Although Covid made my insurance job a little more lengthy before completion, this business should be noted for its outstanding professionalism. When you drop your car off they listen to your concerns, during the process they update you and in my case i had a late request... done. Then.. when you call, they know who you are, they dont ask whos calling. And lastly, the gentleman thats in the office is a G , he takes care of you with class and speaks to you as if you own the place. Consider fix Auto for your business.

I was reluctant to visit this body shop because its in a bad part of town. I recruited a friend to accompany me and went anyway. Im so glad I did because Aurora gave me the best price on the scrape on the fender of my unusually colored classic car and repaired it to like-new condition.I have a couple of non-insurance dings on my newer car Ill take to them for repair.

When I first called Aurora Collision about bringing my car in, I spoke with Shaun. He was very helpful and friendly. He also worked around my schedule when it came to getting the vehicle in. When I arrived at the shop I spoke with Rick, a repair estimator at Aurora. He was very professional and assured me that they would have the job finished correctly. He always kept me updated on the process and made me feel comfortable that my vehicle was in good hands. The shop did an excellent job paint matching the front bumper which to me was very important. I’ve taken car to Aurora Collision Center because of a recommendation from Jim Donaldson. Each time Shaun and the wonderful Elaine made my day. I got into a hit & run accident a few weeks ago ell and without second thought I was at Aurora. Shaun took me home and when the car was ready came back and got me. Shaun is always informative and always puts my concerns at ease. I ask a million and one questions and he answers every last one. I love them and the work they put into my car.
