We purchased a home from Elite. They are very poor at communication. Whether it is their contractors or customers.We bought a house with an attached garage. Skyline tells me they are responsible for just doing the inside work on the house. Muddling. Carpet, flooring and installing the doors, but Elite is responsible for the outside work of installing siding. When the siding guys come they are told by Elite that they are responsible for installing siding on both ends of the house, but they think that the front and back side of the house is Skylines responsibility.When these homes are set on the foundation the siding should be installed quickly so the chipboard isn’t ruined by the rains and the winds.If you purchase a home from Elite be prepared to do the secretarial work to keep all lines of communication going.

Roger is great! Knowledgable, friendly, helpful... our plans are 2 years out but he answers questions, provides info and guidance and most of all patience! The homes are well built and beautiful, so many choices and options theres something to fit everyones needs or desires. Roger has been a joy to work with and we look forward to working with him all the way through.

Informative visit only. Didnt really have what i was looking for, they arent fully put together and many rooms were used for storage of staging materials. Homes sell better if they are staged I do believe.

Walked into the office and the Salesman was talking with someone in his office. His office door was open and both my wife and I mad eye contact with the Salesman several times. He never greeted us nor said he would be with us in a minute. He never said a word to us. We were there for 15 minutes before we walked out.

My fiancé and me stopped in on 4/3/2019 to look at there selection l, they didn’t have anything that caught our eye but Mark the salesman showed us some floor plans from Champion and we found a couple we liked so he was to call Champion and get some pricing for us... now a week later we haven’t heard from them so we reach out to Mark the salesman and he completely dropped the ball, not only did he fail to call Champion he acted liked he didn’t remember us stopping in and commenced to trying to sell us something off the lot which does not fit what we neef

Very rude safari hunter salesman..we will never recommend them. Just wanted us to go to his lot in a different town. He was extremely rude..He kept telling us NOT to shop at Clayton down the road, well guess what, we purchased our perfect home there with the best salesmen ever ♡

Professional in all aspects!

I went in an talked to Doc about our situation and what we are looking for. He was extremely helpful and very nice. I found a home I like very much cause they had a good selection to look at.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff answered all our questions and showed us some model homes. We will definitely consider them when were ready to buy.

My mom had the worst experience. Over a year since ordered home. still displaced more delays ,more excuses. Not what she ordered but no one willing to fix it.

We wanted to look at a couple of homed since we will be possibly purchasing and were ignored.

Salesmen and staff seem really nice but dont put much faith in what they say. My parents purchased a home from them in august and was assured they could move in by halloween . they didnt even deliver it until the 21st of November . The set up crew only shows up part of the time and dont get much accomplished when they show up. Its now dec. 6th and the siding ,sheetrock and trim is still not finished. I hope they like the home if they ever get to move in.

Less than courteous......wont go back.

They’ll take your money and when they finally deliver after screwing around for a few months it’ll be all messed up because of the sorry contractors they use. THEN you have to hire a lawyer to get them to even think about making it right which still hasn’t happened. Stay away from these people and spend your money elsewhere!!!!

Really nice homes!!

My mom lost her husband of 50 years in August and decided to purchase a mobile from Elite Homes Center put on our 20 acres of property. Salesman lied and was fired, contractor Jay Moore is deceitful and a liar and the contract has not been honored. Complaints have been filed with the BBB of Southwest Missouri and the Public Service Commission of Missouri. Buyer beware!
