This was my second firearm purchase from Rural King, it was a smooth and quick (as can be expected) process. The staff and manager were helpful and friendly. I buy everything I can there because I enjoy the Christ centered music and values, thanks for not being ashamed of our Lord Jesus Christ!

Went there for shopping for a CCW pistol that will fit in my poket or carry in a holdter. Wanted some power to get my maximum knockdown power and price for the money. Found a 9 mill semi auto that is ill fit in pocket easily and the ability to carry in a holster concealed or not. Its a gen2 model G2c3 inch barrel lenght i believe taurus make for 249.99 and I didnt buy it yet but I most likely will get it there. Salesman at the store was very good at showing me the models in my price range and did it with short to the point but informative . Great experience in the firearms division i will probably end up buying it there due to the locality. But dont let that stop you from checking a couple laps looking around the store.
Absolutely the cheapest place to buy a car battery and has the warranties of any auto parts store w/2yr free replace with prorated 5 yr warranty. For half the price or more than you pay anywhere else. Made a shopper out of me I wished I knew sooner about the stores
This is a good place for any animal feed, it also has most tac items that for your animals the work clothes and foot wear are top of the line. a great store for almost anything you need on the farm.

This Rural King location is outstanding, and what a Farm and Ranch store should look like, and feel like. (The location in Huber Heights is abyssmal.)The Springfield store had nice friendly employees, and fully stocked shelves. The stoor was clean, and organized. I wish this store was closer to where I live.
Fairly priced farm supply. Great place to take the dog and stroll the isles eating free popcorn. We never seem to leave empty handed
I really really like this place. They have many usual and unusual items to choose from at good prices. We just got two beautiful trees there and we love them. I noticed they have lots of food and name brand clothes and boots to choose from. There are many tools one could use around the farm or household that would come on handy. The staff are very nice and very helpful to you. I absolutely recommend this place.

Overall I like the people that work here and I appreciate how thoroughly the majority of their gun barn workers are when it comes to making sure sales are legal and documented properly.

Great prices on everything and I received excellent customer service on both trips to the gun counter! The first gentleman was especially pleasant and knowledgeable! He helped guide me to the perfect new gun for my collection!

This is a friendly place to go. Staff are very nice and willing to help you. I actually bought my first gun here and had no hassle at all.
The Huber heights (Ohio) has to be the worst store in a really bad chain. It was Ohios tax free weekend and they had no preparation in handling it. After wrongly charging me $13.50 in sales tax, the best way to refund it was to issue me a Rural King gift card.....and that took over half an hour to do! By the way...the managers were worthless and left the clerks hang out to dry. They couldnt bother to come out of their back office and resolve the problem!
This place is great but didnt have the spices I wanted. I might return to see there is any fennel.

Rural King on Upper valley pike in springfield, Ohio was great. Always good customer service, no rude employees pestering you or following you around lol. Store is great. The layout has not changed since I first visited a couple years back, and thats a plus, especially since I like to know where I am going inside of a store. Something for everyone.
Just because theyre terrible about checking people out. Always stand there for 5 mins or longer other than that its a good store. Fr get a self checkout or something
Invested in a Bestway 15 pool and it has served its purposes! We also caught a great pool accessories sale, so we will be set for next season too!!!

Bought a trailer. Manager came out and helped us get it hooked up. Gave us a title in store. Everything was smooth. Took about 15 mins total. They always have what I’m looking for. Wide variety of products, from clothes, furniture, animal feed and baby chicks!

What they had was nice, what I needed was out of stock.
Employes there get away with alot of theft. I worked there, watched as multiple people came through my line and gave kids candy for free and didnt pay for it. Managers favor certain Employees and then give attitude to the ones they dont feel do the best. I bought a pop with a gift card that a customer gave me due to me being completely broke with no money to get myself something to drink and I got fired. So much for their customer and employee policy
Randomly pulled into here looking for refrigerator magnets. Customer service was stellar, helping me find them. Please let them know I appreciated their help and will gladly return to buy some chickens or a backhoe. Ample parking, lots of deals out front. Thank you!

They were out of a lot of things we usually have no problems getting there. This trip wasnt the best experience. However, I do much prefer this store over the one in Huber or the one in Xenia.
Found rose plants I wanted but couldnt get jean shorts for my son. Also, couldnt check out at service desk.Was told we had to use regular checkout and there was only 1 checkout lane open. There were 12 people in front of me.

Bought 2 cow solar garden ornaments, disappointed because neither works properly. The large stand up one only works if I shake it,like it has a short or loose wire somewhere, the little one only seems to work if it feels like it. My grandson is very sad they dont work right. I hope the other things I bought work.

Great store to shop at and good prices on most things and normally quick check out. Lots of things to look at. (((This has made me change my mind a lot. Bought a anti gravity chair on 6-21-2021 to give to my wife on her birthday 7-17-2021 while at the store the lady handed me a tray holder to go with the chair from the display because so many were broken got home and seen this one had a 4 inch crack in it too. while we were on vacation at Alum State park it was hidden for 27 days 2 days later after my 140 lb wife set in it, it a weld broke in the arm and can not be used as soon as I got back from vacation I called Rural King about it , it has now been 32 days they said it is past 30 days and you did not pay for a extended warranty ( so sorry about that ) in other word tuff luck and you are out $75. I said what about the factory warranty there is none only our warranty so this must be how they get their price down you pay more to get ours or its your loss very poor business I will be looking at other store after this. ( You should be told this up front the only warranty is Rural Kings or else.) So on (( Amazon I can get a chair cheaper that comes with Warranty: We will provide 12 months warranty for replacement and refund, if you have any problem, please get in touch with us. So buying on line is a better way to go. (( A few days later the store manager )) called said to bring the chair back and they replaced it and than I also took out the warranty hope this one holds up better.
Maniger was helpfull.the outdoors plants needs a employee to do pricing and whatering there was a lot of bad plants someone lost a bunch of investment from neglected.

Online ordering is great, its getting the emails about your order being ready. Then once I call and they verify its ready I get to rural king 4 hours later to stand and wait on them to pull my order for 20 minutes. I had 4-50lb bags and 3 bags of pine shavings and they didnt even offer to take to my truck even thought I called in the pick up parking space then after 15 minutes of waiting I went inside. Customer service was very poor. I had to ask if anyone could bring it out. A nice young boy was told to take it out and my teenage son helped him load.

BE AWARE!!!I love Rural King, but this place in Springfield is disgusting. We’re in a pandemic and no one seems too worried about keeping the place clean. I came in this morning and had to use the restroom. As I walked towards the back I seen a large rat run across the floor in the back. Which isn’t uncommon, but pretty gross. Then I went to that restroom and I wouldn’t even sit on the toilet seat. Sanitary napkins containers were over flowing, the trash cans were over flowing, there was poop on most of the toilets, and the floor was disgusting. The woman’s bathroom obviously has not been clean in a very long time. Again, we’re in a pandemic and no one at this store seems to be worried about keeping their customers safe.

They had ammo for once that wasnt just .223 or .556. I bought a gong target and one shelf sticker had $59.99 as the price and another had $49.99 as the price. Both had the same item number. They made me pay the higher price. Kind of lame.

Prices are good, but like any store, some items can be cheaper elsewhere. Aisles were neat and clean. Mostly well stocked. Store supposedly requires face masks during the pandemic, but most customers had none. Some employees either wore none or wore it incorrectly (under the nose or under the chin). However, the cashiers were all fully masked and required customers to put on a mask before they could be checked out. So, bring a mask if you dont want to buy one in order to check out.
Some of the staff should not be working their they do not have knowledge of the department they are in
