Yes, its going out of business but thats not stopping me for writing this. Today I had a great experience. The staff was helpful and friendly even though theyll soon be out of a job. For being a mad house, almost Black Friday like, the store was generally clean. The selection is becoming sparse but is still good. Prices are a little on the high side. I found a better deal at Target on Transformers for example. But you cant beat the selection of toys! What was the old song? Theres a million toys at Toys R Us that I can play with. But now the sun sets on the last dedicated store for toys.

We love toys-r- us. Very very sad they are closing. It is always very clean and organized. There are lots of working demos. Tons of nicely made toys. We have fun at every visit. The staff is cheery and helpful every visit!!

Great kids toy store, a lot of toys. Plan on coming back a lot with my little girl. Will give 5 stars if you change the color of the entrance decals from red to green

Edit: Sad to see it go. Its pretty much all but gone for good at this point.TRU in general is going the way of the old Amazon Showroom like best buy has. They just dont have the right prices. On occasion I go here to look at the new stuff but rarely buy unless there is a really good sale or some exclusive deal. I do like to go and look at physical items though.

Great customer service. A young man named Sam helped me. Not only did he get a chair down for me he told me about the protection plan, made sure I had a rewards card and asked if I had a ToysRus credit card. Cashiers we were quick and friendly

Generally has good selection of popular toys. Staff are usually helpful if assistance is needed. Often buy online and pick up at store, which goes well.

Not surprised that they are going out of business. Went to redeem a merchandise credit refund-card before they close their doors for good, and it had already been zeroed out, and they had already permanently closed down the department that deals with refunds for that kind of issue. Plus their idea of a blowout sale is up to 30% off, meaning 10% off on stuff was mostly all we could see.

They were great I actually walked off without taking my cart full of my purchase thinking my friend had. They put my cart aside and saved it all for me. Super nice customer service gal in-store!!

Well, having two young daughters .to many things they want. Lots of pink. Easy way to spend my paycheck. But they have everything..

I called and was told my item was in stock. A snippy salesperson told me it was no longer carried. When I asked her to check, due to my phone call, she very huffily checked the computer and said no, only available online. Another salesperson chimed in and said it was discontinued due it having something in it that could be construed as a weapon. Meantime my son was looking and booked around the corner holding the item in his hand...really? And it was the wrong size anyway. Never mind, went elsewhere and wont be back.

Returned a carseat that ended up not being needed. Other than waiting for 10 minutes to be helped the visit was pleasant. Emily was very helpful, polite, and nice.

Good for browsing as they do have a nice selection of toys for kids. Just be aware that pricing may be a little high for your liking.

Was fine. But confusing trying to find just what you want,or granddaughters want. But so much cool stuff this 65 yr. Old gramma wants too. LOL

My kids love coming here and we always find what we want and need! Great service and everyone is very friendly!

Initially hard to find an employee on the sales floor, but we eventually found Sherry,who was extremely helpful and went out of her way to find us the items we were looking for.

I really hate to see this store close, just one more place our kids and gran kids wont be able to get good quality toys, I was very sad when I heard the news of The Founder passed away! He loved children, for that reason alone Id leave the store open...wewillmissyoutoysrus😣

It was a great experience. I went in and found a toy I had no idea even existed for only $10.

The employees are all extremely nice and helpful even in chaotic times such as the night before Christmas when we visited.

We could not find help when needed I was wanting to purchase electronic games and I waited for 20 to have someone come help after I had searched for someone to get me the help. Very poor customer service but their process was good and selection was good

I was there today to buy a Nintendo 3DS XL and a Lego Dimension for WiiU for my grandsons. that is like $300 of product. I looked around where games are upfront and could not find. I waited around and though a employee would be assigned to that department as much as they cost. No one came around. There was a clerk at first cash register but he had a line the whole time.I went to back of store to see if I could find employee and found one and asked him if he knew where they were and he said up front in the Electronics dept. and went to help someone else. I would think in the hour that I was there someone would have came by. I left and went to Target and got it for less money anyway. This happened last year also.

Unfortunately this nice store is going out of business and everything must go including fixtures. It will be missed.

Im disappointed I cant take stars away from this store. Went in for an online order pickup and 45 minutes later I still dont have the merchandise. I wish they had enough integrity to tell my they made a mistake, refund my order, and give a gift card for my wasted time.

I had no problems finding helpful staff. During a busy time an associate checked to see if they had more of an item in back when I wasnt sure I was even going to buy it.

Need to have someone in the electronics dept. At all times. Every time I went there I have to find them to help me or wait forever

We went Christmas shopping here and everything in the store was a disaster. Nothing was priced right, things were thrown all over the place, and had to price check everything just know the price. Horrible shopping experience.
