When I entered the building i noticed only one person wearing a mask. I asked the young man who came to help if he would please wear a mask. He refused. I let him know my wife has autoimmune problems and that I was 75. I was in “the kill zone” if I were to get Covid and that the new variant was highly contagious, even if one were vaccinated (I am vaccinated). He refused my request. Fortunately, a woman helped who was happy to put on a mask, I gave them a one star because of his lack of concern for the public. My next phone I will purchase from the Verizon Store on Pacific.

I was very pleased with the help and service from Robert. I did not feel rushed, he knew what products he had on hand and immediately offered to order whatever I asked about, if he didn’t have it. He explained how my phone would be Free by keeping my service for two years, especially when I really didn’t want to owe any “bills” for the phone. After explaining, I understood. He was patient, pleasant and professional. I’m hope this former forever AT&T customer will love Verizon. One more link to cut with AT&T and I’m DONE with them forever!!

I purchased some accessories on Saturday and Jesus helped me. When I got home and opened the box it was missing the charging cord. I went back at 10 am on Sunday since the door said they open at 10 am. I waited an hour because management apparently hadn’t changed the hours on the door. Jesus was great and apologized that his manager hadn’t changed the door from Christmas hours, REALLY, it’s the end of January already. I gave it 1 star because of this. Jesus was very kind and did his job well!

Very capable people. They got me set up. This is something that a novice could not have done on my own! All the screens, links, passwords etc is way too much to figure out on your own.

I am very disappointed with the service here. My mother (not the account holder) went in for a new phone and was completely taken advantage of. Yes, she got a nice new phone as well as other unnecessary devices. However, there were lines added and changes made to my plan without my consent. I do not recommend this place for anyone who is looking for honesty.

I very recently purchased new devices and I spent several hours there at that store. Katherine was outstanding and provided excellent and knowledgeable customer service. I really like the desk set up format where the customers sit while talking with the sales person to review your account and set up your new devices or whatever assistance is needed by the customer.I’m very pleased with the experience and quality time I spent there.

Amazing experience! This is by far the best cellphone buying experience we have ever had. The staff is unbeatable! We had 4 strait days of drama and headaches from sprint so when we came into Verizon we where already frustrated and sick of it! Natalie and her team took amazing care of us, we had an unusual situation with our previous phone provider and they took it upon themselves to make sure they went above and beyond to help us get through the problem. I can’t speak for other Verizon locations but the people at the Trinity parkway location are outstanding and I would highly recommend to anybody! Thank you so much for all your help!!!

I recommend going to a authentic Verizon store and not victra retail store. They take my time and tell you about there promotion there having and when you agree they say sorry we dont have a phone for you come back in two days. Two days later still no phone. This is a phone store right? Never mind Ill take my business elsewhere. Then I get a bill from them and when I call the store they dont return my calls.

Amera Addi, the store manager, was Extremely helpful. She really took her time answer all our questions about our new phones. Its true that the store wasnt real busy while we were there, so she may not always have that much time, but she seemed to have plenty of staff to take care of people. If I lived in this area, or if Im ever traveling through again, this will be my Verizon store.

Phone was not ready when promised. Had to go back next day. Wasnt happy about that but when I did finally get phone the service was good.

They dont have a Jim Broz policy so they get four stars for not dealing with the fact that they consistently sell me a service that does not exist except in the depths of some ai server. Two hrs to get a new fone with my telephone number. After my latest two year stint. Other that this most likely user issues, unknown non existent plan that I had just been paying on for twenty four months. The do have the best coverage and if you lived where I live and travel like I travel and in a total of a ten years had only had one dropped call while driving over the Altamonte pass and servise where all the locals insist there is no service. ...I have no choice and I dont mind when the best is available and the only thing that gets her done Everytime ...no choice turns out to be the best choice

Took way too long at the verizon store. The retailer was friendly and helpfull and made sure my data plan was current snd saved me. However the internet inside was so slow it made checking out a hassle. All i came in for was two galaxy watches. The physical watches were right there but the system was preventing me from checking out. You would think the Verizon store would have a crisp connection to their OWN network...

The new remodel was shocking.I guess the main building moved to the mall where best buy is located on Pacific ave.The people at the trinity location where super helpful and they didnt make me feel rushed. I can always count on them.Love this place.

I helped my mom Cynthia with the I Phone 7 vs the 7 plus. She went to her store of choice above and found that the staff had a big change. Tania Montano aka as Truthful Tania by her manager Natalie, asked how she could help. My mom walked in with her I Phone 4 and said I think I need a new phone. The store had an inviting atmosphere and welcomed her with open arms. My mom explained her trouble with the previous staff and had refused to walk back into this store, which she has been going to for the last 10yrs and is a 20yr customer with Verizon. Needless to say my mom was so excited when she walked in the door with her new I Phone 7, accessories, as well as a new Samsung tablet with keyboard. I want to thank Natalie, and especially Tania for taking such good care of her. I also invite all who may have had any bad experiences in the past, to give the new staff of 6mos a try. They will not disappoint!!!

Been going to this store for years now and it is not the same, Felipe didn’t seem to know what he was doing, looked very confused he was plugging my wife’s phone in to his computer and now the phone is name Felipe’s phone, not just the new one but her old one To, like it’s not his phone so why is his name coming up, he would keep saying stuff that didn’t make sense, his customer service was not good I will not be going back!!!
