Four the past 4 years as Ive been going to this place, its the only tobacco store that has great customer service and great and reasonable prices. They are super helpful with any questions that you may have about the products and patient with you. Any other tobacco store you go to, they will either have good customer service or good prices, but not both. I highly recommend this tobacco store to anyone who wishes to buy.

It has been a minute since I went to the store, but recently I was in the Springfield area and wanted to check out their vape / tobacco selection. I was greeted promptly and I began discussing the possible vape options since I quit smoking, but still crave. The guy whose name was Marwan was extremely patient and helpful. He helped me pick some instant vape options and gave me a suggestion for rolling papers for my roomate. I don’t understand the 1-star reviews left here because they have always been consistent for my needs and am pleasantly surprised they are still as chill as ever. 🤙🏽🙌🏽

There are plenty of other shops around, you never need to come here. The employee was rude, didnt know anything about the products and then tried to charge me 20$ MORE than the prices clearly stated on a banner inside the shop. Even when I attempted to help him understand how the pricing worked he continued to argue with me until I gave up and left. It was really disappointing and stressful. Never again.

A perfect service and a wonderful welcome and an availability of products that cannot be found elsewhere. The salespeople offer you the best products and give you the right advice for your needs.

I really do appreciate coming to this shop ,i asked the manager if he can order me some specific coils for my vape,and he actually surprised me 4 or 5 days later when i received a call from the shop telling me that they received my goods 👍,,,plus the variety they offer in vape devices and juices is incredible,They are on top of it,,,damn you guys are so pro.Thank you so much

Awful. Walked in to ask a few questions about purchasing a product... the gentleman was on his phone talking to someone else and did not even welcome us. We walked around the store to make time. We waited at the glass table for him. Nothing. Did not say one word to us, on the phone the whole time. Terrible. Why would I buy a product from this store when the associate is not interested in selling us anything.

I vape a lot and this shop has a lot of flavors and great prices in comparison to local vape shops. The customer service is helpful and friendly as well. I havent been to a vape shop in months since finding this shop.

This is the worst vape shop I have ever been in. The customer service is horrible, prices are way to high and I have been ripped off or sold faulty merchandise more than once!

I would give them no stars if I could. When they first opened, their prices were reasonable. Now they have jacked up the prices on everything 30% to 50%. Not sure I understand why a vape mod kit I purchased back in June was $55.00. I went to purchase the same exact vape mod kit today and it now costs $80.00??????? I will NEVER go back in this place again.

I have purchase two vape pens and yes their price is stupid high. I realize I can get the same vape pen on AMAZON for half their price. My second vape pen work for only 2 weeks and it completely died. I went to the store spoke to a guy who just said if the customer walks out with the pen and it works than we can’t do anything. BUY IT ONLINE!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON FAKE CHEAP STUFF!!!!

Love this place. Good prices, good service, good location. Decent selection of vape juices, and reasonable prices for the area. They carry a wide variety of specialty items like lighter fluid and tobacco products including cigars. Inventory selection has increased almost every time I’ve come in the last 4 months.Updated post— May 2021I have no clue what the other negative reviews are for. I STILL love this place. The employees are so friendly. I’ve been going for a few years, but they began to recognize me after a few months. They are easy to talk to, and they even order products they don’t carry for you! I was looking for a specific juice and they didn’t have it. I simply asked and within 5 mins; while I was still there, he ordered it for me, and told me to call next week when he anticipates it will arrive, so I didn’t have to waste gas (in the middle of this gas crisis). I have never imagined that level of thoughtfulness could ever be experienced at a tobacco store. These guys are awesome and personable. Great prices (~15 for salts) on most products. AND they have new and exclusive items that I’ve never seen in shops around the area.Don’t even think about it. Go today.

This is by far the most respected Vape and Cigar shop in the area. If you are looking for quality juice and decent price from a owner that respects his customers by greeting you as you walk in! This is the place for you. I now buy multiple juices in fear that I might miss this place in time before they close as I would be forced to go to the other cigar and vape off rolling road in which you are now just a number. These guys are super nice. I’ve been coming here since 2016 since it is so close to my house, and I’m glad it’s the closest one. They have super reasonable prices and a large selection of tobacco and smoking products, including shisha. They also have awesome smoke odor candles and sprays. 10/10 would recommend tbh. Tabacco Plus and Vape staff are consistently friendly, and accommodating of my questions. The store has extended hours that fit my schedule and the location is convenient. The inventory is extensive and well kept both for Vape and cigarette supplies.Recently, believe it or not Philip Morris discontinued the brand I used, Merit Menthol Silver 100’s. In an effort to assist me finding a comparable taste they called Philip Morris asking what brand could be recommended with a similar taste. This was above and beyond. I took the advice and have found my new brand with their help. It’s an enjoyable experience when visiting the store.

You cant beat the excellent customer service you will receive. Ive been going to him for 7yrs now with not one negative experience. He has a wide selection of vape juice, tanks, mods, coils, cigarettes, lighters, pipe tobacco and other items. You will not find better prices for these items around this area. I drive 20 minutes one way and pass 3 vape stores on my route, just to go here. You wont be disappointed.
