I got the Monte Cristo and a smoothie. The Monte Cristo comes with homefries, which im usually skeptical about because at most places its just grilled smushed potatoes. Let me tell you...I was happily wrong. The homefries were nicely done. Possibly air fried, perfectly seasoned. The Monte Cristo was the best Monte Cristo Ive ever had in my life. Each part was perfectly cooked with a nice balance to the flavor of the whole sandwich. The smoothie was a delicious, fruity addition to the meal. This place is a must try. You wont be disappointed! 10000% recommend!

Excellent Excellent Food!!!! We had Buffalo Wrap, shrimp Alfredo and Stuffed Avocado with Streak. Each dish was so delicious. Also cook and staff were personable and provided quick service. We will definitely be back.

I love this place. A client of mine recommended it, so I took my two kids today. Daughter got the buffalo chicken rap and my son and the bacon burger. We all say the same thing, DELICIOUS. Plus real fruit smoothies. I am definitely coming back again and again!!!!

Nice little cafe with a good omelette and REALLY tasty breakfast sausage. Very friendly staff. While we were there on a Saturday morning there was a constant stream of locals and visitors to the dozen tables they had indoors and outside.

Very cute spot. Cozy but not too small. Right downtown tucked in across from the mass mutual center. The cook does it all. He took out order and got us our coffee. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. We each had omelets, home-fries and coffee. There was metered parking one block over.

Came here for breakfast, it was so cute and the food was great. My group got a Monte Cristo, pancakes, and omelets. To drink we all had iced coffees that tasted gourmet. Everyone loved the food, my personal favorite were the home fries that came with the Monte Cristo. The owners were so nice and easy to deal with. For 5 of us the price was unbeatable. Highly recommend.

What a great dining experience! Visited on the recommendation of a friend and was not disappointed. Excellent soul/comfort food. Cozy atmosphere and family friendly. The owners are super nice, community conscious and their young kids are cooking and handling the business. I had the smothered pork chops and dont know if Ill try anything else because they were sooooo good.

We live locally and Im honestly surprised that people gave this restaurant some of the reviews that I read below. This restaurant is a gem and classic in western mass. It has always been a great restaurant with amazing food and really incredible staff.I would highly recommend going there to experience the atmosphere as well as some great food!

My buddy an I both had the fish sandwich. He hand battered it an fried it right there on the spot. It was a dinner sized portion of fish on a bun. It was delicious fries were great and it was quick. We walked in here on a whim not knowing where to eat in the area for lunch. Now we know 👍👍

Their strength is soul food, Ill be checking out the soul food Sunday. I had a burger, it was small, cooked well done and came with freezer fries, for $7 it was acceptable. I tried my wifes order of chicken and waffles and the chicken was amazing. The waffle was just fine.

The place has a small home town vibe. Unfortunately I was not greeted nor was acknowledged once I took a sit at the counter it took a few more minutes of recognition. Finally recognized I ordered the omelette with Spinach and tomato plus a side of pancakes. Pancakes were decent but the omelette was bad, still wet on the inside. The water I also ordered, well I had to ask again for it. I also had to ask for the check as the worker were busy on their phones. I really tried to like this place but every turn was unsuccessful.

Friendly workers and amazing fried chicken. Definitely give this place a try. Also a good spot if you want to sit and get some work done with a nice cup of coffee.

Love this place! I dont know why Im just now finding out about Sweet Ideas Cafe, but Im so glad I did. For anyone who works in downtown Springfield or is familiar with the area they are located where the old BSharas Restaurant used to be across from Berkshire Bank. The food is so good.

Clean place to eat, friendly cashier/cook. I had ordered Togo and when I received my order I noticed the bag was a little light. PORTIONS, PORTIONS, PORTIONS. What is going on the small burger was ok as far as taste then the fries just the same. Im surprised, Im not at all greedy nor do I expect a 5 lb plate but you can do better. Im a chef myself I understand. If your going to serve child size meals ADJUST,and compliment it with a child size price.P.S. So Ive noticed a heaping amount of Ketchup. Thank you ,removed it from the bag and it became a alot lighter.I see why the place hidden ??

Cheeseburger was less than mediocre and was presented rather sloppy. Had an order of small fries with it, and in total there was about 11 fries... also they were all way undercooked. Probably better off going to Tower Grill at Tower Square where the cost for a burger and fries is the same but you receive a better portion and food.

An exquisite experience. Both excellent meals 👌the chicken wrap with fries and the penne pasta with chicken and broccoli, a delicious flavor. Also passion fruit juice and mini cheeses. Everything fresh and delicious. 100% recommended
