Unpleased with service. I was provided an ice machine that did not work and was delivered 2 days prior to event, therefore the ice had started to melt during the 100 degree weather we had over those couple days. We lost at least 30% of our ice. I was told the reason it was not running was due to the breakers not being able to hold the amperage once plugged in. My father in law checked the amperage being pulled from the unit which was way too high for the unit to run. I texted pictures to the owner laying the situation out. I left the owner a voicemail. No response to either. I even went as far as stating I would hate to leave him a negative review and gave him another chance to contact me. It showed he had READ that text message and STILL no response. Overall, did not get what I paid for, and poor communication by the owner. Had to buy ice from a local store to make up for what we had lost. I do not recommend this company for service.

The owner/manager is extremely rude and his attitude changed once he heard what my last name was. I would give a negative 10 if possible

Listed as a supplier of dry ice but they don’t supply dry ice???
