I am very pleased with Access Doors. They were very reliable and professional. I thought price was reasonable and fair. He was conscientious, paid attention to detail and cleaned up his work area when he was finished with the installation. I love my new door and I would definitely use their company in the future.

So so frustrated with this place. Ordered a door and made a down payment of $1300 14 months ago. I had told them last summer with covid that I understood the delay and would have patience. However, the past 6 months I have text and called monthly and no one answers the phone. They finally did answer in March and said they would have a door March 29th. Have not heard from them since. Even after multiple calls and texts to 988-1530 and 315-8801.Frustrating when I see all the great reviews with people that got doors and good service when I’m still waiting over a year later after a down payment. At least follow up with me or return my money. Do the right thing please whatever you feel like that is at this point.

Access Garage Door was amazing to work with.I had a new door installed and it looks great, it exactly what I asked for. The service techs were prompt and helpful and the office was friendly each time I talked to them. Highly recommended!

Very responsive and affordable. They fixed what was broken and make recommendations for improvements on the door to make it last longer. Very professional. Highly recommend them. In fact they earned more business with me because of the service provided on two other projects.
