I was in the market for a new AV receiver. Told Greg what I was using it for, what features I would like it to have and my budget. He came back with 3 options that ticked all the box’s. Explained the main differences between them and gave his opinion about each one. He was very knowledgeable with great customer service. Would definitely recommend giving him a call for your audio video needs.

Our sales rep was very attentive to what we wanted and matched us up with the perfect components for our home entertainment system. The pricing is far better fir same components from others.The installation team was extremely professional and fully experienced in all systems. They were intent on answering any questions fully, and did a fantastic job. They did not leave until the system operated as promised and we were fully satisfied. Awesome company.

I would like to give SCS the best possible rating as they took care of me and my project at the highest level… Starting from the very beginning when I was getting info on what they offered and what was possible, all the way through when everything was installed and they took the time to train me on how to use the equipment they had just installed in laymen’s terms so even I could understand… Jeff and later Greg led me through picking what equipment I needed at the best price for best equipment available without any extra expense on things I didn’t need and getting Tracy to prewire it during construction and then arranging getting Tracy back out to do the actual install as the house was being finished… Tracy and the other guys were first rate and no one could have done a better job in my opinion… The best part was when Tracy showed me how to work my new system and then later came back to finish a few small details and then rechecked to make sure that I wasn’t having any trouble… I thought that kind of service was long gone in this day and time, but I was wrong as it still exists at SCS… You would do well to chose SCS Home Entertainment for your new home or next project…

Started with a mess, ended good to go. The guys from SCS were very knowledgeable and stuck with my issue until it was resolved. Utilizing patients and multiple resources, they were able to get my entire network, security & TV system back up and running strong..!!

Matt accommodated me to complete set up of a new TV installation. He was friendly, thorough and professional. I am a senior citizen and he explained everything and was very patient. He is a veteran. I strongly recommend calling SCS if you have electronic problems.

They have been responsive to questions I have had and have worked to make sure every aspect of the homes sound equipment meets my expectations. Called and asked for pricing on specific product had no idea what I was talking about then followed it by we dont sell anything that is do it yourself.... Lack of intelligence couldnt even give me pricing. lost about 100k today due to lack of customer service will take my business elsewhere

SCS provided expert advise helping me select the right audio/video system for my specific needs. They professionally installed every component, wired it, and calibrated it for optimum sound in my theater room and they trained me on using the system so I didnt have to read all the manuals to figure it all out on my own. I could not be happier. The salesman was very knowledgeable and the installers were highly skilled and friendly. They have also provided excellent service after the sale. I recommend SCS to anyone who wants to get the very best value for your budget with excellent in-home service.

I was having issues with my home entertainment system. Even though they didn’t install the system, they were happy to help me out. I was not disappointed. Bobby came by and did a fantastic job. He quickly fixed my issues and took the time to ensure that all my equipment’s software was current. I have found my home entertainment experts!

We were seeking help upgrading our system. We had two objectives in mind. First, we thought we needed a new receiver and we wanted to know why our sub-woofer wasnt working. Second, we wanted to begin planning for a new home. We took a chance on SCS Home Entertainment. After calling and speaking to Mark Cloninger, we were pleased that he was willing to stop at our current home. During his visit, he found the sub-woofer had failed and would need to be replaced. He could have advised new speakers all around, but told us our existing speakers were fine; this was most impressive and indicated we could trust SCS. Mark was patient, professional, competent, understanding, educational and clear. After receiving an estimate we were even more confident in the companys integrity and commitment to meeting our needs at the most reasonable cost. Scammers. They do a terrible job, then sue you. Ive heard they are in trouble. I can see why. Ive spent over $8,000.00 fixing the mess they made in my home. Dont use them!Oh, and they are thieves! They stole equipment from my control room!Do NOT allow them in your home or business. They are snakes.

Very judgemental. Just because I was not well dressed that day doesnt mean I cant afford them. No greetings when saw them. Not very informative. When asked if I had a budget, I replied no. His question, without even a quote was if I would be able to afford it. I said by no means I had any knowledge about technology but to give me a quote. He stated that I would get a quote that night or next morning. Still waiting.Very unprofessional.Would never deal with them.
