I ordered a Proteak Teak Cutting Board through Amazon and Everything Kitchens was the company who fulfilled this order. This item was shipped and stated delivered a few days later through Fedex. However, I never received this package and their customer service has not helped me or given me correct information regarding the proper procedure to be reimbursed or get a replacement item. I am still waiting for this item and have had to continually contact Everything Kitchens to no avail. I will never order from this company again and am still continuing to try to get service from their customer service department.

Have always made the 4 hour drive to shop the retail store, however, its temporarily closed for health & safety...so online was my only option. Ordered my Mason Cash bowls hopeful they would arrive unbroken. They arrived in pristine shape 25 hours after I placed the order. One of the bowls turned out to be defective, and Tracy in customer service did an amazing job of rectifying the issue. I will continue giving my business to Everything Kitchens...virtually and in-person when Im able!

My experience at Everything Kitchens was exceptional. Being one of the busiest times of year for making purchases this facility made it very easy for me. Their website is manageable and easy to use. I did happen to have a questions and the representative I spoke to not only answered my questions but found the item that I thought was out of stock. I found when dealing with Everything Kitchens that I was not rushed and were very helpful. It is worth reviewing at their website before looking into an online superstore!

Ordered my first set of fiesta ware and one dinner plate unfortunately arrived with a small hairline crack. I took a picture and called the next morning first thing. In no time at all I had a new plate coming to me and Taylor L. was so very nice and helpful. I am very happy with my dishes and will definitely shop here again because of the wonderful customer service.

Failed to deliver by juicer despite Fedex saying they did. They use the cheapest shipping available when an order comes in. Fedex delivered to someone else, some home with a back deck. I live in an apartment. You can only deliver to a mailroom. They blamed it on Fedex and took no responsibility. Said they would ask Fedex for investigation but could take weeks. Everyday Kitchens has an over 10% extremely negative rating on Yelp, Trust, others. No customer service when ordering through Amazon. Only if you order direct. They will not give me my money back and will not send me another juicer. Basically told me to drop dead.

I made an online purchase of 11 in stock items. Only 1 item was shipped and received which I was charged for. Even though I was not charged for my entire order I did not received an email stating that the other 10 item were no longer available with the opportunity to proceed or cancel the order. I would have preferred to cancel the order than to received the 1 item while paying the shipping cost for the 11 items. It is now 43 days since my original order and the company has now sent me an invoice. With no detail, no explanation, and no transparency. I would never support this company again and I would not recommend this company to friends/family.

Ordered from them based on their 3 day shipping promise. Find it was really going to be a week. Wrote support and got a reply If you dont count the day you ordered it, or the day we process it, or Saturdays or Sundays or holidays, it takes 3 days to ship. WHAT? It the new digital world, 3 days means 3 days. I tried to cancel the other and was told they were not accepting cancellations, I had to wait to get it and request an RMA. So I did just that, and they charged me to take it back! Their support is rude, their promises cant be trusted. Will never purchase from them again.

I ordered a KitchenAid mixer over a week ago. They said it would be 1 to 3 days delivery. I have called all three numbers I found multible times and get the same message...you have reached our customer service team outside of operating hours or we are currently away from the phone....with the drastic volume of calls we are not excepting voice mail. I have called various times during the day and get same message.I emailed them and get no response.So I will wait and see how long it takes to get my mixer and I will update this post. Right now I am very dissappointed. Covid or not I should be able to contact some one by now.10/13/20I received email saying I would receive mixer express mail Monday 10/11. I received it today 10/13. However Im glad to have got it. Its in good shape and appears new. Thank you

I’ve coveted KitchenAid stand mixers for years, but never bought one, making do with my little hand mixer until the quarantine. I finally pulled the trigger on the purchase as an early birthday present to myself. Not only did I find the exact color I wanted at Everything Kitchens, but it was $100 cheaper than any other site. The mixer arrived in 3 days (I did not pay for expedited shipping)! Amazon, BestBuy, etc. promised at least a week for delivery. I’m a nurse working long hours and I spend my time off cooking as a form of meditation and sanity, especially now under quarantine. Flawless online shopping experiences don’t usually happen to me, so I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend giving them a look for any kitchen supply needs.

Amazing Company all around! Their customer service is like nothing Ive ever experienced before, they listen and genuinely care about the customer. They ship extremely quick! I have been trying for a month to get the item I ordered and have called and sent multiple emails to get an answer as to where my order is. I’ve literally heard nothing. I never complain, but this is absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT purchase anything from this company as you will not receive the product or an answer from their customer service department...

WOW!We regret to inform you, that we had a pricing error on our website for some Staub Cocottes. Unfortunately, the prices of the items were listed as $99 and should have been listed as $231.95. Due to the pricing error, we are unable to complete and deliver the cocotte at the $99 price. Because of this, we have canceled the cocotte off the order. Received this from Shayla...Complete bait and switch ...This company can advertise a price and not honor it! What a hoax! Will never buy from them again. Terrible way to run a business...advertise one way and deny the paid for purchase...Unbelievable!

I found the Everything Kitchens website after a terrible experience with another company. Their selection and prices were so much better that I was willing to take another chance at buying online. When one my purchases got lost in transit, they verified with the shipper and replaced my order. An item was broken in the box and they replaced it. I have had nothing but great experiences with each of the customer service representatives to whom Ive spoken. Theyve made me a happy customer for life!

I purchased mixer. I didnt like the color. There is no exchange or return policy. I dont like it. That is the big difference between Amazon and this company. Thats why people pay more to amazon because they insured to get best product and they can return it free. Try not to buy from them. I bought pink mixer but it is really pink I called them to change it there is no change policy I need to return it with my expense and they dont offer the same price so I need to return it and buy from Costco.Such a big company tries to save shipment and reduce the customer satisfaction. Return policy is unacceptable.Dont try to reply with an excuse just replace the mixer.I think he/she was very lucky who wrote a review because he couldn’t buy from Canada.

I am very upset. I can not purchase anything on this site because I am from Canada. I wanted to ship a present to my Grandfather in Vermont and I cant even do that. Not even through Paypal. Get with the times! If you have a transnational website and dont even ship to other countries you look like idiots!

I used to purchase Fiesta dinnerware from the Fiesta Favtory direct, but then I discovered Everything Kitchens. I can order online from them cheaper than from Fiesta direct, get free shipping after spending $49, and my package will arrive in 3 days. All of the dishes are well packed and I never have to worry about breakage. Thank you, Everything Kitchens!!
