A young man helped purchase a product to get rid of the smell in carpets in my office that had been cleaned and dried after tropical storm Ida. The product worked out great

Generally I visit here for the ease and convenience of staff ready and available to assist. And of course its a plus to find something that you did not walk into purchase but can not walk out without purchasing.

I bought a new coffee grinder machine from this shop for pickup. The machine was not only used one but so dirty with all the used beans stick around it. This is a pathetic service. Disgusting !!

Deceptive. From the outside you’d think it was small and disheveled. Not so. Neat as a pin. Lots of floor staff roaming and helping. Great service and friendly.

Ive been coming here for years well at least once a year and I am.always pleased. Keep up the good work. Just have someone to monitor the lines to the register...its 2 lines leading up to the register but how would someone know which register is next? Like I had to endure yesterday. I stood in line then a woman walked up to the spot right across from me...the register called her...at least she was kind enough to say no he was here before me....so fix that BBB

Didnt have the water boiler the website said they had at the store. Had to select a different one. Staff are always friendly.

It’s convenient and the staff are helpful but this particular location is not stocked very well. The blinds that I was looking for are always out of stock.I’ve been back to the store twice in a month and they still haven’t replenished the immersion blender i was looking for. But overall it won’t stop me from visiting this location.

I got C02 refill for my soda stream. The store does not allow curbside service for exchange of the canisters for some reason. I did feel safe in the store however for short visit. Not overcrowded and all customers and employees were wearing masks.

I ordered an item for curbside pickup and within 1 hour my item was ready. when I went to pick up I just waited 3 minutes and a friendly staff member came out and put my item in the trunk. It was quick and easy!

I ordered for curbside delivery. Checked in and waited 20 minutes in car before deciding they were probably too busy and going inside to pick it up instead.They had two reps helping the one and only customer in the store. They had two other reps stocking items and one putting the online orders in their place. One other was slowly bringing items to another room by the front entrance. A lady came out of the office, said something to one of the girls and went back in.I waited about 5 minutes in line until finally someone assisting me.Almost half hour to get the item at a location with only one customer inside and at least 7 employees working. Not the best customer experience.

The store is now fully stocked and offers a great selection of home goods. I ordered curtains and they arrived in a few days. I am very satisfied.

Quick and easy to return a few items and pick up holisay supplies at the front. Love the 20% off coupons and the selection. Sad they stopped making the glass cups we like. The new style isnt as nice.

As much as I shop here I cant go above three stars. Its waaay understaffed, checkout lines can be long, the customer service area is an oxymoron, and the store is disorganized.Add to that many entitled customers, parking their big SUVs willy nilly, who ignore signs in the parking lot . . . but I get sucked into the 20% off coupon trap often!

Found items I wanted, had good sale items

I ordered a knife for pickup, and it showed up as being in stock when I ordered it. I did have a coupon for it, but found out that they werent able to fulfill the order, and cancelled on me. When I called to cancel the order, they couldnt do it, despite the 1 item of 3 that I actually needed being unavailable. I tried using the coupon at another location, but it was no longer available (which I totally get, being that it had been used once). I tried calling the location back to see if I could get the coupon to be able to be redeemed again, since the item it was used on was cancelled BY THEM, and was just met with a solid, oh, there isnt anything we can do, with no attempt whatsoever to rectify the situation, and little apology.

A bit smaller than other locations, but still have everything you need and the staff have always been friendly. The parking lot is a small, cramped nightmare though.

Its ok, something seems off, I think its location or the building itself. I always pull up n Im like is this it? Looks odd..I think its cause my brain is looking for the large brand name like the one on route 1 has on its building n its not there.. I dont come here often but sometimes my GPS will guide me to this one. Inside is the same as the others, clean organized well lit etc. Staff are friendly n asked if I needed help, store was kind of slow but covid is still happening so it makes sense. They had hand sanitizer out for customers n everyone wore masks the right way so that was good/comforting. I hadnt been to one in like a year or more so I was happy to hear they still take the coupons. I got what I needed n left, was easy n quick to check out. Receipt went to my email n done.

Bed bath beyond are very concerned about the virus, mask, and everything., yet I was really disgusted when I entered into the mens room which looked like it hasnt been cleaned up in months... There was urine all over the floor find ...it really smelled bad like the nasty urine was sitting for months.... Its really something I dont see too much in the Burbs...😔..I really hope they received this message and do a GREAT detailed, clean up job in the bathrooms 😡

There is such a large and varied selections of items for your home, this store is large with a better selection than the one I normally go to. Don’t forget to bring one of those ubiquitous 20% off coupon. There is a good amount of parking and there are entrances on either side of the store.

The location on route 22 New Jersey did not have what I wanted and the manager checked other locations to find it. I call that A Number one priority service. Thank you very much

This is a big well-stocked Bed Bath & Beyond. They will usually have just about anything you need. (Their prices are nowhere near as good as Target, though. And I dont really think the quality is consistently much better.) Most of the staff is very helpful, available and quite pleasant. But there are a few tired, scowling staffers that can pretty-much ruin the experience. Hopefully you wont have to deal with them!

This place is horrible, drive out to the store on 22 in Watchung. The manager is horrible and wastes your time, he is always on a power trip. Went to purchase a set of sheets that were on sale, they rang up the wrong price, I let the sales woman know and she went to look at the sign. She came back to do the price adjustment, needed the manager’s approval and when he came over he started screaming about how he needed to see the sign and her seeing it wasn’t enough. We canceled the order and left. Story #2 we purchased a ring doorbell as a gift, when the person we gave it to installed it the product had already been registered to someone else. I called the store and explained what happened. He refused to accept the return. When we pointed out that they sold us a product that needed to be returned to the manufacturer when returned and NOT resold he became aggressive and nasty. This store is horrible and I won’t be returning.

This was one of the best stores I have been to, spacious, no clutter, only problem, staffing was very poor, needed assistance, but there was no one around to assist., Ms Ruby the cashier was very accommodating, and patient.

A great place to get household items including the outside. This store has a lot of inventory and the customer assistance employees are kind as well as professional without hounding you. Time really flies in this store & before you know it you were there for 2 + hours. I wish I could get coffee there that would be a terrific shopping trip ( like I get at Home Depot ). The checkout employees are very kind & quick.

Every time I go to the Bed Bath & Beyond at this location, my experience there has been excellent. I tend to spend a bit more time in there to see everything they have. The workers there are always helpful and friendly. And if theres something they dont have out in the store, they will check to see if its in stock or I can order it online and pick it up in the store.

The Springfield Bed, Bath and Beyond is usually pretty quiet. It is off the beaten path and well-stocked. Although this isnt my most local store, I often use them for in-store pick-up. The staff here are all friendly and helpful. If your Morris County Bed Bath and Beyond does not have an item in stock, I definitely recommend Springfield!

I wanted a specific type of fluffy rug and bed bath & beyond had just what I needed. The staff who helped was very nice.
