Staff was super sweet. Just got a little annoying with all the stand over there on the blue square. It makes guest feel like we are contagious. We would have spent more time and money if that wouldnt have happened.

Stood in line for almost 2 hours. I understand the capacity limit due to covid is important but their sign said their limit was 19 while they were only allowing maybe 6 or 7 people at a time? There was plenty of room for social distancing while maintaining the limit while also working through their line faster. After waiting in line 2 hours, my daughter honestly didnt want to be there anymore..

People were great! They were very handicapped by corporate rules and regulations. Need to stay up with the newest regulations from CDC. Small children have very short attention spans.

Super duper long line!!I also learned you have to pay for the little houses that the bears come in. Was kinda saddened by that. I do not remember it being that way when I was a kiddo.Great/helpful/honest staff!

Terrific time with the kids. Sad that we couldnt do the birthday bearand wont be able to do so when they come back in stock, but it was a great time for memories and lots of smiles.

After a 2 hour wait, we finally go through the line and got the stuffed animals paid for. When we go there, this lady had us standing outside the store and she seemed to have an attitude. No one was being forced to be 6 ft apart despite then keeping the line outside so it was pointless. They were incredibly busy and only had one stuffer. And there were several people in front of me but it shouldnt have taken 2 hours to get the bear chosen, stuffed, and bought.

It was my granddaughters birthday and the staff was great!! They made her feel so special.

Doesnt have a huge selection but the staff are super helpful and friendly. They also offer birthday bears with a pay your age discount for your childsbirth month. My 1 y/o niece got her bear for $1 plus whatever addons you want after that.

They will do birthday parties and they have dressing and washing stations for your new best friend. Great time for your big and little kids alike.

Went to get flareon for our daughter and they had only jolteon and eevee. Overall experience was great.

The employee was extremely pushy and kept trying to up-sell everything. They took our kids around and kept showing them the most expensive outfits.

My kids even my teenagers love this places never to old to go act like a kid.

My daughter loves this place. The staff is amazing! Inly 3 stars because I purchased a $10 GIFT CARD and was supposed to get one free. The worker claimed to have added it to the card. He did not! I should have checked the balance before leaving. Anyways, its not on there and theyre refusing to admit to the mistake.

Grandmas, aunties, uncles... hold on to your wallets!! You can go crazy here. Fun place to bring a child to see how teddybears are made. You pick a little heart give it kisses before it goes into bear. The employees are ready to help not pushy.. And they are great with children.

My daughter and her bf went there tonight and the woman revealed the names of the bears when they were supposed to be a game for the girls. My daughter had accidentally gotten the one with happy birthday on the foot and was embarrassed. The woman basically interrogated her about her birthday. My daughter is a teenager and by no means needs to be chatted up like a child. However, being older her reticence at discussing her non birthday should have been a clue to back off. The woman did not. After revealing the bears names she then proceeded to try and sell them extra stuff and was incredibly pushy. The girls just wanted to pay and leave, there experience was decidedly ruined and then ran over by a train. We rarely have the funds to splurge like this and Id just like to say while customer service is great there is a time to just take the customer cues and check them out efficiently and quietly. Some people are private and shy and have no desire to share every detail of their lives with the stranger checking them out.

What made this four-star was the girl that was working with us we went there for my sons birthday and she made it a very nice experience. However I wish they had a bigger selection of clothes and I also wish they were cheaper but who doesnt. just to tip your kids birthday months whatever age theyre turning thats what they pay for their bear they get a special bear that says happy birthday and a special birthday heart that goes inside the bear. Its my sons new favorite toy. Also something they didnt have when I was a kid is pre-programmed sounds, my son picked Moana and he loves it because its like his little friend is singing to him.

The folks at build a bear are always so sweet, and so easy to get along with. Theyre extremely polite, and always a joy to see. Cant recommend this store highly enough.

These people are amazing. After dealing with kids all day, I would expect that they may show some sign of irritation. Not at all. They also recognize you when you walk through the door and ask how your other pets are doing. Absolutely amazing environment.

As an adult, you can buy as many BABs as you want and no one can tell you no. I’ve purchased one as an anniversary gift and my boyfriend as well, and we love the staff. We were the only ones in the store about 2 hours from closing to purchase a Pokémon BAB, and the two employees were so funny and made it so enjoyable for my boyfriend who’s never built a bear!

I avoided this place like the plague for the longest time. Im really not into spending significant amounts of money for stuffed animals (I have one child who is really into stuffed animals and would fill our house with them if she could). However when my brother-in-law got the build-a-bear coupon after the whole build your age debacle, he bought my daughter a BAB corgi in Wichita and we made our way here to get her new pet stuffed. I was surprised how friendly the staff was to our family of newbies. They were quite patient with her indecisiveness. You would have thought my daughter was in heaven or someone had bought her a pony (lol, it was a corgi). She got to choose a heart to go her pup, give it a fake bath, and and even received a certificate of birth. The only downfall to the whole experience was how few accessories they have for the non-bear animals. While the selection for bears is vast, the accessory selection for her pup was very limited, and I could tell she was a tad disappointed about that. In the end, my daughter opted for a pair of pink glasses to rest on her pups face.

It was grwat! Got a couple of animals fixed from a past year. No problem!

Only one person working, so it took over an hour to get a bear without any accessories. Felt bad for the employee. She was overwhelmed with about 25 people waiting to make bears. Just wasnt a good experience trying to keep a 2 year old occupied while we waited.
