Visited for the first time today and can’t believe I’ve been missing out my entire life. Left with decor for our entire house, some odds & ends, end a few things I did t need 😅. Cashier Donna was just so helpful and friendly! I’ll be back...

Well stocked with everyday items as well as Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas items. Store was organized and clean.

So shopping on a Friday night is not a great way to spend an evening, but going to Christmas Tree Shops was a good experience. Good sales, friendly and helpful staff easy in and out, turned out to be a good night.

Went for childrens coloring books. Not available, but bought some other items.Teas, bins, floor mat, etc. Always great finds.

I love this store! The people who work here are always helpful and friendly. The obviously care about what they do. I bought a new tree for my office recently. It had to be brought up from the dock. They guy who brought it up wanted to cut the box open just to be sure all the parts and stand are in there, insisted on carrying it to my car, etc. Its like doing biz in an old time general store.As for the general store . . .theres everything you need for Christmas (duh), but beyond that this is truly a general store. They have EVERYTHING - food items, cosmetics, OTC meds and products, linens, small furnishings, fabrics . . . goes on and on. Coffee prices, btw, are insanely low compared to everyone else. Its like stepping back in time - everything you need all in one place. But you dont have to traverse a big box discount store the size of 2 football fields to get it.Just one thing - for corporate - Christmas Tree Shops and That? Seems like you could do a better job with the name so people understood its not just for Christmas anymore. (Sorry, Im an ad guy. I was bothered by this.)

Big store with great decoration options for the house, bathroom items, snacks variety, beauty etc. Really like it , you can spend hours there browsing.

Great spin off from Bed Bath and Beyond! Got all my seasonal spring and summer outdoor items there. They have very cheap snacks and condiments etc.

I visited a few more times. the last time I was there on Sunday I had a bad experience with JUDY!!!! I purchased a dining set and had some problems with missing hardware and assembly. I called and spoke to John who was extremely helpfu and pleasant. Since there was no more of this set in stock he allowed me to bring in the chairs I was having trouble with to determine if we could get the parts needed from floor model. Mike from receiving came out to help us and was able to fix the chairs, hes so pleasant and helpful everytime Ive dealt with him. As he completed the chair my husband was carrying the chairs back to our vehicle Judy decides to jump in front of my husband and block him. My husband calls for me. there were several other people entering and exiting she then approaches me saying she needs to see my receipt she wouldnt want anyone calling the police on me. Excuse me offensive, one the store manager and other staff were all aware of what was happening. The fact that I even had to come back because it wasnt created correctly and hardware was missing is an inconvienance and now to be treated less than and it insinuated that we were attempting to steal dining chairs is insulting. To top it off she was way to close to me and even after I gestured that I didnt want to be touched she patted and rubbed my shoulders. Absolutely inappropiate. But if I had reacted we all know what would be said about me. I dont see myself going back to this location because of her. I drive to LI every 2 weeks I will do my shopping at a location there unfortunately. Judy ruined my view of this location. Someone definitely needs to address her. In the climate we are living in she should know better.

There was a lot of poorly organized Christmas merchandise but because of the narrow aisles and COVID, I spent too much time working to avoid other shoppers rather than exploring the corner of the place assigned to Christmas. It was also not particularly clean. The And That includes a Harmon Face Value.

Always enjoy walking around and looking at the seasonal items. The manager, Scott is always so helpful and pleasant. He actually took the time to help me pick out coordinating pillows! The store is always neat and well organized. Well worth the drive to have such wonderful customer service!

The manager was rude and wasnt willing to accept coupons. The cashier said he has accepted coupons to other coustomer but she didnt accept mine from retailmenot. I guess they only accept certain customers

Great place to GET ANYTHING and I MEAN JUST ABOUT ANYTHING READING GLASSES, TO FOOD TO GARDEN DECOR, TO SHAMPOO MY LIST CAN GO ON FOR EVER. THE CASHIERS AND SALES HELP ARE GREAT ALSO. ONE OF MY FAVORITE PLACES TO SHOP. ID GIVE THEM MORE THEN 5 STARS IF I COULD EXCELLENT PLACE AND CHRISTMAS TIME THIS IS BAR NONE SIMPLY THE BEST PLACE FOR CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS DECORATING ETC.. PROBABLY WHY IT CALLED THE CHRISTMAS TREE STORE!!!

Who doesnt love a bargain? Had to get out of traffic and the Christmas tree shop was a wonderful place to stall and wait out traffic. Bought some school supplies for the classroom and great decorative napkins. I was much happier when I had to reenter the traffic.

I went in for the first time. I liked it so much! You have house items and things to decorate for a good price. The store was cleaned and organized and that was me coming in at about 7 or 8 at night. The staff was friendly and was very attentive. For my first time I was impressed.

Love this store.

Its a very fun place to visit. If it isnt for the trinkets for sale for each holiday, its the delicious treats they have that I just cant find anywhere else. I bought Moxie root beer here, and its one of my favorite drinks now. No other place I know of sells it.

This place has an amazing assortment of highly useful merchandise at super affordable prices. The name is definitely misleading. Their merchandise stock rotates pretty rapidly throughout the year, so something you see today may not be there next week. The most frustrating thing about my visit was that the front of the store was jammed with people wanting to check out, but there was only one register open. Theyre shooting themselves in the foot.

I usually am a big fan of the store but this visit was disappointing. Spring and summer merchandise were battling for a small space. Too much of everything makes it hard to appreciate the variety. I still recommend the store because usually I find something Ive been looking every where for. It just didnt happen this time.

Service is amazing, collection is great. You need to search a bit as things are not kept very organized and are all over the place. But I enjoyed my experience of shopping here. It was cheap too. I love this place. Must visit, you might find something which you were always wanted have but kept forgetting in your shopping trips.

Never ceases to amaze me what they have when nobody else does. Umbrellas and chairs. Nobody has anything but they do!

I love shopping here! They always have an eclectic mix of seasonal items, home decor and snack food items that capture my bargain hunters heart! This is a great place to buy picture frames, candles window treatments and seasonal linens. I can wander around this store for over an hour just browsing their latest deals!

It was a mad house. Granted, I know its the holiday season but it took me 20 minutes to find a decorative box and top.. 4 stars for being messy.. But I love this store!

Lot to see.

A bit of a free-for-all, but its obvious. They are exactly what they proclaim they are. You will find exactly what youre looking for ( candles, Christmas lights, reading glasses, rugs, suet). Just choose wisely and do your homework. But particularly when they have a sale, the prices are good.

Christmas Tree Shop was good except for the fact that numerous customers were in there with masks below their chins. Several employees walked by the customers and didnt say a word to them about wearing their masks the correct way.

My favourite shop!I cant believe how many different things I can find there, not just seasonal decorations, but towels, throws, wall pictures, small items of furniture, table lamps, food, cooking equipment and toiletries. My go-to shop for over-the-counter specs.I even found great electric stoves identical to those at Walmart and Amazon, but 30% less!The staff at the Springfield shop, are THE BEST! They deserve a salary bonus as they take such good care of us clients.

I like their snack selection, including stuff not easily found elsewhere. They have a huge selection of tea and inexpensive spices. They need to do more to accommodate people with disabilities, like having electric scooters available.

Went in and asked for help on a specific item I saw at a different location everyone was incredibly helpful and Scott was on the money. I work in retail and I appreciate everything !

Love the fact your able to find items for any room in the home. Their choices for drinks, chips, seasoning, beauty are worth it. You can always get the ideal gift when you need one especially for Christmas, Valentines Day, St. Patricks Day, Easter, Halloween and Thanksgiving. Happy shopping.

This store is really nice, albeit their clearance sections needs to be cleaned up. (Its June as Im writing this and they still have pumpkin spice flavored items)

My 1st time in the Christmas Tree Store, it is one of the best economy savings in many items. Its a 4+ shopping store. I love the qualities.

This was a pleasant store to visit! The reason why I say this is because I never knew that this was a store for all the seasons.. I only thought it was for Christmas LOL !!! Besides that, it was easy to find things the staff was very friendly and things were labeled properly and accessible. I enjoyed my shopping experience and I will be back for next season

Store could have more items for Channaka. Have wonderful amounts of holiday items. The cashier that we had was not very nice. I wanted something put in a separate bag and she was telling me to stop that she is putting it with other items that it would go with. I told her i wanted it separate so a she did it, but with an attitude.

They have good products too. When you see what you like buy it coz next time product probably sold out.

Worst experience ever. My wife bought 2 pieces of furniture there a microwave stand and a hutch. The microwave stand once opened was obviously bought by someone else and then returned being that when we opened it was partly put together and missing pieces. The hutch after I got it half together missing a bag of screws even went to a hardware store to replace myself but they didnt have the right size so had to take back apart to bring back. Called the store but no replacement screws just told me sorry but nothing they could do had to take apart and return to the store. Fun way to spend my one day off hours of putting together and taking apart crappy press board furniture but I guess lesson to me is you get what you pay for crappy furniture at cheap prices.

They have some unique cool.stuff here. Its not just Christmas it is current holiday themed. Little bit weird shopping for Fourth of July decorations in the Christmas tree store but none the less pretty good stuff prices

The staff is really good. The one cashier worker that was very helpful was a young lady named Kayla. Beautiful smile , great personality and was very helpful. Brightens up a bad day and deserves a raise. Kayla for the win
