I bought a car from them less than 2 months ago and the check engine light is on ...I called them and they gave me another phone number I called and no answer.....

The guys were very welcoming(as any auto sales man would be). They had 2 different lots. A pretty big variety of cars. We drove off the lot with a Buick, but when we got home, I started smelling antifreeze. My husband & my Dad blew it off as if I was trippin. A week later, we were leaking antifreeze. But coming from Vallejo back to Stockton, come and find out, the water pump went out. But S&S took care of it. All in all, my experience with them was pretty good. Until you start to deal with PAC-PREMIER AUTO CREDIT. If youre not cashing out for a vehicle at this lot, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Other than that, my husband loves his Buick..

I have to say that Lucky, the sales person was nice and very up front about the cost and discount. However after purchasing the car the Customer service has been horrible. No matter the issues I can never get a call back from ANY of the numbers or extensions I have. The only way I can get any assist is to first start with Lucky, a sales person who has to stop his work and call around. Although I appreciate his help I shouldnt have to go through this route in order to get simple questions answered. They need to quickly hire some new people to help them change the level of service or theyll continue to have low scores. The company is way too big and been around long enough to have worked these issues out already.So Id give the car and the purchase experience a 4, and the customer service a 2.

Nothing but lemons, i bought a 2013 silverado from there about 5 months ago now, the truck looked and worked great for the first 2 months, after that it was nothing but engine trouble to the point 2 cylinders lost compression. had to get the heads replaced at my cost as they can never give you a straight answer, you can tell they were never taught honesty but to only take advantage. And not only that but also till this day ive never recieved a registration or current tags for the vehicle, everytime i call them its always a classic ill call you back and just end up playing athe sitting duck game. i would suggest trying your luck anywhere else other than here.

Great staff service awesome but when you buy a couple cars from them theres No customer appriciation..the management rude and never is there anyons above the salesmen to direct concerns with advertises cars 8,995 yet paying 11,500 for a car i agreed to pay 7,995. And they towed it for me charged me $ 300.00 who does that to a re-acurring customer. Never a latd payment and they repo it and charge me for it...you get it, so thats my oppinion.

Bought a SUV here. Have had problems with it ever since the warranty expired. I would recommend going anywhere else except here. Would trust randoms on Craigslist first.

Do not buy a car from this place !! I bought a used car from here and had nothing but problems with it. The car dealership sent it to there mechanic who said he fixed it and they never fixed the problem with the car. This place sells vehicles that have issues and do not solve the problem. Eventually the vehicle broke down on me they refused to fix the vehicle. There vehicle are over priced. Eventually I stopped payments because they refused to fix this problem and they had no choice but to repo the vehicle which now is on my credit report. I was left with a vehicle that didnt work and a piece of junk.

I had a great experience with the workers of S&S auto sales. I worked with Miguel who was a very kind and understanding gentleman. He worked extremely hard and put a lot of his time and energy into giving us the best deal on the vehicle we were looking at. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to come look here. Their staff is amazing and will do everything they possibly can to do business with you.

Ive bought several cars from here. The cars are decent. Jose is the best. Love him to the moon and back..The only thing is the account reps have too much attitude when your payment is a few days late. Things happen.. Hopefully their customer service skills improve.

I purchase my 2006 Buick last September 5 months ago. Took it to my Mechanic he said I need a new transmission that going to cost 3000.00 dollars. I don’t have that kind of money. I just purchased a vehicle from S&S, and the experience from start to finish has been EXCELLENT!! Friendly salesman named Harvey greeted us. Helped us find vehicles that fit our budget. Explained everything and answered any questions we had. Hed even double check things just to be certain there was no false information given. I love my car. What I was told i qualified for and looked at, was NOT what I ended up with. The car I was presented with was not even among the 8 I was shown. I let them know I would be coming before work. After keeping me there for almost 6 hours, I was not excited to drive away in my car but I was THANKFUL. Over priced.

Im going to start by saying I was very hesitant to go to S&S but I was in desperate need of a car & didnt have very much $$$ for a down payment but Harry was willing to work with me. He helped me get into a decent car at a decent price & was able to work with me on my down payment. Every other dealership I went to didnt even give me chance & he did. The car he was able to put me in may not be the car of my dreams but its definitely a nice (fully loaded) low miles that is reliable & will work until I m able to get into the car I desire. Please please please DO NOT make the same mistake I did!!!! Do not buy a car from this place! Great sales man but Horrible quality! Sure the cars look good but do they run good is the question! I brought a car 2 days ago and the check engine light is on already. Appearently its a 1200$ job. The Transmission and engine is NO good at all! I will be taking Legal Action!

Frauds. I had a recall on my car that they knew about on my transmission and they still sold me the car did not fix it. Check engine came on 2 weeks after me having it they give 30 day warranty so I took it back and They said it was the converter and that was it a few weeks later the engine light came on again coming to find out it was a failing transmission clutch and I brought that to their attention that I was going to get my lawyers involved I’d they don’t not take care of this situation No one has even taken a look at the car I’ve been trying to reach some one for months. I just start receiving phone calls from a different financing company saying that s and s auto sales sold my contract to them to And they need information from me. I never agreed to have my contract switched with nobody.

I recently posted a comment and sad to say,I have to admit my car experience has turned out to be a night mare.the cars they sell are junk cars..I bought a second car Lexus Rx and bad breaks I was told back breaks replaced..However I am still riding on bad front breaks..when I told Jose he stated theyre good. Not True 2700$ down 400$ month I have to get new breaks.Im so disappointed with Harry.

They are a total rip off I purchased a 2007 Honda from 209 motors whom has a partnership with s&s to handle in house financing for $7800.00 in 1-2019 and put down $2200.99 and made three car notes in the amount of $286 and another driver totaled the car out. My insurance company called them to settle and they told them the payoff amount is $7317.00 stating I’m required to pay a $1921.00 finance fees which was based on a 30 month loan time frame that actually only lasted for three months!! Do not trust them they are a total rip off and do NOT ever buy a car from them!!

A year after paying off my extremely overpriced financed vehicle, these crooks REFUSE to send my clear title, theyre still lien holder and literally ignored the now 8 requests to rectify. They have no ethics morals values or even respect for the law and im forced to hire an attorney because I cant sell it so im stuck paying storage fees. These people are truly criminals and not a sliver of a conscience. I have ALL the proof of my begging for my rightful title and to save another innocent consumer, ill gladly share my info in hopes you pick any other second rate dealership, there are many who dont care about credit and youill actually get to own your paId off vehicle one day and not deal with rude, controlling, thiefs that will make your life hell just because you called them out on the expensive lies. They pass the buck.. sales oh so quick to sell you a car you cant afford and will be lucky tp ever legally own, but call needing help, they know nothing and some dont speak English, customer service hasnt once returned a call and the owner doesnt give any form of concern and so corrupt theyd rather be sued than follow through on the contract they require you to sign, and have no shame at all. Terrible, I mean awful criminals here. RUN.. again if you need proof.. easily provided, im positive once you see the undeniable proof of the corruption and dishonesty, youill reconsider ever stepping foot on their lot. Good riddance, once attorney wraps this up, ill post the legal documents. Just bought a car from S&S autosales yesterday. And we absalutly love it!

Horrible quality! Bought a car from this place 2hours later my check engine light comes on, not even a day and a half later my tires have a slowleak. Took it to my father which is a certified mechanic and he says they rigged it up and put sale on the car which sounds just about right to me! I told the lot they said they think its just a sensor so I went and got an diagnostic check myself and its $1700 worth of problems on the car. I dont recommend anyone going there unless you are a mechanic 🤦‍♂️! I am a full time college student and I work full time. This is so inconvenient for me!!! 🙄😠

Definitely will never recommend this dealership to anybody. I went in a couple weeks ago and had them run my credit, and let me know how much Id need down to get a car through them, The man informed me $1000 down & $500 in 30 days would work. So the guy I was dealing with told me come in before the months over & Ill put you in a car. So today I went in with my $1000 in hand like the dealer said. And guess what? I walked out without a car because he Now says, his BOSS requires us to put down $1500 for ANY car, and still pay $500 30 days later. Even for a $4,999 Buick. (They supposeably in house finance BTW,guess they just didnt want my money) This shows right here they will only approve who they want!! I know someone personally who went in with no credit, & walked out in a 2013 Nissan for $500 down!!

Hey I bought my 2012 Chevy Malibu a month ago from the SNS auto dealership I was someway I took it to the Chevy dealership in Fremont in the bay area they told me I need a whole new engine I have had the car all over 30 days now .

Horrible service to go with the horrible vehicle they sold me. Buying a 2008 silverado. 2 weeks after I got the truck the Tranny went out. They refused to cover the cost of a truck rental. Came to 1,012 dollars for the 9 days I needed a rental. Check engine light went on two days later. Tire monitor system light followed. All together the worst purchase I have ever made. I wish I could rate them at zero stars. Bad business! Bad service! Bad vehicles! STAY CLEAR OF THEIR DEALERSHIP

I bought a 2002 buick century from them and they sold me a lemon and then when I demanded them to fix it they took my car kept it for a couple of days and then told me my loan wasnt approved and they didnt want to give me my money back I had to go up there and yell and scream to get a refund. They put the car right back on the lot to sale it to someone else. They are theifs... and scam artist. They sold me the car with bad motor mounts,bad tires,no horn,messed up blinkers,bad brakes.oil in the tramission fluid...
