Employees, including management, were disrespectful. Both the service towards customers and employees attitudes have worsened tremendously each time I go there. The store is run poorly, prices are higher than any other grocery store, and it is known for lots of theft. I wouldnt recommend it.

I ordered curb side pick up today for the first time. And I must have cancelled the order when I checked the time again. Danny, a manager there was very kind & apologetic when he took the time to tell how it happened after he checked for my order. I went in & did my shopping. All the staff there have always been friendly & helpful! Love the one stop shopping due to multi-departments:)

I will never buy my fruit meat or veggies at walmart so this is one of my GO TO stops in town. Susie in particular has always been the sweetest cashier Ive ever met!!

Was disappointing, I expected a samurai cashier, maybe lumberjack bag boy, but nobody was cutting ANYTHING... not even prices. Tried to go ahead and cut my own but they just asked me to leave.

They are friendly Me, My husband and children live down the road and around the corner and we walk there all the time at least 2 to 3 times a week they have decent prices on most of their items but some items I would say are surely over priced but they do have friendly, helpful, and kind employees

Alcohol section is pretty big, I would be able to judge the quality if I consumed but the looks of it I think they have a decent collection. Rest of the other aisles, have sufficient products. Pasta section is really good, I liked the deli area. They have a cute salad bar, where you can pick whichever you like on your own and fresh ingredients, wide variety of meat , even sushi! I definitely find price cutter much cuter than other grocery stores, it is homely and welcoming than other bigger conglomerate.

I have a hard time finding things here sometimes ,but its usually got a lot of hot women around from the college so I dont mind wondering whats around the next corner. If you get tired , Hey guess what ? Its a Starbucks with an upper deck ! You can scan the store for deals from above , then swoop in for all the items you need to get that one chick to come home for a original dinner thats sure to impress - dont forget the milk cause it does the body good -PEACE!

A nice store with a wide selection of grocery items. I rarely have issues finding something Im looking for, and the store carries items for a variety of tastes and subcultures. Deli is good with fairly priced hot food. A large selection of beer wine and spirits. Grocery prices are more expensive than other stores, but the shopping experience is far more pleasant than the same other stores. Staff are often friendly and almost always helpful.

Easy parking and the staff is very helpfull.. a bit pricey to be honest but the selection and accessibility makes up for it a bit.

Great local market! I have been shopping here since 2010 (it was a Dillons then) and its always been clean and convenient, the staff is nice too. Good prices on some things oddly high on others, you just gotta shop to fit your food budget.

I shopped at this store for years, since before it was even Price Cutter. Its a good grocery store. The liquor store section has a good selection, and the little sushi bar thing is really good. The bakery has good prices, and the vegetables are always fresh.

Above average grocery store. Scored a 3 Crock Slow Cooker for $10.

This store seems to cater to the young crowd. Its close to the university and offers a great deli section. Also has a post office in it. A convenient place to shop!

This place is amazing. Anything and everything is available at a reasonable price. A locally sourced shop with amazing resources! But the staff was sub-par

They really do some stuff well. The hot bar, salad bar, are always a treat, and often exceptional. Baked items nice. But Ive seen freezer bunkers defrost and expired stuff on shelves, typical of Pyramid Foods.

All the employees ate so helpful. And the lady in the liquor department is amazing. Love shopping there.

Terrible place to shop. The only reason I do shop here is bc its right across the street. Nothing is stocked. They are always out of the most basic items. Do yourself a favor, unless you live as close as I do; go somewhere else for your groceries.

My favorite Price Cutter. Their produce section so far in my opinion is awesome. My husband and I have lived in Springfield a few months. This is definitely one of the nicer grocery stores around with cheaper prices. Staff is always nice.

As any other Price Cutter, can be understaffed at checkout at times. Other than that, pretty unremarkable grocery store. The attached liquor store has a fantastic selection, though.

This is a pretty nice store. It was redone in the last 3 years or so. It is well lit and well laid out. Id say they have good coverage at the registers. It is near a college campus so lots of students and college employees shop here.

This Price Cutter has a full salad bar. It also has a full hot deli department. You can get fried chicken to go. They also make sushi fresh in the store.

Lots of parking when I was there. Employees are friendly. If you cant finish something, ask one of the employees and they will try to help you find it. I went in for a can of coconut water, I found it in the water aisle of the beverage department. Several sizes available at different prices, and different amounts of potassium too.

Picked up a Wonder Woman birthday cake for my granddaughter. It was perfect. The price was reasonable. The store is clean. The people are friendly.

Nice atmosphere, and cool that its local. Healthy selections. Under staffed. More expensive than Walmart. Sometimes the P goes out and we call it Rice Cutter.

Great selection, decent prices. Fresh produce, they even have a Starbucks inside the store! The staff are all excellent, no long lines. The liquor department has an excellent range in pricing and quality.

This store is usually very clean. They even have a dollar aisle section...I forget what aisle but its close to the regiaters and the check out people know where it is. Id give a 5 star but Ive found expired premade deli sandwiches before and I know it happens but they were a few days old. I could understand 1 day but anymore than that and youre just being lazy....so make sure you dont just trust that things wont be expired even if youre in a hurry....double check.

Ordered a graduation cake in the bakery and the cake decorator did amazing work. Went back a few days later to get cupcakes for a birthday party and she had no problem customizing them last minute. I will definitely go back for future orders.

I purchased several items yesterday which included expired Hiland orange juice. This morning I served it to my family for breakfast. After drinking some, they asked if it was expired. To my surprise, it was. Now those that drank have upset stomachs. Please check expiration dates before buying items.

A great place to support local business and grab a few supplica (especially It you want to avoid walmart). They have a great beer selection (if I dont see what I want at Brown Derby, Ill stop here), this includes build your own six packs. Great deals on some of my favorite items and It cycles through in talking like 40% off!! Support local!

Had what I needed (coconut whip topping) but when I got home with it, it was obvious that it had been melted and re-frozen at some point while being stocked. Very dissapointed.Also, I miss Dillons.

The staff was pleasant an helpful. They were stocking shelves so the selection were full. I am disabled and need a cart to get around, an several times they had to reach a top shelf item for me.

Theres nothing too outstanding about this store. The service was a bit bland, but there was nothing particularly bad or good about it. The checkout was fairly quick which I liked.

A little pricey but you can find things there you cannot find at Walmart. And their salad bar is awesome plus their produce and meat department is excellent!

Love the 5 for $25 deal on the meat. Always well worth it. They have very good meat. Other grocery items are too expensive for me at this store unless theyre on sale.

Its a great normal grocery store. The only thing I wish they had were those large starbucks coffee packs that have like 12 or 16 of those vanilla frappuccinos.

Great product selection, including organics. Clean store, friendly staff, and I love the tokens for charity for bringing your own bags. I also really appreciate the water filtration system they have available where you can reuse your water bottles and jugs (or use the ones they have there.) Im visiting from Nashville, TN and really wish we had you guys there!

I live just down the street from this Price Cutter. I shop there probably twice a week. But I wont be any longer. Rather than stand outside in the heat and wait for the bus, which passes by the Price Cutter, I opted to go in side and look around for deals. Because my plan was to shop there for groceries after I ran some errands. I did that and even bought one of those chilled coffees and headed back out to the bus stop. Then a young man came out after and said he had to check my bag; that it was store policy. Yes I had a back pack with me. It contained papers that I needed to fax to my bosses. This was one of the errands I needed to run. I knew I had nothing to hide and I let him check my bag. I shouldnt have. But I did because I dont steal or lie or hide. But afterward I felt upset about it. This is a grocery store that I have shopped at for two years and even when friends have said they are to expensive I have defended them. I went back in to voice my disappointment, spoke to the first manager I saw ( whose only reply was, oh) and left. I wont be going back and from now on when my friends say, Price Cutter sucks!, Ill be agreeing. I AM indignant about it; maybe over reacting. But I dont care. There are plenty of stores to shop at that dont treat me like a criminal.

Almost all of their store brands on everything were out conveniently enough, so your only option was to pay 2-3 times as much. There was no staff on the floor to help you find what you needed since things werent organized in a way that makes sense. Only benefit was that I was still on the clock for the wild goose chase...

We were searching for fresh mini sandwiches and the employees were so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, even walking us to the sections that had items we needed. We were from out of town, so we really appreciated the personal service.

A pretty good grocery store. Stays open fairly late. Good selection. sometimes a little pricey

Store is too dirty. The sushi too much fake crab and too many have this sweet sticky soy like sauce that isnt good. Use more cooked tuna, salmon and shrimp. The salad bar is neglected with bad produce. Too much focus on things that come in cans and not fresh produce.

They have a great selection of groceries--even a solid selection of organic and health products. The staff here is okay. But what is really preventing me from giving 5 stars are their prices. Its so expensive here! I can often find identical products at other stores for several dollars cheaper.

This is a great location with a friendly staff. The Bistro seating upstairs is a good place to enjoy lunch or some Starbucks. The gas prices are usually the best in the area.

The way everything is laid out throughout the store is very pleasing to the eye and makes shopping a generally pleasant experience. Employees are OK, lots of college students.

I do enjoy shopping here, there are a lot of organic alternatives available. However I find their prices are higher in this store than other stores, perhaps because of its close proximity to the University? So I dont shop here all that much.

Every once in awhile they have great sales on certain items great meat

The deli would not put out fresh fried chicken even though it had been out for two hours. The manager said he wouldnt make more until what was there was completely gone. We bought a rotisserie chicken instead. It was so hard and dry we count even bite into it. It had to have been in the warmer for days. We took it back and they did give us our money, but thats really not the point! That deli needs to be shut down due to health code violations!!

We (3) went to the store and one of the items purchased was a bottle of wine. We are all pretty much the same age. Maybe a year or two apart. They only carded on of us. Cashier implied only one us us looked young. Me. The other two were probably offended. Oh well. I drank my cupcake wine. We are in our thirties btw. Other than that I like the free sushi samples.

Hate this place. Had a metal black rack by the front door about a foot tall that was supposed to hold red baskets for shopping. There was none in them and so I tripped on it ping my shin and so I threw the rack over in the corner so that someone else couldnt trip on it and what did they do but put it back there and took the red baskets away so someone could trip on it again. This place is going downhill every time I go there

I just uploaded a photo of the mold that can be found in the produce section. I alerted a cashieer weeks ago about the location of the mold. The cashieer did not seem concerned and just shrugged. I was disgusted when I came in a couple weeks later to find it in the same spot.Really disappointed in how this store is run. I find expired food on the shelf often. I find items with no prices. And they sell moldy food in the back for a discounted price.

Overall they are great. We have learned to shop around more here than what we are used to, but, so far, this is the first place we go.

Poor selection on everyday items. Prices are too high. I wasnt greeted at checkout and the employees talked and complained amongst themselves the entire time I was checking out . The only carts that were available when I got there were jammed together. Myself and another customer tried to get them apart but when we werent able to we asked for help only to be asked why needed help getting them apart instead of the employee helping
