I absolutely love this bakery! This is the 3rd cake I have ordered from here and she does a fantastic job every time! The only complaint I have this time is I ordered a strawberry and banana cake and it barely had any in there.

Ordered some cupcakes for a family member here, and they were incredible. Apparently, Fizz Bakery has been voted best in Stockton several times. I can see why. They also sell scratch made cookies and pastries. It looks like they make custom cakes as well. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quality bakery in Stockton.

I had an amazing experience with this bakery for my wedding not only was she very easy to work with the prices were great I would highly recommend. There was not even a crumb left my guest absolutely enjoyed every piece! Thank you so much to his bakery for making my day very special.

Great little bakery gem hidden in a small strip shopping bldg. Their cakes are moist, not too sweet, great varieties and simply just good! Even for day-old cupcakes! I always end up getting a dozen for the local firehouses as a thank you.

Bakery has great cupcakes!!! Excellent service. I picked up all of the day old cupcakes and they were still AWESOME. Added a half dozen to take to my husbands work, they loved them. Saw some Beautiful cakes they were working on, cantt wait to have an event to order a cake.

We were searching for a real deal baker and came across Fizz one day. Happy to say we finally found what we were looking for. Pink champagne cupcakes are my favorite! But all the cakes weve tried are awesome and full of flavor.

I love this bakery!!! Weve purchased the grab-n-go treats (cookies, cupcakes, lennon bars, and etc) and custom items for years. They are always helpful and the food is delicious. Oh, dont sleep on the half price day old items. Its a great way to try items you normally dont. Be warned, youll end up with new favorites. I highly recommend this business.

Personally I get excited in anticipation of walking through the door. I know what I want and cant wait. Then I see all those amazing Cupcakes, fruit filled Turn Overs, & Pockets & oversized Cookies and then I forget what I wanted when I walked in.Their cakes look like they could be in a Gallery instead of a Bakery. They have an exhibition work area and if your lucky, one of the bakers will be creating one of the best tasting works of art...ever.Fizz Bakery is by far The Best Bakery for miles around.

Everything is amazing! The ladies there are super sweet too. If you go early they have half off day old goods. They made my God sons first birthday cake and it was so adorable and tasted great.

I ordered a cake for a birthday party. It was vanilla cake with white chocolate cream. The cake was literally so beautiful - it made my day when I got it, but after cutting it and eating it, my fears came true. I couldn’t taste the difference between frosting, cake, and white chocolate - it was too sweet and the white chocolate was caked up in the top parts of the slices, like thick pieces of chocolate. So do I think it’s worth the price, no I don’t. I paid literally almost 6 dollars per slice- cake was for 32 slices, and I think that’s too pricey for all looks and no flavor.

Due to covid19 must wear a mask, but then they cake the most beautiful cakes 🎂.

I got a Mickey Mouse theme 2 tier cake ordered for my toddlers bday . Told themSpecifically to combine 2 flavors ( red velvet and chocolate) but only got chocolate. Asked then not to use buttercream filling and they did exactly that . Way too sweet filling with very dense cake . Also , that don’t do home delivery . I m thoroughly disappointed.

From entering and smelling the best bakery of your life to tasting their delicious filled-cupcakes, cookies, and cinnamon rolls ( just to name a few) this bakery has it all. Highly recommend this place to even the toughest of people to please. The pastries not only look great but taste amazing. Really friendly and helpful service as well. I order a cake to surprise my aunt. Yet the surprise was for me when the cake looked amazing BUT the taste was just not what I had ordered. There was no Guava flavor what so ever. Yes the bread is moist but no flavor. The cake was $55 and for this I rather had got my cake at Costco for the same decoration yet way better taste. I am very disappointed!!!!!

Some of the pastry is good but high in price.cakes are definitely high priced.poor customer service - no greetings, no smiles, no interactions, except for the questions I asked & I got those answers.The 1 chocolate dipped almond coconut cookie I bought had a white hair strand in it- good thing I saw it.

Sensitive to almost all food known to man! However, their sugar free vegan cookies are perfect!. It is hard to find a combination of both vegan and sugar free that actually taste great. Will enjoy until they realize that they can actually charge double for these cookies because of the expensive ingredients

The staff is super friendly. Everything I have tried here is top notch. This is what baked goods should taste like! I LOVE the lemon bars, the apple turnovers are super good as well! I am working across the street and I am working on eating my weight in lemon bars.

Went to this place to order 2 custom cakes for my son and daughter birthday party. Did not want to help us and very rude like my money was not good enough for the dump. Glade I did not purchase the cakes seen roaches behind the counter and in display case. To bad I could not get pictures they rushed us out before we could. Did put a call into health inspection department.

Hand made ...classic pastrues,pies,cookies and a whole lot more. Beautifully decorated and stacked up high. Wonderful staff with smiles to go for miles... tries a few different times and all fresh and full of old world hand made care ... love it

Omg if you want great desserts that are made with true care and heart this place is awesome. Also you can get freaking off the chain keto desserts. This is really why I go here keto cheesecake, cookies, and more. They know what they are doing. Would recommend people look into this place.

Ordered a banana cake filled with strawberry for my husband birthday and the cake didnt even taste like banana was the first time I ever ordered from here and on top of everything i paid $55 dollars for it. No one wanted to easy the cake how embarrassing.

The cake was beautifully and perfectly executed and delivery to the event was prompt. When I saw my cake for the first time, I was in love! And the cake was delicious, moist, and soft! I received so many compliments from my guests. They went for seconds, even thirds! Lol. I chose the vanilla cake with bavarian cream filling and caramel whipped frosting. I love this bakery, and Tiffany the owner is the best. The cupcakes here all have a delicious filling.. Her Lemon filled cupcakes are amazing and her prices are affordable. I come here often and even had her bake my daughters cupcakes, cake pops and dye pretzels for our dessert display table.. Even thought Tiffany was extremely busy that weekend she accommodated our Occasion.. Really love this bakery, and I offered a few of her cupcakes to a fav pizza restaurant in Pleasanton and even gave some to neighbors as a gift and everyone ask where did you gets these cupcakes.. Fizz Bakery doesnt disappoint!!!
