Needed embroidery for a few logod shirts for a small business, and on a tight turnaround time. Staff was exceedingly helpful, responsive, and friendly. Our shirts turned out awesome. We were in the store a couple of times when there was a small line and the staff were just incredible with each and every customer. Truly an excellent experience!

I ordered shirts for my company and after handing a few out to employees I noticed that most were 3x and 2x. I did order those sizes but I also ordered XL , L and Medium. Out of 24 shirts ordered18 were 2X and 3X 1 shirts was a kids small for my daughter wich left 5 shirts for all of the Xl, L and Medium. The shirts were supposed to be split up in sizes but they werent. I called and talked to Cheyenne and after her talking to her boss she said I had to bring the complete order back. I tried to explain that I had handed a few shirts outand couldnt bring the whole order back and she said she needed the complete order. Wouldnt me bringing the 18 2X AND 3X show that the order was wrong? I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Kristin and her team are amazing. Quality is awesome and impeccable spelling and design. Their lobby is full of samples and they even have clearance specials! We are going to use them for our construction shop to do our shirts and other promo items! They even do screen printing. Great prices. Definitely recommend

I had a great experience working with Charissa and Melody to produce t-shirts for our business, Blue Silo Beef. Proofs were turned around quickly and they had no problem making several changes that I requested. T-shirts were printed on the timeline they provided and the quality was great! I especially loved how the employee laid out all the t-shirts for me to review when I was picking up, and the way she boxed them up made it easy for me to grab out what I needed quickly. Details like that are awesome!

Kind of pricey the first time you order, since you have to pay to have your logo digitized. You get what you pay for though, because my shirts and hats came out way better than I could have imagined. I definitely plan to use them again.

Let me first start out by saying that these girls have got it together! With being a new growing company I needed to get myself and my guys some jackets for this winter. I work at ProTel Systems & Supplies, we recently placed a LARGE order with Missouri Embroidery. We needed around 230 shirts made and needed them in less than 2 weeks... yikes! BUT they did a FANTASTIC job communicating to make sure that the shirts were done in the exact way that we needed, and they even finished early! We then had another shirt we needed ordered and they did that in less than a week and was very kind and proficient on the costs. We would DEFINITELY recommend using Missouri Embroidery for any of your embroidery needs, you will not regret it!

This businesses is the definition of customer service in person. We had a rush job that needed to be done TODAY for a presentation shipping tomorrow morning. No Problem. They got it done perfectly and while we were waiting we had an opportunity to realize all that they do and its a lot. Great people, talented and full of ideas. Yep it cost us a bit more, but in the scheme of things having the project done and ready to ship was more than worth it.

I went in to Missouri Embroidery to have some stripes sewn on four martial arts belt keychains. These guys absolutely knocked it out of the park. It turned out way better than I thought.
