Best Al pastor tacos in town. My brother says their lengua is the best hes had. Ive tried other items here besides the Al pastor and am always disappointed. To ight I got a fish taco and spit it out. But luckily they put an extra Al pastor in the box so I wasnt too upset. Note to self: dont order anything beside Al pastor at El Mayita.

Excellent pork tacos! Love the lil pineapple included. My absolute fave. And the shrimp tacos are great too. Ive also had the burritos and they are stuffed with goodies. Be prepared for a line during lunch and dinner hours. But they are fast, clean and efficient. Ive tried several taco trucks, but I think this is the ONE!

Came over for a taste since my teenager and my 21 year old daughter come here so much and I realize wow these tacos are hearty come here hungry because you’ll get a pretty big helping your tacos you decorate yourself lots of toppings to choose from ! They also have free bean soup which comes in handy on a very cold day. Good music and a chill atmosphere, inside anyway. I’m referring to the 2518 East Fremont Street location . March lane has a taco truck . I recommend this place to everyone I know and meet . Love that rib they put along with the tacos . No extra charge as know any way . Thank you 🙏🏽

Best pastor in the 209. They char it a little bit here which adds alot of flavor and a home made feel to it. Also the meat is chunky here so every bite SMACKS! The sauces they use are perfectly balanced. Its no wonder why these people had not one but TWO trucks in the same lot by in n out.

This is one of the best taco trucks Ive ever been to no exaggeration. I was referred here by a client and they werent lying. I got the shrimp quesadilla and it was great. They soak or season their onions in some hot sauce and it was fire!!! This will be my go to spot in Stockton now.

This place is authentic, delicious and most importantly consistent!!!!! The Al pastor is the stand out for me, but everything is good. Order mild if you cant handle spice.

Our go to burrito place in town. They’ve added another truck, Birrialandia. Same owner but more offerings! Fries, ramen, pizza in addition to tacos and burritos! Perfect spot to grab a quick meal. Don’t forget to ask for the El Mayita Sauce!

Alittle on the pricy side but one of the best food truck in Stockton area! Came here on work trip and local friend decided to bring me here for lunch. $10 for the all meat burrito and all meat is ALL MEAT. Wait is alittle long during lunch time so keep that in mind. It def is one of the best burrito I have ever have! I normally don’t eat burrito) lolParking is challenging here because it’s at a gas station and the wait is long but it’s worth the wait!

El Mayita has the best al pastor tacos in Stockton. Having a lot of tacos in my time and theres no truck in town that can touch their al pastor. the beef and chicken tacos are delicious as well. Yes you can! with Lance McHan

The food truck randomly caught my eye while driving to get some food at a nearby restaurant. I had to stop by to try it out. I ended up getting four tacos. Two asada, one pastor, and a tripas taco. I have got to say that all the tacos tasted great. I liked the asada tacos the most, and would recommend them to anyone who is indecisive on what is to eat. For those not accustomed to some spice in their food I warn you that they got a nice kick. All in all, I would recommend this place to anyone driving by.

Quality has gone way down. This was the second time I was very dissatisfied. Seems like they dont care anymore. Pastor was burnt and trips were almost raw. I need to find a new place. Sad, I used to like this taco truck.

Nasty. Not the same anymore. Rice was undercooked, beans seemed like they were fresh out the can and chalky. Carne asada was ok. I should have taken the warning by getting in the Barrialandia line instead and waited it out!!!

Tacos and burritos are good! One of the best ones in Stockton. They always have a line, thats how you know theyre good.

So far Ive only had one dish, but I feel pretty confident about giving them five stars because they have a signature dish that is out of this world. The Mulita with carne asada (steak) is just delicious!Imagine if you will two flour tortillas with cheese and bacon melted in the middle. You fold it over and eat it like a taco and it just screams with rich flavors from the asada, grilled onions, chili, cheese, and bacon. Just bananas.

Very good quesadillas. I would give 5 stars but the night crew is so much better than the day crew. I definitely notice the difference in my quesadilla depending what shift made it.

Super Burritos were so good. They were big. The shrimp burrito was just as big. Salsa is hot lol even the green. But it was bomb!! Wasnt a lot of people on this day but this is a popular spot.

Been eating here for years, loved it, always gave it 5 star reviews on trip advisor. But last night was served rancid rotten carne asada, it smelled and tasted rotten. And when I messaged them they told me it was “dry aged”. Ridiculous! My entire family works in the food industry, I know what off meat is. Disappointing, won’t be eating here again.

Best damn tacos this side of Stockton California

My Al Pastor burrito was not good! Had big hunks of red colored rubbery meat. I pulled the meat out and didnt eat it. It was like it wasnt cooked enough. Its suppose to be BBQ meat off a spit. Not hunks of tough pork. It also lacked flavor.What happened? Ive had it before and it was good.Bad cook today or what?

Anytime we passed theres always a line so we decided to try it. I had a quesadilla with just chicken and cheese my husband had a burrito. They gave me three huge delicious quesadillas filled with deliciously seasoned chicken and my husband really liked his vegetarian burrito. Will be visiting again soon. We felt it was very reasonably priced for all the food we received

Food was great the problem was the cashier. I paid for everything went to pick up my food and my drinks and she ask me to pay for the drinks again. This is the last time I visit this place again. The cashier lady have a bad attitude.

Was once one of my favorite taco trucks but the long lines must have gone to their heads. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but on more than one occasion Ive received cold meat beef instead of chicken and fluctuating prices. The consistency just isnt there. I will never eat there again. They only take cash and do not give you a receipt. They are extremely over priced to be a food truck. When I got my food they shorted me two tacos. When I brought it to their attention they said I did not order them even though my son and I heard her repeat the order. Finally, they charge full price for vegetarians tacos.I’m done paying restaurants prices for food truck vendors.

I love the asada tacos. Some staff is nice and one girl is always a little rude but Im just there for the shrimp and asada tacos.I try the pastor and they were too salty for me but thats just me dont get me wrong. Love the mayita😊

Dissapointed. Overpriced, fat instead of flavor, long lines and rude service. We stopped there because it was close to I-5 freeway and we were on our way back to Orange County. I hope that not all of the taco trucks in NorCal are like that. The owners should come to Santa Ana in OC and see how the real Mexican food taste like and how to serve customers in a fast and polite manner.

Truth is, this place is alright. Its not the best but its not the worse. Ive only gotten their super burrito de carne asada so Im only basing my review off of the burrito. The flavor is pretty good and the price is fairly cheap (common amongst taco trucks). What makes this place better than the rest is that it is open really late. Most taquerias close around 9pm. Ive been served at this taco truck as late as 1am.

Overpriced for the quality of the food. I tried the tacos and there was no meat, just chewy parts. I was told their salsa was spicy but it wasn’t. I only tried this place because a friend told me to check it out. And honestly this placed is OVERHYPED. Not worth it

Food was ok, they really need to work in customer service the lady would not give me my full change, if she had said it was her tip I would have not mind one bit but just refusing to give full change, just because that dont work with me.

Always see a lot of people there so said why not just got four asada tacos and a torta !! Between the four tacos and the torta most of it was filled with fat and no meat tasted terrible and there damn near double the price of most taco trucks. Place is overrated and overhyped. Will not return!!

Im a regular customer at this taco truck. Despite the prices going up rather rapidly in the last year I returned yet again because you can not put a prize on good food. Tonight, however I took big disappointment when I began to eat my carne asada tacos...it turns out that I ate ground beef tacos instead of carne asada tacos. The flavor was definitely NOT the same. The texture of the meat WAS OBVIOUSLY NOT THE SAME because it was not carne asada. Im no expert in meats but I sure do know what the difference is between ground beef and carne asada. I hope this was only the case today because for ground beef tacos I can always go somewhere else like Taco Bell.

The truck close to the street was a long line, so I went to the other one thats in the back. I asked whats the difference? Cool cat that meant business and aimed to please says people dont know but they sell a lot of the same stuff and more. My girlfriend and 100% satisfied. She said shell never go to the other one now. Lol. And as good as it IS (eating now) were coming back.

Order was messed up due to miscommunication but I came back up here and they are fixing it. Im so happy b/c I love them.

All I ever get is the Al Pastor. It is delicious in tacos and burritos, but I like it best in burritos. They are not skimpy on the meat and they are always full of flavor! They have grilled pineapple and cactus too. I enjoy my burrito every time I go.

My favorite place for burritos in all of Stockton. The one place I dont mind waiting 20 minutes in line for. Service is.. questionable to say the least but Ive never had issues and the food definitely makes up for it. They do forget salsa sometimes so you should remind them to be safe.

By far the best tacos I’ve had so far in Stockton. I moved to Stockton a little over a year ago, and I thought I had found a spot, but El Mayita has taken first place! I tried 3 tacos, one was campechana, one asada, and one pastor. I’m a “unofficially” a food critic, and I promise these tacos won’t disappoint! Didn’t take any pics...I was too excited & it smelled too good for a photo session!

EL Mayita food truck is the go to taco truck! The food is amazing and well worth the wait. The area is well maintained and very organized. They even have speakers so you can hear your order if your waiting in your car. We highly recommend this taco truck.

Didnt add sourcream on my tacos but charged me for it thats my fault for not checking my food though... I ate the food and it messed my stomach up very badly.Today I ordered a shrimp and steak burrito for myself all I can say is the food is great in taste but Ill never eat here every again. Something must not be right with the shrimp the meat or maybe both if its keeping me running to the toilet.
