When I first visited the store a little over a year ago, I was amazed with how knowledgeable and super friendly the owners were. I have gone to other hydroponic stores in the western Mass area and I felt awkward and judged for the type of grow I was doing but Western Mass Hydro made me feel welcome. I could honestly say that I could even see myself chilling at the store and enjoying the knowledge and chill vibes. 100% recommended!

Friendly staff, they were happy to guide your selection. The store was well stocked with great options. Cost was inline with the area but they have loyalty discounts available. Very happy that we stopped by and was given a quick education on basics and we will be going back for future purchases.

Great store, good prices! I buy everything for my plants there and have been a customer for over a year now. Its not just a hydroponics shop either, they sell rolling papers trays and cbd flower. They are in a new location too which is a few stores down from its old spot. Its bigger, clean and organized 👍👍

Super nice staff, sweetest “security” staff, and over all amazing quality inventory.I have to be honest I used to go to Zaines smoke shop on Carew because it was the only shop I knew of around me. Until my boyfriend had started growing his own plants and needed some grow products in which the western mass hydroponics had all of AND for good prices. Also they have a reward system that you can use and save some coin, so dope to see a reward system in a local businesses. let’s not forget to mention the raffles they almost always have going on with purely the dopest glass pieces close to me!Really good vibe here. I recommend this place to all my friends and close family.

I was so excited to find a place closer than Enfield that sells the product that I came to this store for. Unfortunately the service and selection this store had to offer was terrible.The first time I was charged 5$ more than what was marked on the package, I thought maybe it was labeled wrong but when I returned the second time I confirmed the price. Not really that big of a deal, mistakes happen. However, my second visit is what sealed the deal for me. A younger female helped me this time and it was an awful experience. She kept asking me questions to help me pick a product, but would not stop cutting me off and/or interrupting me every time I opened my mouth. I appreciate a person who is knowledgeable on a product and welcome their advice but this felt more like an animal trying to assert their dominance. Why even ask questions if you are not going to listen to the customer?This was just an incredibly frustrating experience and I ended up settling on a product that was not even what I wanted because it was impossible to get her to stop talking over me/interrupting and listen to what I wanted.This is really unfortunate because the store seems to have a great selection of other items that would be useful to my life and a great resource but I just can not get past the terrible customer service.2 stars only for the seemingly large selection of products. 0 stars for customer service

This is the absolute best hydro shop in the area. Super super helpful and knowledgeable. I have mostly dealt with the owners kayla and dan and they are amazing! Surely beats any hydro shop in the area and I cant say that enough. I used aquarius hydro a handful of times before their terrible customer service pushed me over to western mass hydro and Im glad that happened as I will never go anywhere else besides western mass hydro.

I go here like once or twice a week, im always welcomed with respect from everyone 😌 which makes me feel more comfortable as I search for my needs. They always have what im looking for if I cant find it on my own all I gotta do is ask and like magic it appears from the great beyond 🔮. They have very decent price for the materials that they hold and have this wesome points system that give you discount when you make purchases the more point you have saved up the greater the discount. Purchased a nector collector 2 days ago. Using it this morning only to have it explode on me, glycerin everywhere. Not broken but maybe a bad product I truly don’t know. Turns out a rubber piece holds in the glycerin and when heated shoots out like an arrow. Called to ask about returns, they can’t help after the glass leaves the store. They would be willing to give a few bucks off another rig. No questions or offer to look at it. The woman on the phone said we may have cracked it whole freezing the glycerin. Had she asked a few questions or had any interest at all she would have heard it wasn’t broken at all just now missing the glycerin and honestly I’m not comfortable using it. Guess it’s important to know return policy on items. My bad, in the future I will be more careful but this place won’t see our business again.

Clean,Friendly, and Knowledgeable. Helped me out clearing up the soil from bringing our hibiscus trees in for the winter. Didnt want to bring any critters in with them.

Everytime I had issues with my grow these guys were always there. They are very respectfully and knowledgeable. I was there recently because I had a humidity issue that was causing powdery mildew, and honestly being at that mind set of panic because of your harvest the young lady there could of sold me the highest priced product there but she didnt she let me make my decision without pressure.
