The most unprofessional business I have ever called, the grunt working here needs to be fired. He acts like he owns the shop, I asked for the owner and he told me he lives outside the country. Ask for the manager and there is no manager. Ask for his name and he wont give it to me. The shadiest conversation I have ever had with a business. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I took my vehicle back in October, yes they were friendly they called me when they found out what the problem was so I can authorize the repair. I got it fixed, took it home and it shut off on me while I was driving. I called my brother in law to come look at it and one of the parts was not put on properly. So I take it back and let them know that the part was loose so if they can fix it. I picked it up they had told me they topped the fluids for me so that was nice of them. I was not working at the time so I was not driving as much. I finally started working and my starter needed to be replaced. I took it to another mechanic to get that fixed. Then one day it started sounding the same way as when I first took it to guarantee. So I got it diagnosed He told me it might have too much oil in it. So I had a mechanic look at it and sure enough the dipstick was full of oil. It was drained and wow. I also found that the vacuum they supposed to fix was not even properly put on. So they took it off and tightened it and put it back on. Now my vehicle runs smooth. I took it to guarantee because they had worked on my daughters car and they did a great job. Yes they are friendly. Im just disapointed and I wont ever take my vehicle back. This is the picture of all the oil that was drained yesterday.Update: I had to buy another car and nobody has contacted me.

I am most graciously thankful for the service I received at Guaranteed Auto today. Con artists, do not fall for it, since you feel that as an owner you should comment so childishly... I will reiterate my experience, I was charged 1700 dollars and have since been to a certified mechanic who has not fixed the issue but has inspected my new parts from you. When I have called you to fix this Omar continues to immediately try to finance me and doesnt listen and then says we can hook it to the computer, and tells me the price. Im so sickened by what has happened you guys left a leak in my engine, and lied to me fully. So now I make payments for work that wasnt even done to my vehicle.

Hospitality was amazing! There was a downpour before dinner and I ran into the restaurant soaking wet. The staff got me some towels and Rocco Whalen went and got dry clothes for me. On top of the hospitality the food and drinks were delicious.

I was driving through Glendale and was 6 hours away from home and 3 hours away from my destination. I was meeting with a potential buyer of the car, whom I found at repokar, com. My car then simply stopped.. I called 3 dealerships and 3 shops and it being a Friday all of them were booked and not a single person would even diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle even after hearing about my situation. I called them, they have diagnosed my car and fixed it very fast for a good price

Took a car in for smog check. The car had aftermarket/ modified intake. It passed every time we took it elsewhere the past years. This place had no customers at the time I took it in but they took a long time just to get my car checked. I thought I would be there for 30 min or less but ended up being there for an hr! In the end, they didnt pass the car bc of inspection of modified. They actually never ran it, they just FAILED it immediately bc they saw that it was an aftermarket carbon legal intake and said it wasnt going to pass anyway. They CHARGED me for smog even though they NEVER ran any tests! Wasted so much of my time and money. Rip-off POS place.My brother even took his truck in for smog as well. They lied about changing an air filter and charged my brother. At home, we realized they never replaced it. It was still the same old filter. 🤯🤣👎

I got an oil change here today. Really nice customer service, fast service, free coffee, and a very nice overall experience. I would recommend. Their service is MUCH faster than Wal-Mart. Most of the time, I have to wait 2 hours at Wal-Mart, here it was 45 minutes. You save $1.59 doing an oil change on two cars verses doing two oil changes at Wal-Mart.

Very clean place! Nice staff they did my motorcycle brake and light inspection for DMV. I was told it was only $75 over the phone but it is actually $75 for brake inspection and $75 for light inspection TOTAL $150 not sure who misunderstood who but i am happy with their service and will bring my next motorcycle next time i need a brake and light inspection
