Amazing company to work for. Frank is a great boss. Coworkers are like family. The company works so hard to treat people right.

I applied for the dispatcher position and was called by Owen to come in for an interview. I met several people and emailed all of them a big thank you for the interview afterwards. I received no phone call or email from ANYONE regarding the position. As applicants, we are expected to knock it out of the park when speaking with a potential future employer. Unfortunately, employers can be as rude and unprofessional as they want.I would not purchase anything from this company nor would I expect them to supply the right product in a reasonable amount of time. If Roberts Energy cannot make a 30 second phone call to say no thanks, they clearly arent successful at much. Shame on their unprofessional arrogance.

Great people, awesome place to work

They just delivered oil to my neighbor and when leaving, ploughed right into my hedge with their huge truck, making a giant hole... idots

If I could give Roberts Energy 1 star I would.I am working as an elderly advocate with a 73 year old woman who ordered Kerosene oil from Roberts Energy in Springfield, MA. They delivered a full tank of oil (not the ordered Kerosene). The system stopped working that same evening. When the woman called Roberts they sent a technician out to pump the tank and refill with Kerosene but the system would never run again. The technician told her the system was a fire hazard and needs to be replaced. The system worked fine before they filled the tank with oil instead of what the customer ordered.This is an elderly, Vietnam Veteran on a fixed income. The kerosene fill was a gift from a family friend. This company left her with no working furnace and no heat in

Contacted them through cashheatingoil and was assured Id have a delivery today and wouldnt be charged until the delivery was made. Needless to say nobody showed up, nobody called and my card was charged. Upon calling I was told someone from dispatch would be in touch with me immediately, that was 2 hours ago. My next call will be to my credit card company and the police. This company is extremely unprofessional and should face consequences for conduct like this. Stay far away!

Made a deal with this company..worst experience ever and Ive been in business for 30 years..they came in making a lot of promises they did not uphold.. last winter all fuel jelled up and froze all my equipment and I was not the only customer that this happened to.. This year they now want a 250.00 rental fee monthly x 3 tanks after doing business with them for 2 years. Beware dont believe in any promises, they wont do what they say they are going to.
