The best ice cream i had in a long time. If you live hand dip or shakes, you will love it. Customer service was great and super clean. Two thumbs up.

Absolutely the best selection of ice cream in Springfield! Theres usually several new ones to choose from and the candy shop next door is a smorgasbord of goodies including farm fresh produce. My daughter and I will fight over the yummy chocolates! JK......we bought two of each...lol

Ice cream cones and shake were good. Very disappointed that this nice little ice cream parlor will not unlock doors and allow for walk up counter service. Also, umbrellas outside were not open atop tables, except for a note saying dont open ... no reason to have car drive up window only ... very uninviting atmosphere with a Stay away all you Covid Carriers atmosphere ... open doors, allow inside seating and open those umbrellas, for goodness sakes! Dairy Queen is not too far away!

Almost $21 for 2 single dip cones and 2 small malts... crazy!! No prices on menu in drive through, unless you can use the QR code or have time to figure it out. Cones were good sized but malts were kinda small and not a lot of flavor especially for the price.

I always loved the peanut butter cup ice cream chocolate so I had to two different that stuff but its good not supposed to have it but once in a great while I can have it definitely good

Got a single dip cone very skimpy there was not even any ice cream in the cone! Just a small scoop on top never had an ice cream place serve a single scoop like that very disappointing for the price will not visit again. Lots of flavors and ice cream was good but disappointing visit based on other reviews expected it to be better experience. Guess it might depend on who’s working wished I had taken a pic but had left my camera in truck.

The ice cream is extremely over priced. We paid over 8 bucks for about 3 scoops and i got chocolate chip cookie dough but only had 2 pieces of cookie dough. At least when you get robbed at Youngs they give you a good quantity.

My husband and I went to try their ice cream today. It was our first and last visit. Firstly we had a coupon for buy 1 menu item get 1 free. I mentioned it to manager/owner who promptly said it was only for piqua mall location but coupon does not state piqua only it said piqua and participating locations. I would have been okay with him just saying we dont honor that coupon, but , instead chose to lie to me apparently. Secondly, after receiving 3 samples the equivalent of 1/16 teaspoon I was told they have a 3 sample limit. Now the 4th would have in all likelihood been the last sample I requested. I would have in no way come close to trying all 44 flavors. It was explained by owner he knew It was silly , however, he acted like he had no say in the matter. Because of how rude he was we will never be back. Too bad ice cream was good. Owner was just a jerk.
