I was in town due to the passing of my Stepfather who had a very nice treadmill. My Mom wanted it moved down a rather steep and winding set of stairs and into a downstairs bedroom. Fitness E.R. came out the day after I called them, were polite and professional and were very respectful in my Moms home. They charged just what they quoted me so that there were no surprises. Highly recommend.

The guys were here within the time mentioned. They put my treadmill together within an hour, they were polite and professional. They also gave some maintenance tips for down the road.

The lower circuit board on our True treadmill needed to be replaced. Mike with Fitness ER came out and did an excellent job. He got it working perfectly. I would highly recommend Fitness ER if you have any fitness equipment in need of repair.

Fantastic! We moved to a much smaller house to downsize. One issue: moving two large pieces of exercise equipment through a narrow hallway and into a room with a doorway only 31 inches wide. Logan - with Fitness E.R. - showed up on-time and did an excellent job for us. We are very pleased. Now, our favorite exercise equipment is positioned in the designated room (after Logan disassembled, serviced each piece, and then re-assembled) and we can use all of them once again. Hooray!
