They had my daughter’s 4 wheeler since June and here it is December 31 st and I’m just now getting it back they ordered the wrong piece at first I was not notified about the wrong piece being ordered until I called I was the only one doing the communicating they never contacted me to let me know anything that was going on they were not professional and they took advantage of me because I was a female every male that has went in the past month has told me they were helped immediately and promptly and also given reasonable prices they charge me over the top pricing because of the labor and the pick up and they also fix parts that I was not notified about until the pick, they also have a dog that barks at you continuously I repeatedly ask them to please but the dog away because my daughter and I am terrified of them and they never did, I will never do business with them again . Please don’t be the next victim I advise everyone to stay away

Very knowledgeable about many power engines not just motorcycles or mopeds. They stock or can get parts for most engines in a timely manner. Expect a little wait on major repairs as they are the best around and stay busy. Many times they have solved my simpler issues on the same day and sometimes in just a few minutes. They offer tire installation very quickly as well. The owner Kendall is really a nice guy and will answer questions in an easy to understand way. Great place,great experiences there.

The ride from Mooresville to Statesville sucks but Kendall makes it worth while. Fun times with other fellow riders and the knowledgeable staff make this place great. The going rates alone for labor are worth the visit for any cuatomer. I highly recommend this motorcycle shop for any work ranging from a standard tune up to nodding and accessories. Kendall and the Custom Hot crew know it all!

He had my scooter for a year said it was fixed charged me 200 dollors for something he didnt even fix and after i picked it up and drove it home it cutts off on me in the middle of the road cars almost hit me could have killed me but yet hes just like michal heartness a rip off he used to be good til he started taking short cuts
