Just want to say Kay Jackson and her team at Artic are amazing. They are always easy to work with and have saved me a couple of times this year. Give them a call, they will take care of you if its possible!

I have a really hard time believing the 2 negative reviews on this page. I believe they are fake. I have dealt with Arctic alot, and I have found them to be extraordinarily friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Every time I walk in, i am greeted immediately in a cheerful manner. I am promptly helped if I need help. Service calls have always been great too.

Mark and his team have always been so incredibly helpful to our needs at the Dream Center. They go above and beyond in customer service. They put in the extra hours to make sure whatever they do gets done right the first time. This is one of the few companies I can say it is not about the money with them, it is all about the customer.

Always a great staff and service crew. Kay is the best when youre looking for random items and Jerry makes sure I get the right stuff when I pick up in store.

Super Friendly and very helpful

Horrible I work hard spent almost 3000 and my equipment IS under warranty this is 3 weeks still waiting on the part says the not so nice lady who answers the phone. Call a week later tech will call when he comes back never calls. Never ever go here they are only nice when paying they do not stand by what they sell i would bet if I had to pay to fix it it would already be done. Fellers is the place I will be going and suggest readers follow. I would like to honestly like to give them a negative 6 stars.

Simply the worst customer service experience in my entire life! I would recommend you go literally anywhere else for your restaurant, kitchen or bar needs. They are rude and condescending and will even yell at you sometimes. I have spent1000,s of dollars with them in the past and they just dont care. After waiting for a month for a part to come in i called to inquire. They said a tech would be by and hung up on me with no further explanation. when i called back to leave my number the lady yelled at me and hung up again. When i spoke to the owner, Mark, he was even worse. I guess they have enough business that they dont need mine or yours. do yourself a favor and go to D Cloud or Fellers fixtures or anywhere but here THE WORST!
