Hello to whoever crosses this stores path, beware NOMASKS. I have visited this store countless times and every time I go I HATE IT. The old man that helped me was arrogant and very rude. He was super snobby about the shoes.Im sure he ups the prices of the shoes just to make more money. They shouldreally work on getting rid of the old thumb looking old man. Work on your ugly attitude.Therefore, Learn how to treat customers and WEAR UR FREAKING MASKS, i dont givea doo doo if your vaccinated stop being such a wuss and wear a MASK!!

I was sadly unsurprised by the terrors of this store. Thee was almost scammed by the sickly pale bulbous man who is named the manager. To be this unprofessional has surely made my faith for retail stores die completely. For I urge you reading to save your time and money and find a more reasonable store.

Extremely unprofessional and rude. I accompanied a friend there several weeks ago and one of the employees was very rude to my friend who was looking for some orthotics. I am also very sure that the prices are inflated because I had helped my friend look online before going in and these prices were INSANE!!! Anyhow, one employee was very rude when we would ask questions to him, and just had a very rude tone overall. There were several micro-aggressions as well like being followed around the store. I would not recommend.

I found a kip was very experienced in orthotics. He fit my foot with a great insole. Ive had insoles fitted by podiatrists before and nothing compared to his fit. He choose shoes that matched the insole they are heavier than what Im used to but very comfortable and you can see they will be long lasting. In fact if you do your research on the company they guarantee all their products for one year. I dont think can beat Foot Solutions for service and fit.Herb Schultz Satisfied customer

I went in on 05/28/21 to find my mom some shoes to fit her very swollen feet and I found just what I was looking for on the sales rack and I even found some items for my husband ankle which has been giving him a lot of problems lately. Heidi and the staff were so very helpful, excellent customer. The staff made my shopping experience very pleasant. My mother loved her new sandals and my husband was happy with his compression ankle socks and pain cream.Thank you so muchFoot Solutions

Went to the store and the lady was friendly and helpful. Convinced me that the shoes I was purchasing were the best shoes for my situation. I even asked her if some other shoes that I pointed out would be good. She said the shoes I was trying on was the best for me. I purchased them at $169.99. I wore them for 2 days and my feet hurt more then normal. They were too heavy. I work for Costco. .and explained to the lady that I walk for 8 hours a day. I should not have been recommended a heavy shoe. But I trusted her. I went in today and spoke with Ken. He was short and extremely rude right off the bat. Told me very abruptly with no kind words at all that they dont take back used shoes. He wouldnt even give me credit so I could purchase a different pair of shoes. I told him I would give him a bad review. He said go ahead. Lesson learned....dont go to a store that tricks you into buying expensive shoes that you will be stuck with and wont wear. I will be relaying this to all my Costco employees across the United States so they will know that Foot Solutions is not a trust worthy place to go to

I would like to thank the staff that found a perfect fit of shoe for my grandson, my hats off.

Worst sales people ever. Was sold shoes that were not a fit for the job. Way to sell high priced shoes to just make a dollar off people.

Chris, owner, is very helpful and knowledgeable. Steered me towards the Cadillac of comfortable shoes. Spent way too much, but comfort and no knee pain is worth every penny! I will go back. Got fitted for shoes, I mean that he put the shoes on my feet and tied them! That kind of service disappeared when I was a teen. It was nice to be served in such a fashion. I love my shoes.

My dad and our family would just like to say that Jennifer is WONDERFUL , He ordered online for the first time and really didn’t know what to expect . She returned all his calls and answered all his questions going the extra mile by calling him with the tracking information , (once he told her that he wasn’t very computer savvy ) and that he wouldn’t know where to look for update . Christina at this store is very helpful and knowledgeable. I went to the store to purchase some insoles due to my feet and knee and back of the leg have been in pain for months. I will be back to purchase some shoes. Thanks again for everything.

The lady that helped me was nice, although they being out the most comfortable and expensive shoe first. This place is very expensive. Im sure you could find the same products online for a lot cheaper if you can wait a few weeks for them to arrive.

Kip and the staff are first class. They know their business when it comes to ftting your feet for the proper shoes. My feet are cruisin like a couple of bosses in my brand new Joyas. Do yourself a favor and give your feet the attention they deserve. Its worth it.
