fulfill the order. Not only was the bouquet received smaller than the one ordered online, but it was entirely different than the one ordered. I called to question the order, and a lady told me she had not received complaints from anyone else and that even though I ordered the larger bouquet online, the online charge does not pay the contractor enough to cover more flowers. It was excuse after excuse. Ironically, my daughter ordered flowers for me online for Mothers Day, and you guessed it. . . The Flower and Gift Shop in Stockton once again delivered a sad looking bouquet with wilted flowers with brown ends and purple dead flowers dropping leaves. When my daughter questioned the order with the online company, they said they would send out a new bouquet. I immediately received a call from the owner of The Flower and Gift Shop questioning the complaint. She said they delivered several flower orders today and mine was the only complaint. She said, we have a 5 star rating. She continued to try and intimidate me. I asked how she planned on rectifying the situation, and she said we dont do redeliveries. Extremely unprofessional and rude. As she continued her justification for poor quality, I realized it was the same lady that I spoke with regarding my Christmas order. It was the same story. Buyer beware!!!

Buyer beware! If you are looking for dead flowers and poor customer service look no further! This company delivers poor quality flowers and if you complain they call back to harass and verbally abuse the GIFT RECIPIENT with a fictitious story about how they have delivered to x amount of customers that day and you are the only one to complain. They also proceed to blame the customer even thought the product is clearly damaged and refuse to correct the issue. Instead, they explain they didnt give you the upgradedCorrect version of the flowers that you ALREADY PAID FOR because they dont make enough money off of them.I purchased through FTD and a separate online flower broker and was unfortunate enough to get this company twice. The fake story with excuses confirmed that it was the same place that refused to give us the correct order over Christmas and was the reason I tried to switch companies to avoid them for Mothers Day! So dont be fooled or should I say scammed by this company. Spend your money on a company that will actually deliver what you are paying for and avoid the debacle that is this so called flower shop!

No flowers at that shop. I drove there and the place was empty.
