Do NOT buy your electronics here. They offer the 4 year warranty but if your computer breaks they dont fix it in a timely manner. My laptop has been with them for almost 2 months and they do not seem to be in a hurry to fix it. Bobby is also unprofessional. I would recommend going to a real store.

Good Certified Apple Technician he can answer all your questions and give you estimates. But the costumer service staff could be trained more on how to talk to costumers correctly.

DO NOT come here if you have a computer with Windows. They do not have the know how or the proper equipment to install a Windows OS. Took over a Week to install Windows 8 and they did not activate it or give me a product key to activate it. I was extremely disappointed at their knowledge of computers and lack of organization. Needless to say I will never recommend Orangetech to any of my friends. Absolute rubbish.

Good tech, they need more personnel to provide better attention.
