I needed a part for my washer that was out of stock in the Mississippi and Tennessee area. I took it upon myself to look for it on line. National Appliance Parts had it in stock, and got them to ship it overnight. To verify the part and make sure it was the correct one I contacted them. I loved their customer care system. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. Thanks guys for all your help.Definitely recommend them.

Went in because my Kenmore dryer stopped heating. I looked at some videos online and so I took in my thermostat. They offered to test it and to my surprise the thermostat was good. they then recommended to test the heating element. So I came back with the heating element. They tested it and it was bad. They had it and it was bad. They had it in their store and my dryer was fixed. Thanks Again!!

I went in to buy a heating element for my Bosch dryer because it wouldnt heat up, after they tested my old unit, they explained that it wasnt the issue and theres no reason for me to spend the money on that. They said it was a simple fix and explained in detail how to do it. I was very impressed with the service. I appreciate the honesty and helpfulness.

Dogs are the rubber boot on my LG front loader.. they had the part in stock and I was able to get it done the next day. Then I had a problem trying to get the metal spring clip on and so I called to see if they had the tool and he said he could order it. Then he said why when your only going to use it once. He then gave me a little advise on how to put it back on without the tool.. good customer service.

JC is the best. I couldNt figure out why my dryer wouldnt heat. I did everything they said online. I replaced the dryer heater, fuses, and thermostat and still nothing. Jc told me to check the circuit breaker and he was right! All that work and I couldve just called him first.

I bought a ac capacitor from them then went home and hooked it up wrong. The condenser wouldnt turn on. I called them and over the phone they walked me through it and helped me hook it up correctly. I feel comfortable buying from a company that knows their field and doesnt just try to sell.
