This supermarket is one of my favorites. They have a large number of high-quality products. They offer a wide range of goods. Its always a pleasure to shop with you!

Its a one-stop shop for pretty much everything thats open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The best part is the staff. With their jokes, they simply brighten your day.

Had a bad experience here got a half pound of Swiss cheese from deli. Made a sandwich for work that day and realized it tasted spoiled.

Great experience! They were very helpful. They also have their Halloween candy on sale right now.

Schnucks sangamon center is on a bus route which makes it easy for me cuz I dont drive. It has everything you need laundry, pet supplies, restaurants, grocery shopping and gambling.

Went to get WIC not knowing what Im suppose to get thats WIC approved so i went to the desk and asked for help..no help thier..so I got what I thought was WIC approved some shelfs was marks WIC approved some not..got to check out and they say I owe them so i asked whats not WIC approved so I will know..30min. later they still didnt know and me eather..their needs to be a list or a better way..smh

Went in for a floral arrangement. The floral center is very nice for a grocery store.

I really like shopping there. They usually have what you need and they go out of their way to help. People follow the Covid-19 rules so makes you feel safe. Produce is fresh. Each department . will help you find what you are looking for. They dont find if you ask questions

They allow people with out masks. I was there on 05/01/2021 and the two people behind me in line didnt have masks on and the lady was coughing all over the place and no one said a word. I guess you would rather alot of people get sick than lose one customer by telling them that they need a mask. I shop in your store alot but I think that is going to change.

The store is clean and the employees are friendly. They seem to be doing a good job of protecting customers from covid. Their meat is great and they have some good sales. However they are a little pricey otherwise.

Schnucks had the best meat selection Ive seen and the label will state exactly whats been added, if anything. The ground beef doesnt have any fillers or extracts and the sausage was just ground pork with natural seasonings!They also carry coconut aminos (soy sauce alternative) which is the cheapest anywhere in Springfield.Thank you Schnucks for having the best workers and groceries. 😁

Schnucks is my favorite grocery store because its a union shop and the employees are very helpful.

One time I went and they only let me leave with one steak because of corona. The last time I went I left with 4 bundles of meat for 20$. I told everybody about it and I hope to see it there the next time I go. If they cut me back on steaks again though Ill be back to dock another star.

There is one exit and one entrance. As I was leaving 2 people were coming in the exit while security was in the entryway and did not say anything to these people who were also not wearing masks. Why are they paying for this? When masks are not enforced. If you cant wear a mask due to medical then you need to do order on line and stay in your car for pickup.

Great atmosphere and layout of the store everything was so easy to find and the employeed were very courteous. This was my first time ever shopping at a schnucks but i can now say it most certainly will not be my last. The produce was very fresh and exceeded my expectations of a typical grocery store. I loved how helpful the employees were and how they did not present with an attitude as many other retailers do. Thank you to the entire staff for making it such a wonderful visit!

They make holidays so easy for the older folks who dont cook anymore. The good is good and very well priced.

Its not too crowded. I can get in and out with a decent lunch in less time it takes at a drive-through.

Michael in the Meat Department is a major asset to this location offering Friendly service and Great product knowledge. Taking time out of his day to give a brief lesson on the differences in Brats to Sausages. The product he prepares fresh to order as well as his above average service offered to each customers is what creates satisfied, repeat customers. Home Run for both Micheal as well as the rest of the team in the Meat Department.

Favorite grocery store, good selection in the meat and deli departments and the prices are always competitive with surrounding stores.

One of the cleanest supermarkets Ive been to. Items were easy to find and the staff were very nice.

Purchased groceries and picked up prescriptions, the pharmacy staff is knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I do however miss the double coupons the store used to offer. The store is clean and well organized, the staff helpful. Like the rest of the grocery stores in town they short the registers to make u want to use the self check out. This is something I find annoying not only at this store but every store in town.

Cant cash in lottery tickets. They sell them, but wont cash out a winning ticket. Office area is closed for lottery???

I normally shop at another grocery store but stopped in here to pick up a few things. The people working there were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have someone sack my groceries as well. If I didnt live so far away I think I would be tempted to switch stores.

Usually only go for items we cant find at the other grocery stores but tonight for some really good deals on a few other things we needed

I was walking in an seen the Manager talking to a homeless veteran acted like he was so tough cause hes a manager tells the vet you think everyone owes you you need to beat it.Well he Fought for this country an we do owe them for our freedom but i will not return to that Schnucks again after the way he treated that man i am going to find that Vet an take him to eat somewhere where ever he wants if its steak an Lobster so be it.

I have always like Schnucks. Their self checkouts need help. It misfunctioned 3 times during my order. :(But on the most part, it is a great store.

The staff is very friendly. They always ask if you were able to find everything. If not, they will assist you. They offer to help to you car. The store as a good selection of fruits and vegetables. The meat and fish counter is very good. I special order meat all the time. You can get your kitchen knifes sharpen there. Staff smile throughout the store and greet you, say hello and again, ask if you need assistance in finding anything.
