This Man DANNY, who owns this shop is a life saver. I am a single Mother working, going to school and Interning! I saved up enough money to get something and didnt know what or where to go! My friend referred me and I am glad she did! I couldnt afford much or extreme payments or worry about another fixer upper. This man is a man of his word! I was having trouble and he made it happen! Takes care of anything thats wrong with your car. And understands life! He has an amazing story about his life. HALT BEFORE YOU GO TO HALT AUTOMOTIVE .DROVE my 1997 lumina in for a diagnostic, was told it was MAYBE the fuel pump $900, said ill pick up my car because i cant afford it. I get there the price changed to $1200 for wires and spark plugs as well and my car would not start so id have to pay for a tow. I check my car today and seen my spark plug wires were disconnected AND my fuel pump wires were too not including the connector they snapped off my fuel line and used duct tape to try and hold it. Do not offer after hour service like the website says hence the storage fee they charged on top of the diagnosis and the tow. Place is a rip off, mechanic side is anyways. By the way i was able to drive my car again after connecting my fuel pump they disconnected and my spark plug wires. BUNCH of new codes came up after HALT automotive messed up my car.

This guy is a con artist WHO WRITES HIS OWN REVIEWS!!!I paid $6,700 for a 2006 Acura tl that looked good but had alot of miles, but he took us in his office and assured me that if anything was wrong i could bring it back and get it fixed for free, And grabbed my phone and wrote his own review when he was supposed to just find his website for me ,and right away i had to buy 4 new tires for $400. And a week or so later it started making noise so i brought it back, he did a oil change and reset the computer to get the check engine light to go off and charged me $200. Then less then a month after that it started falling apart, i found out it had a broken motor mount, bad battery and altanator, and one thing after another went wrong until finally the motor blew. DO NOT TRUST HIM!!!! He deserves no stars!!!

I met Mike when I was stranded on the side of I5 with a blown out tire. I was frantically trying to find someone to help me, and he just pulled up and offered to help me at no cost. He even called someone to meet us to bring a part he didn’t have on him. It was a 21st century example of Jesus’ story of the Good Samaritan. Great work is one thing, meeting someone with such a generous and kind spirit these days deserves props. I would highly recommend Halt Automotive - We need more people like this in our day and age!

Getting my free oil change! You got to check this place out. The cleanest garage Ive been to and Ive been to a few. Nice waiting area with a hugh flat screen TV. At first, I wasnt sure if this place was a car dealership and didnt quite know where to park, but there were many visible signs to direct me where to go. Owner was very kind and approachable. The actual oil change was done in mins. Quickest oil change in town.

I had found out about Halt Automotive through an Instagram post claiming that they would give free oil changes if you followed them. I thought it was a scam first but still decided to check it out. Upon entry of the shop, I was greeted warmly by the owner, Danny. He was very kind, genuine, and professional. He went right to work on my car and midway found an issue with my car that I was unaware of. He professionally told me of the issues and without imposing his services to me, he offered what he could do to fix these said problems. 10/10 would recommend
