This is a company with which I have done business In the past – siding-soffit etcI asked about their ad In the paper and was asked what I wanted to have done I was looking for an extensive change to my sunroom deck and roof overhang and was told “we don’t do repairs” I explained that this was much more than a repair and could I have someone come out to give me an estimate The person said “we are promising 8 months out o new builds and don’t do repairs”This person was rude – ignorant (obviously not able to understand over the phone what my request was about) and obviously empowered by the amount of business that they now have I hope they realize that some people are long time residents of Springfield and when the boom goes back to normal they will be looking for business from us long-timersI certainly will remember the way I was treated

We absolutely love our sunroom. Due to the pandemic, it took longer to complete than expected, but it was well worth the wait. Everyone in the crew was awesome. I really appreciated Doug, Steve, and the gentleman who installed the wall system. Im sorry that I dont recall his name. Highly recommend!

Jerry was efficient and timely getting the additional work done on our porch roof greatly appreciated

Jerry and Russ did a fantastic job installing a window in the bedroom and I love it.Only had to wait 5 months to get it but it was worth the wait now that it’s done

The weather stripping on my sun room door needed to be replaced. Jerry Doran came out, a part was needed that is no longer made, so he shopped around to find a substitute, and then made necessary adjustments. The door works perfectly now!

Class descrimination. Requested a quote for exterior work and didnt get a call back, what I did get was a slow drive by from one of their company cars two days later. Presumably scoping out our property to make sure we could afford their services (?) We had $5k allocated for repairs to our home. They will get none of it for now and ever. Dont waste time unless you live in a nicer home or neighborhood. Our house is very nice btw. At least I thought so.

Excellent company to work with. They were very thorough in helping us to decide on the perfect sunroom design that would fit within our budget. When the construction started the crew was knowledgeable, professional and on time. We are very pleased not only with the quality of the Temo product, but also with the quality of the construction as well.

Absolutely love my sunroom. It was done quickly, looks amazing, everyone was friendly, and any questions I had were answered promptly. I plan to use them next year for my siding, too. Highly recommend!

Contacted this company to get a quote for doing some work on the outside of my house. Took off work to meet the guy at my house. Pulled up behind him as he was spinning and digging a hole going up my gravel driveway. I honked at him and told him to put his 4x4 Dodge in 4 wheel drive so he wouldnt tear up my driveway any more. He then did so. After he looked at my house and gave me some ideas on what he could do he said he would send me an estimate in a couple of days. After 4 days I called the office and talked to a lady telling her I had not heard anything from him. She said she would contact him and have him call me. I never got a call from him. I called a week later and she said the same thing. I never got a call or an estimate. Thanks Modern Exteriors for wasting my time and tearing up my driveway.

I just uploaded pics of their business truck and trailer parked across 4 spaces right on top of the handicap space. I also included a view of all of the available space next to the curb for the truck and trailer. The picture with the truck wouldnt immediately post for some reason but I will keep trying until it does. The driver saw me take the pictures when he came out. 50ish white male light brownish hair. Ask yourself what kind of person does this then ask yourself if you want to do business with them. Shameful.

I hired this company 3 different times for several projects. Window replacements, leaf guards for my gutters and a patio cover. There estimator was very knowledgeable!! He answered all my questions and never once pressured me to purchase. In addition, he informed me of some special discounts that I qualified for. The best part of the process was the installation!! This company uses certified employees to do their work. Workers showed up in company vehicles which made my wife very comfortable while I was at work. If you want a great experience during the order and installation process and want the job done right hire this company!!!!

I have met the owner on several occasions and was always very impressed. The sales people were really informative and did not feel pressured to buy right away like so many other companies try and get you to do. I would definitely recommend them.

Work was not done on a timely basis. I was supposed to have the pergola installed in 16-20 weeks. I called on the 21st week and they took 3 more weeks to complete. (There was some rain days just to be fair) I did not sign the completion form and they fixed the 3 issues with the structure to my satisfaction and I paid them. I would not use the company again. Oh and btw I asked the owner to call me and I never received a call. Not good business practice.

The build took much longer than expected and there were a few issues along the way but overall, we feel this was the best investment in our home that we have ever made. We did have some roof leak issues but those were taken care of. We have an electric fireplace as well as an installed AC/heater and we use this room year round. The room is filled with tropical plants that have thrived over the years. Would I do this again. Absolutely. We are in our sixth year and so very happy with the room.

No SALES PERSON to talk to. Not a friendly reception. They are advertising for experienced SALES people but would not even discuss an interview.

Rude and unprofessional.Never would I go back to this place.

We had our room put on back in 2008-9 and soon after the roof leaked , I called and they sent someone to chalk thought problem solved ! Wrong ! Happened again and again but now we have to do the chalking so now I have chalked till I am blue in the face. I told them that I thought there was something wrong with my gutter and they ask if it was clogged , I told them it wasnt. After putting up with this for years my husband found that indeed it was the gutter not properly installed, They installed it in-line with my over hang of the house so that when it rains hard (like an inch in a short period) the water runs on top of the overhang and into our room. They dont care ,they never call me back that piece of paper that is your warranty is worthless. I doubt much if I am the only one not pleased with this company. I need to mention also that when its cold in the winter that the windows which are metal sweat like crazy and I am always mopping up the floor and when it rains you can not hear yourself think ! My advice is stay away from this company ! they only reason they got one star from me was I couldnt post without it !

10 x 14 foot sunroom is hot in the summer , cold in the winter . 18 foot away from wood stove . 6x7 foot opening into sunroom . Have pictures of sun room with frost halfway up windows on inside of room . Walls have moisture on them almost all winter unless it is frozen . They told me wood stoves put moisture inside of house . I was born at night but not last night . Should have went with a room without metal sides and windows and door. Biggest mistake we made , highest bid , said it could be doon in a week . It was , builder only worked half days. Took 2 weeks of 4 hour work days .
