I took my car there August 24, 2021 was supposed to have my car painted within 14 days. 23 days later had to call back and request my car back because I was leaving the state not knowing that they would’ve had my car as long as they did. I Paid $3150. The trim that they said they spray paint it it’s got fingerprints and things all over and never clean that off very very unprofessional paint job is nice but no attention to detail

Legit paint and body shop. They went over the entire process and did not disappoint. I had my c10 in 2 yrs ago and it still kills. Paint looks great and i have referred alot of hot rod folks. The booth painter went out of his way to show me the colors in the sun and shade. The staff is always professional and respectful. They return my vehicle prepped and on time. Great job guys.

Horrible customer Service. I called shop to get an estimate And the lady on the phone said come in before 5pm I got there at 440pm. The gentleman that was at the front desk said it’s too late can’t help you. I asked how long does it take to get an estimate and he said 20minutes I said you close at 5pm you can’t give me a quick estimate and he said no our boss doesn’t approve overtime. I thought I would give this shop a shot but nope I rather pay more money and have better customer service!!

Wow I cant tell you how happy I am with the amazing paint job that was done there was a little hiccup along the way of a miscommunication but the owner Chris took care of everything made it right!! He went above and beyond rectify the situation and make sure that I was. So I cant tell you enough how I would recommend this place theyre down by there word with their warranty and I will definitely be coming back. Plus the dude in the office hes super cool laid-back chill nice to talk to overall cool people over there I would do business with them again no questions asked

The service was horrible. And the job that was done on my fathers van is so bad. Their is over spary in alot of areas and their is a dent that they just ignored and when i asked her about she replied with an additude oh well we cant fix them all and. The back bumber has a bunch of marks that are visable. And not to mention how rude and childish the owner was to me. This is the job that was done.

Not your typical maaco we strive for customer satisfaction but in my experience you just cant please certain people. Despite the ad, luring people in for a $599 paint job...Estimate: $1350 completed in 7-1 daysReality: $2000 done in 28 days!Keep in mind this is a soft tip Jeep with very little surface to be painted.Also found out my friend had the same experience with his truck! The estimate was exceeded and it took him 3.5 weeks to get it back!

Alright...for people looking to get their car painted, and wanting to know Maaco and their way of doing things. Its basically a franchise, and privately own ,but will need to stick and follow certain standard base on maaco rules, so customer service and quality and experience will.be base on a location basis. So let me tell you JT was very accommodating to my best friend Jeremy and I. We needed a quote for his infinite g35 not only is he informative, he is also very transparent gave us all the ways, or option to save money on labor. If thats not customer service. I dont know what is. He even took his time to give us a tour of the shop and samples of cars they have have already painted. Mind you this is already after hours. He really took his time , and made sure we were taken care.of.I highly recommend this particular location check out JT. He pioneered customer service in the valley!. 💪🙌🙏

Worst paint job and business in the San Joaquin County. Do yourself a favor and save up some money for a reputable paint job and avoid this place. The previous ownership group sold the business to an even WORSE staff and owner exercising malpractice. Maaco after 1/yr is still refusing to service a warranty paint job. Bad experience, they told me a date my van would be done and never reached out to me that it has fallen behind schedule because they took other fleet vehicles instead. Never going back.

The price that they gave me to paint my car was a nice price but they will not hold it for too long and they need the car for two weeks

First of all let me just say I have had several cars painted at maaco over the years and I have been happy with previous jobs. This time I was absolutely appalled not only at the work that was done to my vehicle but the damage that they caused and the price they had the nerve to try to charge me. It took 10 days to get my car back which was not bad but the night before I picked it up I went there and previewed the color that they had sprayed it. I Spoke to a man in the office who told me they had to sand it a second time after spraying it because it bubbled up. So they were going to have to paint it again. So the Thursday that it was ready I showed up and lo and behold the car is a completely different color than what I had chose. they tried to make it right with me in the office, Ill give them credit for that. They took $200 off of the $1300 I was originally quoted because the color was not right. For a $699 paint job as they advertised. Anyhow as I go to drive the car down the street I realize that my –dash lights are on. Now never have I ever had any –dash lights come on nor were they on when I drove it there. I Pulled over to the side of the road because it was saying that my door was ajar but everything was closed. When I get home I pop open the trunk and notice that all the plastic pieces that hold everything in place had been pulled out and just left in my trunk. Which is confusing as heck because it didnt require for them to take any piece off for them to paint my car. I got the cheap paint service so why are you disconnecting things inside of my car? So now Im riding around in a car that is a completely different color from what I picked. My –dash lights are on. The inside of my trunk is broke. And upon further inspection I realized there are bubbles all throughout the paint. Thank you maaco I know youre under New Management but that is the last time I ever do business with you. Youre lucky I dont sue your butt or maybe i should.

From talking to the man, his attitude, professionalism.. I decided not to take my car to his shop. It is a new management. This mans prices are much too high.He didnt say good things about the previous owners.

Went in for a quote and guy asked had I went somewhere else and to give him that quote. I did and he said Ill match this price. Not at all what I wanted needed quote for insurance. Horrible

They did a great job! Outcome was better than I expected. Front desk.. a lil dry, and seems inexperienced for body work. Maybe just because hes a clerk. But the guys in back...put in work. Ive seen some great paint jobs come out of there for the money.

Had 2 cars painted. 1st.. CorvetteThey forgot a part to paint.2nd car Mustang 5.0 . Took parts off and didnt put back on and some parts they didnt give back to me. No communication. Was told car was done. Got there.. It wasnt done.. Needed another 2 days.

Had my 2004 Honda painted since it was getting very faded and I did not want it to rust. Stockton Maaco did a fantastic job bringing it back to its original color and fixing a minor crack in the front. it looks like brand new and Im very pleased with the quality of work. The people here are great! I would highly recommend you come pay them a visit.

Worked there for obout 7 - months had some health issues i had to take care of. So chris the boss man played me like im a nobody and put me on call and never called not even a courtesy call.thats what he does so youll quit . seen it many times there. Not very professional if ask me. Love the people i worked with taught me alot.

Sad to say I’m not happy about the service of this body shop, they make a mess of my car dead battery after they paint my rear bumper my interior is dusty and my rear door it won’t lock properly this people is no idea in what their doing about car and the paint is not done properly as I expect. Bad service at all I don’t recommend this place for a body paint of your car.

I came in to a bid and the gentleman was very helpful and was willing to work with me on a price that was affordable for both of us. I was expected the paint to feel rough and some of the rust spots to show through and I was very pleasantly surprised when I picked my car up. The paint job was wonderful. I would highly recommend them to paint your car.

I have taken several of my cars to this MAACO dealer. The work is always superb and very reasonably priced.Car enthusiasts bring their vehicles here for restoration and mods based on the owners reputation for quality in workmanship and artistic talent.

The employees at Maaco are very courteous and experienced. My car was in an accident and had front end damage. I was going to sell it after the damage was fixed. But they did such a beautiful job on the restoration and the paint matched beautifuly. They gave me a back a brand new car. I choose not to buy a new car after all. I would definately recommend this shop.

Took my 2002 eclipse to get painted from silver to a DARK gray. Macco Stockton did a better job on my car than I could ever imagine! It looks absolutely amazing. Great service for an even greater price! Will recommend to everyone!

I experienced excellent service and friendly. Car looks beautiful and detailed. Very convenient to get a car rental with a discount at Enterprise. They take the time to explain the process of the car being painted.

Why waste your time running from body shop to body shop getting free estimates when you can head straight to Maaco of stockton on wigwam and save yourself 100s of dollars and get a superb job done. If owners of BMW and Mercedes and classical cars trusted them with their body work and paint job, I would have been a fool not to trust them. I left my fender bender with them and left with a peace of mind only to pick up the car a week later with multiple thank yous for a superb job.

I just got my 1996 Jaguar XJS back from Maaco of Stockton, I had it painted here a year ago and have been bragging about their work every since then, well I was recently rear ended and need some body work done and some paint fixed due to the accident. All I can say is I will never take my car anywhere else, the quality of service is awesome, the prices reasonable and on top of that I had my car back in a week. So I will just keep on bragging, giving my recommendations and sending people their way. My Car now looks newer than when it when in, show room quality. If I could give more than five stars I would. I have had 3 cars painted at this Macco on Wigwam Rd. In Stockton.My first car a 1975 Triumph Spitfire, painted Barcelona Red. Won first place at the west coast all British Sports Car Show in 2018.They also painted my 2006 GMC Sierra, original blue, it came out fantastic.The latest car they did for me March 15, 2019 is a 1999 Jaguar XK8. It will be entered into the British car show May 19, 2019, and I am sure it will place in the top three in it’s class.Thank you Macco

I have worked in Sales for 20 years so I know what a good customer experience involves. Sales is only the starting point which obviously involves price, services offered, options, consultation and quality of work, areas that MAACO excelled in unquestionably.Then comes post Sales AND the mostly ignored Customer Service.MAACO was very quick, thorough and displayed professionalism all through out the process.They dud exactly what was agreed upon mutually within the time agreed upon. There was never a catch to their statements. Every step if the way wad clea to both parties. Remson, the kind gentlenam who assisted me was very knowledgeable and was very consultative in his dealing with me, both pre-Sales, during work and post-Sales. Remson is not your typical “just want your money but couldn’t care less of anything else” kind of person; such a fine human being.Look for him when you go to have a re-paint done on your vehicle.Cathy and everyone else were all professional (and personable).They got “Customer Experience” to a perfect “T”not to mention everything else from start to finish.

I could not be happier than the end results. They went beyond the expectations and even cleaned inside of the car. Customer service could not be any better.

Paint looked good, but I wasnt happy to find dirty feet prints in my carpet, stains on my seat, and four screws missing from my car that were on the fender when I opened the hood.
