This place is the best. I had a kitchen sink and hoses I had to replace. I went to home depot and let me tell you what a let down not only did they give me wrong part but also the wrong size. So very frustrated I went to see Jose at red ball which I should of done in the first place. He pointed out that I had wrong parts and got me exactly what I needed.such Greta customer service and such knowledge of they do. Thank you guys again.

We all miss the old days, remember they were called Happy days . This little gem is outfitted with everything you need and would expect in a hardware store. Great place for those in construction and maintenance, that at lunchtime or the middle of the morning need to run pick up those parts you need and get right back to work. The owner number is listed, he doesnt mind if you want to call him ahead of your arrival to help you keep going fast. Carries both household and industrial cleaning supplies. Makes keys, next door to one of the nicer liquor markets if you need to get couple drinks. Inside this hardware store there is also a little refrigerator with soda pops. Nice people to visit. The parking is good, I see anything can park in it. It is next door to a billiards barbershop, salon, a place for nails.

Ive been going there for 7 years and it was the beat hardware store ever. Recently there seems to be new owners, and though try to be helpful, it just isnt the same anymore. There always seems to be a group of folks hanging around talking loud and always, always a child running through the aisles. Cant they afford a baby sitter. I guess its a hardware store & child care business now.

Desperately needed fuses for air conditioner. Of course they had them & cheaper than Lowes who didnt have any. Red Ball to the rescue. Air is working again.

Not only do they sell hardware stuff but they have added a lot in the store. They now sell popular branded clothes and other stuff of all kinds that have been used in movie sets by very popular and well-known celebrities. Some have only been used for an hour or less only to shoot a scene but mostly brand new (ralph lauren, bdg, mikuyobi, penguin, forever 21, RVCA, topman and a bunch more. A whole lot more.I bought my baby carrier brand new (ERGO) for only $25 and originally $120. Amazing amazing.Too name a few, Finn Wolfhard (stranger things), Vanessa Hudgens, Michael Ealy (fast and the furious), Ron Cephas, and more.The stuff and clothes they have are sooooooo soooooo nice! I just want to buy everything. its like Home depot with a mix of ROSS, TJ Maxx name it theyve got it! Lol!truly love the staff that works here! Very fun and hospitable people! love love love!

I drive out of my way to visit this True Value. They carry things you cant find at Home Depot or Lowes, including inventory and expertise. These guys know their stuff and they carry nearly EVERYTHING you need for home repair or DIY projects. Store is kinda small, cramped and dingy, parking is shared with other businesses so finding a spot can be tough sometimes.
