I love this place! Always SO many deals- I just got a full on, past-the-knee winter jacket for $10! I just wasn’t aware that you have to return stuff to the same store that you bought it from when you’re exchanging clothes~

I purchased shorts on sale for 10 dollars and went to exchange the size 2 days after my purchase without a receipt. I asked the manager to look up the credit card utilized for the purchase and they said no.I called another mandees in Clifton nj who told me they can look it up via credit card without a receipt.The manager has blue hair and needs to be retrained. Unprofessional and unreasonable. The sales associate also needs training.

I just came on to check the hours and was surprised to see all the negative comments about the staff on here. I happen to have a different experience...the one woman that has worked there for a while now always makes friendly conversation and makes sure someone is available when my daughter and I are ready to checkout. I’ve never experienced bad attitudes.

There clothes are cheap looking not like it used to be years ago its all trash now so sad since the new owners took over they closed most of all mandee n Annie sez stores very disappointed the buyers are horrible.

If I only could choose no star this Mandee location is the one.. I have visited so many Mandee places location because I really like their clothes it is so affordable and inexpensive , but this particular one has so many rude employees.they all like just to be chatting in groups and if u ask for help or any questions they take too long to answer and if they answer is with an attitude... why so many lazy employees?

A really nice worker let me use the front fitting room so my baby and stroller could fit in with me. I needed a different size so I asked my mom if she could sit with my baby for a minute in the fitting room. The “manager” very rudely asked me “HOWD YOU GET IN THERE?” As if I crawled under the door to try on clothes. Then she started yelling at me (across the store) that only one person could be in that room even though I told her my mom was watching my baby for me. Last time I’ll be shopping at that store, along with my sisters and friends. Thanks!

I like this place cause you find so many hidden gems for 10 bucks is great

I really like the clothing they sell at Mandee’s.I’ve always enjoyed going there for many years. I have to say your store is much more clean and organized than other Mandee stores I’ve been to. I think the prices of your clothes are very reasonably priced. When you had everything for $10 I was going pretty frequently. I think the quality is not bad at all for the price and it’s local which I like a lot. My only issue is the workers there. To be completely honest and give some type of advice. Every time I go into a store and go to pay or just look around. The workers r so helpful, kind and caring. Whenever I’m at your store I usually feel like nobody cares to help. I stood waiting for a good five ten minutes before somebody would get me a fitting room. As well as when I was in the fitting room I was basically yelled at by a women working there. I was trying my clothes on and she was pulling at the door and knocking. I said just a minute and she proceeded to open the door. Then making a response saying well I knocked. I then said well I responded and you ignored me. Out of the many times I’ve been there only one worker was kind and asked if I found everything I was looking for and had a nice conversation with me. I believe it’s important to be kind and respectful to your costumers. It’s NOT acceptable to treat us with disrespect.

Customer service is horrible. I waited by the register to pay for my merchandise. no one in the front . I went in the back room and call for help and no one came out . After 10 minutes this women came out . Not even knowledge Me or apologize for the wait . Then proceed to call me Are you ready ???i reply I been ready for the last 10 minutes waiting for someone to help ? She then said - no you didn’t wait that long ! Are you serious calling me a liar as a customer expect at least an apology and say sorry for the wait , this lady was so rude Charge me for my stuff Then walk away not even saying have a good day . Stay away from this location.

Employees are unbelievably rude. No words. Can’t even be bothered with a simple hello or a smile. Straight up nasty

The clothes where pretty and trendy but it was made with a very cheep material. As we say you get what you paid for!

I went x2 staff have no manners. Puts receipt in bag n walked away. I ask if she done. YEA. Last time the girls were talking abt going out to acknowledgement of customers in front of them. No hello or thank u!!! Very rude. Prices only 10 dollars but the staff got a go if they want to make this business work!!!

Staff is extremely rude and need to be taught manners. Entire store $10 or less promotion is slowly fading as I’m seeing “buy one get one $10”. Without proper costumer service and manners it’s not going to last.

If I could give this zero star I would. I am not sure what is going on but if the owner for this store is not paying the staff properly then they need to start because they are really rude, I went there to buy some stuff and as I was checking out the cashier a light skin one got really nasty when I asked her how much was the pants because it says $10 on the rack but then I say $19 on the cash register. She replied everybody asked me the same question I dont understand why would people asked this question I said well if Im seeing two different prices I do have a right to ask because Im not everybody. I also asked her if shes having a bad day she replied Im actually having a pretty good day, I just dont like to be asked the same question I said well you dont seems as if you want to be at work. She then got nastier saying, shes only working their to pay her car payment and then she told me I dont have to come in the store if I dont want to deal with her attitude. The other customers on line jaw dropped like😱😱. I then asked for the manager which was a short black lady she wasnt any better at all. Didnt even want to say Im sorry. Thats when I assumed that they might not be getting paid properly. Sad with this type of attitude the store is going to go down very quickly.

If I could give a minus I would...bad attitude is putting it lightly..I work in retail and would never be so rude as the MANAGER here...not a hello..can I help u..just grabbed my items..rang them up and pushed the bag to me!!..time to replace your manager people!!!!!

This place is trash when they opened they had a lot of men’s cloths now they moved it and there is nothing I used to buy a lot from there until the moved everything and there is nothing there what is the point it being there.
