I like the store, but sometimes the tools are lame. I bought a disc grinder that fell apart just minutes into using it.While I was disappointed in the tools failure, they exchanged it without any hassle and the new one is working well so far. Good service and decent prices keep me coming back.

Everything a man needs for the shop for reasonable prices.

When you buy a $45 membership and the next time you go into the store and try to use your membership you find out that your membership is not in the system youre told to go home and get your receipt and come back to prove your rewards member and the customer service is just horrible after my two year membership expires. I dont think Ill ever come back I can get my tools elsewhere.

Tried to buy an air compressor that was on sale. Didnt have the first one I picked in stock although no signs that read that. Once informed I asked about the others she said yes. Wait in line again to be told out of stock again. I guess wasting time is fun to this particular store employees. By far the worst one Ive been in the country. Need management change.

Very rude people I bought a membership within the last two weeks I went to use it last night they said I wasnt in the system to go all the way back home to get my receipt and then they would honor it so Im supposed to drive 25mins both ways to get a discount that I already paid a membership fee to get terrible customer service if they dont do something I will not be shopping here in the future.

They have a great selection of tools at reasonable prices. Would I recommend coming here if you need good cheap tools and quality tools. If youre looking for a toolbox they have it even the large ones. They even have a large selection of drill bits security bits and all kind of bits for your impact tools.

You get what you pay for. Was greeted as soon as I walked in, asked if I needed any help finding anything. The cashier was very sweet, told me about the changes on the coupon and why items were not in stock, I believe her name was Nealia. Great attitude and positive energy!

There was a misprint coupon that they recently had, and all stores were told from corporate that they HAD to honor it, however the manager Frankie was very rude and snippy about not honoring the coupon. Other employees were great, and the tools are pretty good as well, but the manager didnt have the greatest customer service skills.

Was pleased when Harbor Freight came to central Wisconsin. Store is well laid out, stocked and maintained, with a majority of products imported from China. Quality has generally been above that of itinerant import tool outlets. Refunds upon returning an item are in Harbor Freight cards, so to get your money back, you need to purchase something else there.

Bought some new casters for a project, but felt robbed after I paid for them and then found out the posted price was just for club members! Misleading false advertising is what I call it.

We purchased a floor staple gun to put down flooring. We live about an hour away and needed more staples to finish the floor. Harbor freight was out of the staples needed and sales person was unkind saying if I knew they would sell, Id have them on the shelf. Really?? You sell a power tool that requires a certain type of staple and then you dont stock it and dont care to help with when you might have them in stock? We will Not be purchasing anything from your business again!!!!!!

The associate Debbie was extremely helpful and nice, the store is clean and easy to find what you are looking for.

New store in Stevens Point has a pretty decent selection of inventory. Friendly staff. Tools may be made in China... but so is the name brand stuff. Warranty on most tools for a cheaper price. How can a person go wrong.

The Stevens point store is new and easy to shop the shelves. The clerk s have been helpful the several times Ive been there.

Slow visit... Found item needed in about 30 seconds. Stood in checkout line about 10 minutes, with only 1 couple in front of us, that WAS ALREADY DONE checking out... Employees need to prioritize jabbering about airtools and doing their jobs

So we drove a hour there to pick up a fold up trailer. Asked to make sure everything we needed was in the box, drove a hour back home pulled everything out of box and realized we were missing the springs. Called them to see what could be done, and all dan could say was he was busy helping other customers. Excuse me what am I. The only thing he said was come back and he will try to get some out of another box. Well thats another 2 hours of driving for us for your mistake.
