Had questions, called left message, got call back everything was explained, also had my vehicle salvage inspection, my experience here was awesome.

I called in several weeks ago for some clarification on the motor vehicle inspectors handbook and talked to an arrogant, unfriendly, unhelpful state trooper, not surprised, I believe a qualification be a state trooper requires that you have no personality. No wonder nobody likes them.

Any way to get you guys to crack down on left lane drivers and bumper Humpers?

Got an appointment for and abandoned property inspection, really quick, only a week wait. Got there and the officers were incredibly friendly. The process was very smooth and all around a great experience.

Had my truck checked there and taken off the salvaged title list. Because its bought from a tow yard not wrecked. The process was easy and all who worked there were courteous.

I cant put into words how Sgt. Pace made my sons 7th B-Day the day he knew for sure what he was going to do in this world. If anyone has met Sgt. Pace before, even if it was just once, you know how great of a person he is. I am so impressed with all the troopers we got the pleasure to meet. Troop D, top notch people and a very cool place to check out. From my wife and myself, we sincerely appreciate what you guys and girls do every day for all of us and thank you so much.

Highway patrol troop d officers are amazing men and women however the commanding officers are quick to use intimidation as a form of law enforcement! Be extremely cautious where and when you drive!

Quick and easy to obtain a accident report. With the covid-19 call ahead and they meet you at the door.

All signs posted in lobby and online say the office is open 8:00AM- 5:00 PM and you cannot utilize office unless within business hours. Walked in to obtain a police report to potentially alter a $10,000 liability decision and the officer smiling at her phone who didnt see me come in told me the ladies who usually process the reports went home early at 4:00 PM and wouldnt be back until after the holiday. Good to know government employees get to dictate when they serve the rest of us.

Lt.Jones was very professional and heard my concerns about NEVADA R5 SCHOOL BUS DRIVERS RUNNING STOP SIGNS IN NEVADA MO IN A SCHOOL ZONE...WITH CHILDREN ON THE BUS.HOWEVER ON THE 6TH OF SEPT I TALKED TO OFFICER SULLIVAN AND SHOWED HIM A VIDEO OF A BUS DRIVER WITH KiIDS ON BOARD OFFICER OSULLIVAN STATED HE WASNT GONNA DO NOTHING ABOUT IT,AND THAT HE CONCERED THE SCHOOL BUS MADE A LEGAL STOP ALMOST IN THE MIDDLE OF THE INTERSECTIONS....HE ALSO SAID THATS LIKE 70 MPH ON I49.I DONT THINK SO .I WOULD HAVE GAVE A 1 star for OFFICER OSULLIVAN AND HIS SUPERVISOR 1 THE FACT I FEEL THAT THEY DIDNT CARE ABOUT THE 2ND GRADERS THAT GO TO BENTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL OR OTHER CHILDREN THAT RIDE THE NEVADA R 5 SCHOOLS BUSES...

Trooper 864 stopped when I had a flat tire and changed it. That was above and beyond the call to duty. I greatly appreciated it and God Bless him and his family.

Horrible excuse for law enforcment. Im a disabled vet and there have been 2 occasions over the last 4 years where I was pulled over with no justification. Each time the officer was very aggressive towards me. Im not a thug. I dress nice and I am always respectful at least until they start treating me like Im some scum bag felon. Its absolutely amazing that their leadership is so quick to try to blow it off like its nothing with no investigation. They say they have more important things to do. For example driving on back roads giving tickets for crossing a line avoiding road kill. According to them that is more important then murderers and rapists and all the meth labs. I think police training should include every Andy Griffith season so they can learn the correct way to speak to people. There is no reason to treat everyone you meet like that. You lost another supporter. Im just 1 so it wont matter. Just remember. When an officer is in danger and only a civilian is near by to help, please notice more and more often people are standing by watching instead of helping. This is because of the few bad officers you protect. I served my country, maybe its time you served too.
