Jon Barton was very helpful when we needed to order a new frame for our Sunbrella-fabric patio umbrella, whose pole had snapped in a recent storm. Much more economical than purchasing a whole new umbrella considering that the fabric of our umbrella was in perfect shape. He showed interest in our concerns, explained the options clearly and thoroughly, and was straightforward about how long it would take given supply chain delays in many industries. We appreciated his customer-oriented focus.

I recently met was of the most phenomenal sales reps and his name is David Yeager! He was super nice and very patient with me. He walked around the entire store with me until I found what I wanted. The salesman I talked to (Ty) was AWESOME. Kind, helpful an overall good person. I will definitely go back there when I need outdoor furniture because of him. Went back to buy some more stuff And unfortunately I forgot the name of the gentleman that helped me but he was amazing too. This is definitely the go to store for outdoor furniture for me. Today my mother and I were looking for an umbrella to match the fabric our outdoor cushions and Marty was a tremendous help. She was professional, patient and led us to exactly what we were looking for.

Very easy to pick a table and make a deal.Additional comment: The table was scheduled to be delivered Friday, During the week I got a call to say it WILL NOT BE DELIVERED FRIDAY. It will be delivered NEXT FRIDAY. I am not too happy with that . I will call to confirm that.

**This is an update to my previous review**I am highly disappointed to hear that my seat cushion order has been pushed back 2 months from my original date(may 21st) I was supposed to receive them. I purposely purchased my patio set in advance so everything could be here in time for memorial day. No one called me about this, I just happened to walk in a store and asked about my order. And the sales associate said theres no guarantee Im getting it on that day either. This is ridiculous. Had I known everything is in back order, I wouldve got my patio set & cushions elsewhere.

I had a great experience at the Springfield Township, NJ store. My salesperson, Marwan was extremely helpful and provided excellent service which wasnt that simple as things were backordered, etc. He kept on top of it all and delivered earlier than we expected. The furniture is very good quality and now that we have beautiful and comfortable furniture - we spend way more time outside. Highly recommend.

Marwan has been selling furniture for my back yard to me for almost 20 years. He is knowledgeable, concise, and very warm and friendly. My furniture and cushions has held up extraordinarily well. I do have to replace my umbrellas every 5-6 years but that is to be expected. Fortunoff maintains the same color schemes of fabric over the years so it is easy add in accent pillows and a pieces over time. I highly recommend stopping in. Ask for Marwan!

Needed a replacement market umbrella for a patio set we bought many years ago from Fortunoff. We went to the back of the store, grabbed a clearance umbrella for $49 and called it a day. It looks spectacular, functions as well as the original (damaged in a tornado). Love everything weve ever gotten from Fortunoff, and the representative Cecelia in the Springfield, NJ, store was terrific.

So far all is good. My delivery comes on Friday so check back in with me after that.
