No public bathroom broken register clueless employees anxiety filled expierience

I asked them how long to fill a prescription, and a lady told me rudely that it is about an hour, or go to another pharmacy. I guess it is not okay to ask any question here.

Some select items on sale and most thing people can find here and some drinks here fresh.

Love that this CVS is open 24 hours

When I pick up my medicine, the front desk big Indian guy kept speaking my name very loud many times, then let me tell him my birthday to him in front of many customers nearby, very rude.

Could not be better. Passport photo request at odd hours. Always friendly. Fairly convenient. I dont know. Some may not prefer a good product. But I do. Thanks.

Horrible. The pharmacist refused to fill a prescription sent by the doctors office at 9pm (pharmacy closes at 10pm). My husband went there in person only to be told the prescription wouldnt be ready until the next day. It was for antibiotics for our sick 2 year old son crying in pain from an ear infection with a 104 fever. What terrible customer service and lack of sympathy. Will NEVER be going to a CVS again. Also filing a BBB report.

The pharmacists at this location are completely incompetent. They never fully do thier job unless yoy call them or go into the store and stand over them and spoon feed them the information. This store is right down the street from me but instead I drive 15 min out of my way to the cvs on Burke center prkwy because they actually do thier job correctly the first time.

FILM LAB REVEIW: I had recently retuned form a very beautiful trip on Smith Island and I had brought two disposable cameras with me. I had gone to CVS to have them develop the film and when I went to pick them up, they gave me 3 packs. I was of course thinking ok, they charge for 24 fames each so there should be three. I had gotten back to my car to inspect my product and the majority of the photos had lightleek flecks all over the images. In addition, one of the cartons i received had someone elses pictures in them. I went back into the store to return the pictures that werent mine and to retuve the ones that where. They refunded the pictures that where not mine but for some reason couldnt find the frames from my other camera. It is my belief that they destroyed the film from my other camera and where trying to cover it up the the result remains the same: I was out 27 more pictures in addition to the already ruined ones of my first camera. I was only able to salvage two of the 27 in the camera that i got back. I was given a full refund. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS FOR FILM.

Average service. Nothing wrong but nothing great to note. 24 hours is a plus
