They don’t really know how to network unlock. I went to them to network unlock a paid iphone 8 plus I purchased from apple but was locked by t-mobile. They charged me $101. Before I inserted my debit card, I asked the girl cashier there if “will I get a full refund back if you don’t get it unlocked?”. She asked someone on her phone and then said “yes yes if it doesn’t work, we’ll refund you it”. I said okay, that sounds sweet. I insert my card and do the payment, give my imei number and she then later proceeds to tell me “..about the refund, we can only give you back the $3 fee for paying with debit card”. I don’t know about you guys but, that was a scam. She then said “we’ll call you in 1-4 days to let you know if it did or did not work”. Not a single call since last month.

Good customer service. Yet I was so unhappy with the application and the material. I waited for this for 2 weeks and to get a screen protector that just protects from scratches not what I want. Very slow! and they cant unlock my iCloud account like they said they would. Then they changed their mind saying they couldnt do it and kept my iPhone and ipod for a long time and never told me what was going on until. I had too call and ask. Plus the timing was unbelievable at times and way too expensive. I wouldnt ever recommend it.
