He fixes everything in front of you as well.Unfortunately he couldnt fix my laptop, but didnt ask for anything! His office is an awesome place, and I totally recommend it to anyone whos looking for a quality repair service.

Ka was able to get into my computer when it was locked up and was able to help me get my computer out of safe mode. Ka is mostly taking appointments because of covid but he can accept walk ins. I think just make sure he has time between appointments and definitely call ahead that way you can get the best idea of when to come in. Also Ka can pretty much fix anything with computers. His prices are fair and he is very professional and does not get upset at all even if the computer is very slow. Ka is very patient and reliable I would go to him if I have a problem with my computer or even if I want to build a PC from scratch before going to a triple A company.

Today, Thursday 07/30/2020, my computer broke down and cant load up. Im nervous when the computer broke down. I searched on google and found iCP Ignite Computer Professionals place. I ran over. This shop located up stair room 205A, but easy to find. As soon as I push the door, the gentleman greeted me right away very polite. His place is so clean and organize. I know that this shop is professional. Upon checking my computer with his great knowledge about computer, Im so glad that he will be the one is able to diagnose and fix my computer. I have not seen a few big computers in his shop, every tools are in order and well organize. And a short of time, he detected that my video card was not function as it should be. He immediately changed to local mother board for screen and boom, it works. I was so happy. He saved my day. His last name is Nguyen who is calm and put all of his effort to fixing the computer. Ka is like my life saving pc angel! Im so happy I found him!! I built my first computer and it wasnt posting at all so I searched around for the closest repair shop and found Ka. He got me in the next day and diagnosed my pc and found what was wrong with it super fast. Im so glad I wasnt the one toying with it anymore bc my motherboard started smoking 😭 anyways he recommended I go to microcenter (super awesome place btw) and grab a new motherboard and went back and put it all together for me! Super helpful, super affordable, and extremely knowledgeable I was able to have my pretty pc working the same day! First of all, I would like to say a huuuge thank you to KA! I was skeptical on going to a builder at first, but with my lack of knowledge, I knew this was the only way for my custom cooling build. After hours of research and speaking with different IT guys, I found KA! When I first called, he was very detailed, gave me a quote right then and there. Not only was he helpful, but KA took time out of his day to go over every little detail and directed on which products to purchase. His communication is very professional, and that shows a lot in a business owner. He gave me updates everyday on what was going on, and sent photos during the process of my build. Came in after a burning smell came from my PC. Ka diagnosed my battery as dead and offered to install the battery for free as long as I provided one. Even let me borrow a battery tester when going to Microcenter to ensure I got a working battery. He quickly installed the new battery, removed and cleaned all fans, dusted the entire tower and even applied new thermal paste for my CPU. My PC has never looked this good or organized. Ka did all that while I was playing with his dog. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This is definitely a hole in the wall! The guy that runs his business out of this unit is amazing. He was so modest and down to earth. Even tho I didn’t understand what he was talking about he still tried to explain everything to you. He wasn’t afraid to explain to me all the outcome, even the ones I didn’t want to hear. I would recommend you to give him a shot at repairing your mobiles/computers before you get rid of them. Really fair prices too.

First time building my pc, every one of my friends said, its easy. Yeah, no it isnt. I spent 5 hours just to put the motherboard, cpu, and cpu cooling. I was honestly starting to give up and was traumatized thinking I almost broke the motherboard. That was the short story to my problem.When I contacted Ka, he responded right away. I told him about my problem and ask for a pricing(which is pretty fair), he was willing to take me in and help me. I told him that I finished the things that I stated and all he needs to do is the power supply. When I did meet him, he told me that I didnt even do it correctly. If I didnt come to him and was thinking that I did it right and kept going, the motherboard wouldve exploded or start a fire haha.In short, Ka is an amazing person who was nice enough to teach me on how to build it my own for the next time I do it. He is an extremely friendly guy, and I got to know about his professional sixe of photography and also building/fixing computer. Very nice man that will help you with any problem and he showed me his work from his photography professions and they are honestly beautiful work! Would recommend this awesome place!

Thank you KA at ICP for saving my life today. My 2012 MacBook Pro needed thermal paste replacement, I figured “I’ve done some work on this computer before “(battery replacement, Ssd replacement etc)”Well I was wrong and even though I replaced the thermal paste successfully, I accidentally broke the connection to my laptops Keyboard (the backlight worked it was the actual keys that didn’t work)At one point my laptop screen wouldn’t even turn on.I had confidence in KA that he would miraculously find a way to repair my computers keyboard and I was right!Thank you KA for the Quick Repair, now I can use my computer again!Btw I’ve gone to Apple store and other 3rd party Apple repair stores and I’m never going back.If I have a problem I’m only going to KA at ICP.Thank you KA for being so personable and friendly!-Magic Thug

I found Ignite Computer Professionals online... I was looking for somebody who knew about Hackintoshs... Ka, the owner, really knows his stuff! I had a very complex problem, which he was able to work through very efficiently. And then he quickly followed up with me when I had a couple of questions. AMAZING! Ka explains things in a way that is easy to understand... and is the best technician I have found. I edit video, which can sometimes be quirky... since he edits videos as a side gig, he is an in both things. He fixes problems for Hacks that other builders created. I cant say enough good things about Ignite. He will be my go-to computer technician any time I have a problem with my computers. Thanks!
