Love shopping for deals there! They have the cutest selection of toys for the kids. They really work hard on organizing the store and it makes it easier to find the toys your looking for! I love shopping for clearance items as well! Seems like children out grow toys super fast these days! One week they want a specific you and the next week they are board with it and asking for a new one! Love shopping at toys R us!!!

Nothing is more fun than a real toy store. They can simply carry a wider variety of toys than any large department store you section. I needed to kill an hour before an appointment while traveling with two young boys. I took them here and easily kept them entertained fort the full hour. My oldest grabbed some multiplication flash cards and a small Lego set and my youngest grabbed a few construction trucks. I also noticed security monitoring there parking lot...a nice bonus. My only complaint is that the prices seem about 10% too high. But still...I miss the full sized toy stores of my youth and am happy to see some are still around.

So glad I went into the store! I was browsing 8 different gift options on Amazon, and couldnt make up my mind. I went into Toys R Us and actually seeing the toys made the choice so much easier! I wound up picking something I hadnt even considered on Amazon and it ended up being my little guys favorite gift.

I would highly suggest that they get a janitor to clean their bathrooms. No one wants to use something that looked like that when we went to go use the bathroom. We went somewhere else.Everything else in the store is nice and neat, but those bathrooms got them three stars instead or four or five.I like that they have the birthday club. We love their toys and games. Its sad that so many stores closed, but if all of their bathrooms looked like that, I can see why.

Love taking my daughter here. For being a toy store it is pretty clean and organized. There is also a good selection of different toys and brands here.

Im happy to learn this as the place is still friendly and clean and the cashiers and workers helped me get all I was looking even if it took some time. Love coming to this place with my toy needs.

As a geek neering 40, I have been to a lot of Toys R Us stores. This one has very good personnel, even at holiday rush season.In a perfect world, there are never problems, but since this is the real world, at least the employees work toward a solution that makes me feel important and dont abandon me if it gets hard.A few things that were remedied with good results were returns, lay-away, gift card, online purchases.

Went for Geoffreys birthday celebration. Geoffrey was out sick (it happens once a month, seriously?), they were out of plushies for the kids birthdays but they substituted a Geoffrey Lego kit - for kids 7+; most of the kids there were under seven. The reader skipped portions of the book, and replaced words with his own - do you think parents cant see the oversized type? Second time horrible experience at Geoffreys birthday party. Next year well drive to a proper location like Elk Grove or Modesto where people care. To the manager - fix your location; this is the most ghetto Toys r Us I have ever been to.

Toys of plastic and metal and fake hair! Fantastic deals and a lovely selection of dress up makeup and princess crowns. Many toys of Yetis, which is awesome sauce.

The place was trashed inside. There was equal amounts of products on the floor as on the shelves. I know this reflects on the following; 1. Low socioeconomic status of the clientele and/or... 2. Poor management/insufficient staffing to effectively maintain store merchandise on shelves.

Great place. Went looking for infamil, and they were out on the shelf and the customer service lady called someone and they had it in there go backs. Now thats customer service. Little things like that can have a great impact on someone. Thank you

What can I say, its a Toys R Us! The store was clean and organized and the staff were attentive and helpful. It is tucked back from the road and not clearly visible if you havent been there before.

Wasnt the same. Going out of business is like losing my favorite toy store. They have some things you cant find anywhere else. Things that were made for that store specifically. Now the shelves are bare and some kids wont know ever what its like to be a kid where a kid CAN BE a kid. Ya know.

Store is pretty organized and seems much cleaner then it did a few years back. They employees are also fairly quick to offer assistance and checkout was very quick and painless.

Awesome place to bring my kinds to pick out toys they get to see and play around with first. They also hold monthly/quarterly activities for kids which is great

So much merchandise, easy to get lost in he store, just looking at stuff. Going out ofbusiness but sale prices are still at 20-30% off the inflated regular price. Ill go back after prices drop more.

Horrible service, they are not redeeming customers for their money back on gift cards! I wouldn t even give a star, its bs. Thats money that they should be giving back not taking, its a scam.

This place this shop is in, is little down and doesnt feel that good. 4 stars for the nice staff they have.

So many toys for your kiddos to gets lost in looking at. We could spend so much time here on any given day. Its a shame it is closing down. So much wonder I have witness in my childrens eyes as we wandered the aisles.

They Already Closed Down In Late June 2018 As Well As The BabiesRUs In Stockton. But Since They Are Making A Comeback Under The New Company, I Really Hope That They Will Reopen Soon.
