They dont carry xlg big n tall mens shirt . Not 1 associate offered to help me . So the employee was on her cell . I excuse mam sorry to interrupt but dont u carry xl big tall here . She replied . Hold on to who she was talking too on her cell this customer thinks she just interrupt me girl lol I said r u talking about me ? She rolled her eyes at me n said maybe , because I am on the phone and now Im writing to let ur company that no one deserved that & maybe need better employees

If I could rate a zero i would. They have the worst online ordering I have ever used. Do not get overnight shipping for 30 extra dollars because theyll get it wrong, take who knows how long to ship and offer no explanation or apology for the inconvenience. Ive personally bought Nike brand footwear for 30 years and will never buy from foot locker again.

Rude and unhelpful. Literally went to the website which told me they had a certain shoe in my size in stock. They wouldnt look and said they didnt have it. So I ordered it for in store pickup online, which took them forever to just go pull it out of the back (also it was 20$ cheaper online). Same day pickup was an empty problem, after of hours of waiting around the mall and even stopping in to check Im going home. They were Rude to me and my wife, as well.The store is clean and nice to look at on the bright side.Another negative is that their womens section is a joke, my wife had nothing to choose from.Take your business elsewhere.

Great customer service today. The young female associate (red hair, sorry I dont remember her name) was extremely knowledgeable, talked in specifics about the shoes, and asked us what do we look for in a shoe. She had a sales process and she worked it. She even spoke about what was new, including the new Friends Colorway of the Kyries, and the Central Perk shirt. At one point she was the only associate in the store and she was able to manage 6 different customers without anyone getting frustrated.

I feel as tho this very store hasn’t been run correctly in years and the new manager I believe her name is TONY the one with freckles I just feel like she doesn’t respect many people in this town I don’t know where she is from but she is very snobby and just rubs me and my family the wrong way. Also I know of a current worker who had chase after a shoplifter for a few items that’s probably against company policy and they also had to pay out of pocket for the stolen merchandise I think that is wrong this is a retail business that stuff happens..I love footlocker but now that I realize Champs is also a place in town with better product I will shop there for now

Expect to walk in with no greeting or help. Three employees. None bothered to even acknowledge me. One employee even reached in front of me to put a shoe up for display without even say anything. Mind you it was just me their for a a good while.

Took forever to get help and asked the worker to size my child he handed me the thing so I can do it myself while other employees just stood around.

Ok so this is pretty messed up!! Went into footlocker today in Springfield Mo at the Battlefield Mall Location. My daughter bought a pair of shoes and we inquired about a job and their application process and we was straight up told by the sales employee that the manager DOES NOT HIRE FEMALE EMPLOYEES!!! What kinda business does this?? #footlocker needs to explain this kinda behavior of their staff!! I did file a report with the corporate office... Im very livid about this situation. when did it become legal to discriminate against someone based on gender?? #discrimination I mean seriously!! Also I called the next morning and spoke with the assistant manager who confirmed that this is true that the manager Becky does not hire female employees!! Well Becky if thats the case you shouldnt be working there either!! Im very disappointed in this Location and the managements representation of this Location!! Foot locker you should be ashamed to have such an employee working for your Company!!
