The men were so sweet and so knowledgeable! I don’t want to say “I’ll be back here again” because that implies that I will brake something, but should I break something (which I probably will lol) I will definitely come back!The prices are fair and they’re work is supreme. In my opinion, they are better than the geniuses at Apple and geek squad at Best Buy.I highly recommend. 😊

Very nice man. I like that they charge a fee before hand, whether they can fix it or not. It gave me more peace of mind that theyre actually taking their time to figure out whats wrong and not just going to give you some BS reason why they cant fix it. No one is going to thoroughly check a broken device for free. Anyways, my case wound up being just the battery, but with an older phone it wasnt in stock so I had to wait a day. Well worth the wait to guarantee I can still have everything I saved on my phone, and not rush into a new phone that I wasnt prepared for. They also put the money you initially put down towards the total. So its not 2 separate charges.

Happy to state customer service exceeded my expectations. Service was prompt, courteous, I was given clear, direct information, no one tried to sell me anything extra. Phone repaired and price was reasonable. Problem solved!

So my husband took his iPhone to have his headphone port replaced, as it was not working, when he picked up the phone after repair, the port seems it worked, ( he could listen to music now)but right after that, calls would just disconnect, or could not make calls at all, we never had a issue with calls dropping or even being able to make calls, and it keeps on saying could not connect to network connection, the phone was and still is a mess, so I did call them 2-3 times and explained the situation, but I work full time and cannot get there during the week and so I maid sure they were aware of this issue, and I did finally brought the phone back, as I was told to do and have the port replaced again, did that and still the phone works the same, cannot makes calls in certain areas around where I live and calls get disconnect still, I guess I should have taken the phone to Apple right away. Lesson learned, as the guy there told me I should not have waited 3 months to take it back ( even if I called them 3 times) and sorry ... there nothing I can do, if the calls disconnect or cannot make calls in a certain area, I will probably not going back, as the gentleman was mad I waited to take it back, what different did he make, if they still couldn’t fix it, so my husband went from having a phone that worked great, minus the headphones port, to having a port that works, but a phone that is constantly not working.

Service was very good. I had been told at another repair shop that it would require an expensive (+$300) to fix my tablet. The CPR tech looked up the model and assured me it did not require such an expensive fix. Turns out he was right. They simply knew more about my particular model and knew it was easily fixable.

Super fast service. I had an appointment at 1:30pm yesterday. I thought maybe I would have the phone back on Monday. Within 15-20 minutes, my Daughters iPhone 6 S plus screen was fixed in no time. Took my ipad in to get the battery replaced. First, he wanted to charge double what everyone else quoted. I was about to agree, when he also said I had to pay for a new screen because he might crack it during the process. No one else quoted the screen. A $ 100 fix was quoted at over $ 300. Crazy. I got the battery replaced somewhere else.

This is my place to go. I had square trade insurance on my phone. This where they send me to fix it. In a few hours my phone was done. Just like knew. Well, I changed cell company and lost the insurance.went there last because I thought paying cash to fix my phone was going to be too expensive. Boy was I wrong.great prices excellent fast service. Questionable Service and Warranty.I got my phone screen fixed in December. Then the quarantine happened and my phone screen started to act up. I had no scratches or any other damages to the screen but button stopped working and the phone felt like it was being operated by a ghost with buttons touching themselves. To the point where the phone would get disabled when I restarted it because numbers began to type themselves.As soon as restrictions lifted, I went to the store and met an older male in front. He took a look at the phone and said that based on what he could see on the outside it looked fine but they would have to take a look inside. He also told me that unfortunately they did not have the screen for my phone in stock and would give me a call when it arrived. Mind you this was June 15, 2020. Also keep in my that I am still under warranty at this point.I’m not sure if you all are familiar with the way repair work, but If a company is out of a certain material they could always order it from various vendors. I kept calling,but was met with we still don’t have the screen in stock we will give you a call when we do. I called up to 3/4times. I called today and was told that the man who I spoke to is currently dealing with customers and would call me back but guess who didn’t get a call back.at this point, the phone is operating at limited capacity and I have to turn it because it keeps operating in on its own.From the bottom of my heart, I regret coming to this place.This place was recommended to me by a colleague of mine due to its closeness to my move. I should’ve known better and return to the place where I have been going for years with no issues.Do you self a favor and avoid this place at all costs. I had a battery / screen problem with my laptop. They replaced both. Shortly thereafter, another problem occurred. They figured out the cause and quickly and professionally repaired it. They answered all my questions. They were very polite. I recommend them highly for their diligence.

I ended up getting screwed couple hundred dollars because they didnt want to follow the warranty that is posted on THEIR OWN WEBSITE. This is what I get for being cheap and not buying warranty from best buy... Lesson learned. Hopefully this screen fix holds up for a year or two.

Wow Amazing service. Apple would not fix a software issue (that shut down the phone) unless I repaired a small crack on the screen. The crack had nothing to do with the repair and would have been costly. I was also told that no one else would be able to do the complete the update. I got a second opinion with these guys and they fixed my phone despite the small crack at the top of my phone. While fixing the phone they uncovered another problem and repaired it. The phone was repaired in the time they stated. I received Excellent service. If you want to go somewhere where the staff doesn’t lie to you about servicing your phone(Apple) then this is the route to go. In other words this is a 5/5 for me guys, I would definitely recommend.

I was disappointed with their explanations surrounding the issues with my tech. At times I felt baffled by their explanations and others I felt like I was being scammed.

I went to have my phones ear piece cleaned. The service was fast and reasonably priced.

DO NOT TRUST their warranty!! The front manager will argue and try to upsell you to pay for more unnecessary service. Originally went to get a wet phone fixed. After 1 week of paying to get my screen replaced the screen popped out. Returned to the store and they made up a reason to why the screen popped out. I got a 2nd opinion and was told the REAL problem was the terrible glue they used. Instead of honoring the warranty I paid for they wanted to RECHARGE ME for another screen plus a battery I was told DID NOT need to be replaced. SPEND YOUR MONEY WISELY AND USE ANOTHER COMPANY!! BEYOND DISAPPOINTED

Excellent. They are fast and professional. I sleep better at night knowing there is a place nearby that can provide reliable and quality repair of pretty much any cellphone model and not just the most recent and popular ones like other places. I also like that they will make appointments and have very comfy chairs to wait in. There are also numerous places nearby to kill time, you can even walk to several places if you dont want to deal with the traffic any more than you have to.

They were very quick replacing my iPhone X screen, and it works great.

Battery service (replacement) on my 3 year old Samsung Galaxy S7 was done in the time promised at a reasonable price. Before the service my battery was draining down to 10% charge after 8 hours with little use. Today (5 days later) it is still at 80% after 8 hours. Well worth the price!

Great job for a good price (screen replacement)! However, for future references, I would appreciate it if my phone (BlackBerry KeyOne) does not have an unexplained feature upon pickup. For instance, there was a red plastic tab (like a battery insulating pull tab found in a new products battery compartment) sticking out of the edge between the screen and phone body. Although it was eventually removed, I never got an explanation as to why it was there in the first place...not that it really mattered; my phone was back in great shape. :)

These people are scammers. $110 just for them to open my phone and put it back together. I got the phone back in a worse condition, one of the employees were so rude. Next time I’ll send it to a better source. Honestly hard earned money just for them to mess up my phone even more, don’t go here. Save your money.

The guys at CPR Cell Phone Repair are friendly and professional. They wont charge you until they have repaired the phone issue, are relatively inexpensive and offer an honest analysis and estimate. If they cant fix it at all, then theres no charge.I remember when they first opened up and according to the owner, hes been there 7 years now! They have a cute busy table with loops, legos, etc. for kids (his own children suggested he bring it in) for the stores spacious waiting area. Theres also a frozen yogurt place right next door if they really get antsy or you want a protein shake for yourself. Anyway, I turned my phone over to Vince, who was upfront about the known issues with the IPhone I plan to use until it becomes so obsolete, its only good as a widget to level a wobbly table or use as a paperweight. These guys still had my info from years back and called me several times at my alternate number for updates.

Had problems with charge cords connecting. Tech diagnosed dirty port on phone and fixed it in 15 minutes.

I have a strong feeling that the only folks who are inclined to leave a review are those who have had a bad experience. Those who are happy go on their way. Just to even things out for this business I will leave a positive review -- because CPR Cell Phone Repair (Springfield, NJ) did a fine job repairing our iPhone 4s broken screen. They did the job quickly -- no fuss, no muss. The phone works, there were no other issues. We are happy. We will use them again if we have a broken screen.

CPR Cell Phone Repair of Springfield‘s personnel are experts in phone repair. They solved a problem that two other chain stores technical personnel couldn’t solve. My old cell phone’s screen froze. Tapping on any of the icons didn’t work at all. I am in my 50’s not that savvy on the new technology. I hadn’t bothered with backing up anything on ICloud or any of that. I went to someone in my company’s computer department. He diagnosed that the screen was gone and advised just getting a new phone as repairing the screen would be expensive. I went to Targets and bought another Apple 5. The people in their department were not able to transfer the data (my contacts being the most important). I went to Best Buy as I am enrolled with the Geek Squad, they couldn’t perform the transfer from old to new phone. I found CPR Cell Phone on Goggle. I went to them explained my problem that I didn’t want to pay to have the touch screen replaced or repaired. I left my old phone with them and they called me an hour later to come by. Of course I didn’t remember my password for Apple that they needed to get to the data. They figured out re-setting my password, accessed my 50-60 contacts and downloaded into my new phone, offered did I have any other data. All at a reasonable cost and didn’t try selling me extra services or product. They are definitely experts in cell phone repair having done what two other cell phone retailers couldn’t. They are on Route 22 in Springfield in the center island on that highway. My GPS had trouble finding it! A phone call to them got me directions (next to TGIF’s) I highly vouch for CPR

My iPhone 5c had a shattered screen and was not charging properly. I was told to take it to CPR for repair by a local T-Mobile store. They did an amazing job and my phone looks great! The gentleman who took care of us was very friendly and helpful. They repaired my phone within 45 minutes while i waited. I would definitely recommend them if you need your device repaired.

Since ive submited the claim with xfinity the crew at CPR in Springfield NJ were hands on .. all th e way from making sure that they had all the parts necessary until handing me my phone 1 hour after i dropped it ... overall it was a great experience .. great service and high level of knowledge... 5 star service... definitely will recomend this store to anyone who needs their smart device repaired...

Kaz and his team were awesome! Kaz warned me about possible damage to my S6 while attempting the repair. I understood the risk and I decided to let them fix the phone. The phone survived the repair to the extent that I can not even tell they opened it! If it makes sense to have your phone fixed they do and AWESOME JOB I highly recommend them!

This is the worst shop I have ever been to. The sales people are rude. The work is shoddy and they do not stand behind their work. They make you sign a form stating the work is done well before you are even allowed to see the phone. I would NEVER, NEVER go there again and I would warn anyone else to stay away. I found out later, (when I had more time to research) that they also overcharge!!!!PS I would give it 0 stars but my computer wouldnt let me. :(

My 7-month old iPhone 6S stopped recharging and stopped syncing with my car. I brought it to the Apple store in Paramus and they told me a connector was missing and it can’t be repaired and since it’s physical damage it’s not under warranty. The tech then told me my only recourse was to buy a new phone. I told him I’ll never buy another Apple product. . I then went to CPR on Route 22 in Springfield. Not only did they fix it in under an hour, they also gave me a 6-month warranty. I whole-heartedly recommend them.

I pass by CPR cell phone repair all the time, so I knew there location but, never delt with them. My IPad tablet fell and when my screen cracked (A lot of damage) they were the first ones I thought of. I dropped in with no appointment and they were able to fix my tablet the same day. Once the repairs were finished , they called me and informed me that it was ready for pickup. They gave me a good rate on repairs along with great customer service. I would recommend there business to anyone.

I went to them because Sprint said they could charge my battery replacement for less. Sprint chartered it for 80 but I would gave to wait 40 business days since they didnt have the battery for the Samsung s6. so I went to CPR, but they also charged 80. My mother paid for it and I was met back with my phone in 4 hours. everything looked good until now. my back glass screen is lifting, and it appears that theu used glue to seal it when instead they were supposed to use glue tape made apecucally for my phone. Not only that but my phone dies abruptly at different percentages. Hopefully they used a new battery when replacing mine.

My screen stopped working after two weeks with no scratches and was never dropped. I was well within the warranty but was given a bs excuse. They need to contact their distributor first because he wasnt sure what the problem was. I was told they would call me back once they heard from the distributor . Never got a call back and when i went back to confront them about the issue he told me it was a issue with the phone not the screen(made up bs) yet never called me. I also had a old phone repaired a few years ago there that had the same issue just about a year later. So in conclusion, the repairs are expensive, they use cheap inferior parts and offer absolutely no warranty.

Literally the worst cellphone repair shop I have ever been to. Every time they fix my phone they give it back to me with something else broke. I paid a lot of money for them to fix my phone and so far they have caused more damage than they have fixed.

OMG...they worked a miracle for me (1 and 1/2 actually).I brought in an old original iPad that wouldnt turn off or even go to sleep (this is not good!). They looked at it and determined that one corner was crushed, jamming the power button on.They would have to remove the screen without breaking it (not an easy task), then uncrush the corner, then put it back together to pull this off. And....they did it! While they were in there they also removed a broken-off headphone plug stuck in the jack.For $50 this was a slam-dunk bargain and it took them all of 2 hours!The other smaller miracle was assessing the damage to my LG G3 phone which got run over by a bus (dont ask!). Although it ultimately couldnt be saved, they invested a serious amount of time trying to see if it could be. The $45 diagnostic charge was a pittance for the work they put in.Anyway, if its electronic and its busted, take it here. Excellent work and fair prices.

I gave them a better review earlier but I now have to retract it. I have gone there several times for the same issue on my Samsung tablet. Given this is a known issue with this device and I have been told this by them and by another repair shop but the difference is the other shop has fixed it for $20 when they tried to charge me to replace the screen. The screen was never the problem!!! They assured me that they padded the screen. They assured me that they corrected the issue. Three times I was told this. The only good part was they charged me for the first repair and gave a 30 day warranty but on the third visit wanted to replace the screen for a charge that would be as much as buying a new tablet. The reason that I am now writing this review because of the rude customer service I received recently in their shop. The button on my iPad mini was loose and shifted out of place. First the individual at the counter face looked like why are they here??? I showed him the issue, he goes in the back for less than a minute and comes and tells us we need a new screen. The screen was not cracked or broken in any way so I asked why would I need a new screen. He then tells me the button is part of the screen, they couldnt fix it without replacing the screen. This sounded like some b.s. to me so I asked for the device back. Instead of placed it in my hand he placed it on the counter top and slides it to me so if it wasnt scratched before it surely is now. Right after leaving there I went to a shop on Morris Ave in Unoin. They fixed the issue and didnt even charge me. This CPR place needs to get their act together.

Dont ever take your phone here. Just take it to apple if youre having screen issues. I went in back in November for a iPhone 6 screen repair. They repaired it for $180 --- EXTREMELY high priced. Said I had a 6 month warranty. About a week later I noticed a discoloration on the screen as well as issues with the touchscreen (I would press m and it would type j instead). I was away on a work trip so couldnt bring it back until I got back. During my work trip, woke up one morning to the ENTIRE SCREEN completely discolored. I was shocked. Couldnt even use the phone at all and it kept typing and calling random people without me touching it. I turned it off and finally went to the store as soon as i got back. I showed them what was happening and asked for them to fix it. They said because it was an issue with the LCD it was NOT covered under the warranty and i would have to pay for an entire new screen. ANOTHER $180. When I told them that I would rather take it to apple they proceeded to tell me that apple wont touch it since now i have a third-party part on the phone. So they basically convinced me that I have to do it there. Fine. Fixed it. Got my phone back and i could tell the screen was coming out, lifting from my phone around the top. I showed them and they told me it was because my phone was bent. NEVER had noticed that before, so who do you think bent my phone?! THEY DID. and did nothing about it. I was so frustrated. A couple weeks later I say a white dot perpetually on the screen. Took it to apple. They replaced the screen for $110. AND the screen wasnt coming out. SO moral of the story -- DONT go here. they are overpriced, give you horrible quality screens, and LIE TO YOU. Apple fixed my phone no problem unlike what the fine employees of CPR told me. AND my phone is not bent anymore. AND they said if they couldnt fix it, they would replace my phone for $299.99. So i basically paid CPR MORE money than i would have to get a brand new phone from apple. Seriously people, just take your phone to apple.
