Booked a service appointment a week in advance for pick up and drop off. It was for a recall. Due to being a caretaker I cannot leave my husband alone. I never received a phone call nor did anyone show up. Very disgusted. Now I have to wait for the service manager to call and Im sure that wont happen either. Very poor service. Zero stars. So just to add 2 months have now passed. Numerous phone calls with no response. This place needs to be shut down. Worst dealership and service department Ive ever had to deal with.

Best dealership experience Ive ever had. Walter did everything he could to make my experience as seamless as possible. I was shown the big selection of cars until I found my dream car. I was able to get all the information about the car that I wanted and was able to get a really good deal on it. For once I can actually say that I got the best deal I could get on a car, no lies, no hussle, and no pressure to buy the car. Also, everyone was very respectful in terms of Covid policies and the place looked very clean and organized.

I took my car in for a check engine light. After, I picked up my car I noticed another issue that I didn’t take it in for. After some back and forth with the manager regarding the new issue . I spoke with a lady Paula ( customer relations). She assisted me very well and got my issue resolved. I would suggest reaching out to Paula if any issue arises after picking up your car from the service department.

Called to schedule a service and told the woman I would be waiting. I asked her for an approximate amount of time as I wanted to know if I should schedule a different day as I had other things I was doing later. She repeatedly told me she couldn’t tell me and I would have to speak to the service advisor upon drop off. I told her I understand but I didn’t want to waste anybody’s time and would appreciate a quick phone call for a ballpark time frame. Nobody called.I get there for my scheduled appointment to find out there are already 5 people waiting ahead of me so I wouldn’t be able to wait for my car and I would have to drop it off and come back later. I explained the situation and they told me to reschedule.Poor communication and scheduling all which could have been avoided. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service and communication.

Im 1 month in to purchasing a Jeep from this dealership, it has been nothing but problems. They did not pay off my other car loan properly and lied and said they did and I saw a copy of the check from the bank and when confronted with what I saw they acknowledge they didnt pay it off correctly. They finally paid it off correctly and owed me money back because they didnt get a proper payoff figure which caused me to put more money down on the deal but I was told multiple times Id get that money back. Again I am one month out from purchasing the vehicle and still have not gotten my money back. I have called the general manager three times with no return phone call and the finance department several times with no return phone call. I have called the attorney general and will be getting them involved hopefully it doesnt have to go that far and they honor the deal that I have in writing. While I love my vehicle and like the salesperson I dealt with I am not happy with how this whole deal has been handled. I will never use them again and I suggest you think long and hard before you use them.

Good sized lot with a nice selection of new and pre-owned cars and trucks. Very friendly and professional staff, no high pressure sales. Everyone wore masks and sanitizer stations are plentiful. Coffee and hot chocolate available for customers. We worked with John who was excellent; friendly, attentive and hard working.

I was told I have a recall on my car they made an appointment for me to come in and fix the recall.When I came in I had to wait 2 hours - and only after 2 hours was I told that the part that was recalled is not on stock and I needed to make another appointment to come back when they have the part.Wouldn’t it be a good idea if you kept inventory on the parts that you called me to come in and fix because of a recall?!!? And not make me come in waste my entire day - for nothing! All because of a dumb recall!

This is the worst dealership period, non professional, denied me of my DODGE affiliate rewards program that my employer provides. It allows me to get a huge discount on new cars by selling 1% lower of the dealers invoice. They straight up told me that it’s up to them if they wanted to help me or not with that discount and they refused to even work with me. Sadly the car I’ve been searching for, for ever 3 weeks , the only one around is arriving to their lot.

This has to be the worst dealership in the United States.. I scheduled service for my 2014 Dodge Durango RT with 82,344 miles on Monday 10/19/20..The service rep called on Thursday telling me they dont accept high mileage vehicles.. I am totally confused.. It is your make.. So if I purchase a vehicle from your dealership.. I cant get it service after I reach a certain mileage... Mind you he didnt even say the maximum mileage.. I will be fighting to get yall service certification revoked..

This was the worst experience Ive ever had with a dealership. I made an appointment to bring my car at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday morning I brought it at 4:30 p.m. on Monday night so they could get a look at it early. It was just to check for my air conditioning. I hadnt heard anything so I230I called to see the status I got hung up on twice and when I spoke with my advisor Jason he informed me the car had not been looked at which I feel they forgot that my car was even thatthere. So needless to say I am picking up my car with nothing being done. I walked in and asked where was the bathroom. I was told it was private property from the receptionist. Then the security guard there pulled up in a truck when I was on the phone and he told me to leave. No one was wearing a mask either. I was so disappointed with their attitude and disrespect, I never entered the parts department to purchase my ABS Sensors at that location. I will NEVER come there again. Totally disgusting Ill take my business elsewhere.

I called the day before I brought my car in and was told I didnt need an appointment for my tire replacement and oil change and that it would take 1 hour. My husband has now been waiting for 3 hours outside in 40 degree weather. He is not allowed inside due to the pandemic. The car is still not done. When I spoke to the parts manage (JP) he told me he was going to FIRE the gentleman who told me it would only take an hour and I didnt need an appointment. He then proceeded to call me a liar. I cant pick up my husband because I have a baby at home and the car seat is with the car being serviced. AWFUL customer service. AWFUL experience.

Service is absolutely awful and will never come here again to do any type of service. Dropped my car off at 10:30 a.m for an oil change, waited over 3 HOURS for a call to come pick up my car which did not come. Tried calling customer service and was hung up on multiple times. Eventually just decided to make the trip over there to see what was going around 2:30p.m and was told “It’s the next car into the shop. probably another hour”. Save yourself some time and do what you need to do yourself. Not worth it

It’s either a hit or miss experience really. To be honest tho we were about to sign for another lease until some manager came to talk to us about the final price on a new lease. Deal went down the drain once he said that my family wasn’t going to miss any food on the table because of $20 extra a month! Disrespect to the max. Have some consideration for customers if you want them to stick with your dealer/brand. Dealer lost our whole family which we had 2 cars under Chrysler brand. We switched to Mazda and never looked back. Don’t recommend this dealer unfortunately.

Brought my SUV into the Service area for a 12:30 pm oil change appointment. Arrived 30 minutes early and dropped the car off. Called up 2 hours later to check the status since the waiting area is closed due to the pandemic, and was told they would look into it. Waited another hour after never getting a call back, and went inside to check the status to find out the work had never been started, but was assured it would be finished before 4 pm. I returned in person to the Service area again a little after 4 pm to be told by the Sales department that the Service area was closed. I demanded to go back there and get my car, where I discovered how disorganized they were. The car was never serviced, nor did I ever get a phone call to tell me the car could not be finished before closing. I argued with the manager what was the point of having an appointment?? And not even a phone call to inform me. So they would just close shop with your vehicle sitting on their lot with your keys locked away?? This dealership has been a disgrace since the beginning when I purchased the vehicle. No one knows what they are doing. Some are very rude. I wish there was an option for 0 stars. Go somewhere else!!

The transmission blew on my 4 year old Chrysler just 4 days before the warranty expired. Nobody in town would take the car right away except for this place. They took it the same day and had it ready THE NEXT DAY. Yes, you read right - the next day. The car runs like a dream. The service was great. Jason Patten, the senior service advisor was fantastic, he stayed in touch the entire time and did not treat me differently because it was a warranty job. Thank you!

I took my 2015 Jeep Wrangler in for a water leak on Saturday at 7:30 am just to find out they only check for water leaks on Thursdays. I made the appointment the day before, I specifically told the lady who was helping me that I had a water leak she then reached out to a service advisor and they both told me to come in the following morning and they will get my car looked out. The Service adviser needs to give out the right information so people do not waste their time.

Walked in with a friend who was looking to test drive a car. Robert told us that we couldnt drive the car because it was too expensive for us. Took him five minutes for him to explain to us that we wouldnt ever be able to afford the car even if we leased it and had a cosign, so there is no reason to even look at it. My BMW was twice the price and I had no problem test driving it, and buying it WITHOUT a cosign. I have never been so offended...

Worst experience with the OIL CHANGE SERVICE !Made an appointment for 1 pm guy tells me it will take an hour and a half, I’m like alright that’s fine. Hour a half later my car is still standing at the parking lot! And there were other people going in and out! So I approached the guy, he tells me they missed placed my paper work. Seriously??!? Ok service is done my husband turned the car on to cool it off inside and we went to pay. Well I come back to the car the car is SMOKING!!! And the whole oil is on the Ground. The car is brand new 2019 just got it 5 months ago what is going on? Well they told me the seal for oil filter torn, well who’s Fault is it??? The guys that changed the oil and put it back on..... Furthermore when the guy gets in my car he backs up to a poll thank god for the feature in the car that automatically stops when gets to close to something backing up. How do I know? because the sound came on! If not he would probably hit it on top of that. And the last part of it EVERYTHING was in OIL Inside the Car! Steering wheel, gear switch knob, door handle etc......I will NEVER return to that PLACE For OIL CHANGE EVER!!!!

Trust the negative reviews. This place is TERRIBLE. They make service appointments but then take walk-ins in front of the appointments and are SO SO rude. Additionally, the shop is terrible about breaking things during routine maintenance. What is that about? @Autoland, feel free to skip your asinine we are sorry we were unable to provide you with the same five star level of service that many of our customers have experienced- we have already tried talking to you about the terrible service but nobody at this dealership cares to improve.

My salesman Mauro did an excellent job. If youre buying here at Autoland ask for him. I went in looking for a used car and saw the new FR-S; Mauro was very polite while waiting on my decision on buying new or used and even let me test drive both. I love my decision each, no regrets.I work in the auto/customer service industry; I was very impressed with the entire dealership service. This isnt your typical highway dealership with salesman to pressure you into buying something, very relaxed environment and every other customer inside seemed to be pleased. This was the only dealership where the sales manager came out and spoke with us, I stopped at 90% of the dealerships on Rt.22 and this was the BEST by far!

My stock 2018 Jeep Wrangler has a recall due to the intense vibration of the steering column when it drives over 55mph, aka the death wobble. I called on 12Sep to make an appointment but service couldnt fit me in until 19Sep. I get a text on 18Sep to confirm my appt. I bring it in on 19Sep for them to tell me THEY DONT HAVE THE PARTS FOR THE RECALL and i have to make a new appointment. It would have been simple common courtesy and professional of them to give me a heads up before i took an hour off of work, drove through traffic, and inconvenienced someone else to give me a ride home, which was a complete waste of their time, in addition to my own time.

They have/had an additional, in-house maintenance agreement which is helpful, in that I havent had to worry about scheduled maintenance costs after the first year (Jeep Warranty). Too bad I am unable to give 0 stars because thats what they deserve. First of all I drive a Jeep Commander, I just recently bought this car used about 7 months ago. I felt a small vibration when I accelerated from a complete stop. The service department informed me, wheel bearings, brakes, brake routers, calibers as well as bushings in the front differential were all needing to be replaced. I was informed by ALBERTO GOMEZ (the mechanic assigned to my vehicle) this would be a $3000 job. Everything besides the front differential bushings was just replaced 4 days prior to this and in perfect condition. The brakes they informed me were burned but looked brand new and still silver and have never preformed better. After I said I did not want to pay $3000 they said they would not recommend investing this money in the car but rather buying another car all together. Surprisingly I requested only to have the bushings done which came out to $49 dollars for parts and $470 for labor, leaving me with a $519 bill. After this was done I noticed no vibrations like I previously stated. Also customer service is completely awful in the service department, I had to call to find out my car was already done and waiting and when I said I would be right over in half an hour my paper work was not completed upon my arrival, I had to sit another half hour for my bill to be ready. I will NEVER come back here, they will try to rob you of every dollar you have. There are other Jeep dealers on 22 that I would suggest going to before hand.

Lease a 2018 Jeep Wrangler with 12 miles, at 500 miles had the engine light came on, on the 6 visit to the shop they finally fix the problem. fast forward 10 months into the lease with 6700 miles, engine light came back on again. Took the Jeep in and spoke with Jason. I was told by Jason engine light comes on all the time not a big deal. The sole purpose of this vehicle was to commute to work so it is a big deal. Two days later and my vehicle still in the shop.

Long wait ! Hour and half for an oil change... My truck feels better and they didnt try to sell me something I didnt need like most dealers. Everyone was nice they just have to do better with time. Oil change is 10 minutes. No more than 30 if you inspect the car for a upsell .

We were lucky to work with such nice, professional, and accurate sales person. We have been leasing cars from Autoland for 15 years using the services of various sales people there. In most of the cases our experience has been positive but never as pleasant as with Ms. Francis.

We walked in and were greeted immediately. The facility was clean and bright and had a nice waiting room and a play area for kids. Our salesperson was Joe Destefano and he was very good; very accommodating and super knowledgeable. Joe asked me a few questions about what I was looking for. He then showed me the inventory for the model I liked (Cherokee)...they had a ton in a variety of colors. Joe was also calm (not aggressive which I hate), nice and very patient...it took me awhile to make my decision. I looked at 4-5 other brands and this experience was by far the best...and now I am enjoying my new SUV!

Everyone seems there seemed to have a good disposition. I went to Planet Honda and Nissan on 22. Everything was going great till the end where you see their true colors. I went to another Toyota dealer far away and they were great and respectful. We just didnt come to an agreement. My salesman was Jean Rock Duchiene, He is a sharp dresser with great patience and humor. You wont be disappointed. I am happy with what I have now and the pricing from Autoland. January 2018, I took my 06 Dodge Magnum RT in for a simple oil change.They said that there was a recall fix that needed to be done.I obliged and had them do the fix.It had to do with an airbag recall (S43).When I received the car, all looked well, until during my ride home I turned on the heat and the fan made a loud rumble noise.That absolutely was not happening before I brought the car in.The next day, I brought the car back and explainied to the service manager the issue.I was in the waiting room for about an hour and a half, and he came to get me.He swore there was no way the recall would do anything like that.I then asked, they were in the dash to make the fix correct? could they have maybe moved something or loosened something.The service manager, condescendingly, made excuses and told me no, and said he can price out a blower motor for me. Gave me the key. And said were all done.After this experience, I found another service team.At that time, I didnt have the money or time to really look into the issue, and the fan was working, just loudly.I finally had some time recently to replace the fan Motor. And did so myself.When I removed the original fan, in the fan motor, was a screw, which could have only gotten in there from the recall fix.When testing the motor after removing the screw, it worked perfectly.So after all the condecending talk and excuses by their team, it was, in fact, their fault.I had bought a new motor already, so after $100, and an hour of my time, the fan works quietly.I cannot, in any confidence, reccommend and trust this Autoland service team with anything other than an oil change.Unless AutoLand is under new management, there are many other, and more qualified, Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep service centers in the area.My advice is to go elsewhere.

This is my worst experience buying a car. I brougbt my Jeep from Autoland 22 in 2017 and last December I traded my Jeep for a Dodge and it was not the most pleasant experiece. The only good part was the sales rep, Jamal was great and explained everything. From the moment i walked in after seeing the car i told the manager Jerome that i did not want to work with the gentlemen who was in the Finance dept. The guy was very rude and did not explain anything to me. In the end, Jerome took me to the same finance guy because he was the only person there. He just kept telling me to sign here and when i asked questions he just saying its the law. They care more about making money than customer service which i guess is expected. I would NEVER go back there to buy a car even if it was the last place on earth. I would like to give them no star.

Judge you soon as you come in the door. You dont make 5 6 figures they make you feel like your wasting their time. Least the one we dealt with. Even if you were a 3x customer in the past. Went to Honda got a car 4 years newer, with 40.000+ less miles and $200 &change cheaper a month.. It made my mother feel very sad and self conscious. Very disappointed. Mind you we were looking at a used 2008 or 10 car. Honda we got a 2015,less than then 60.000 miles. They refused to let us leave without exhausting every option if need be..

Service Dept. SUCKS.. OVERCHARGES YOU.. sales people are friendly. But I recommend that you go to another dealership to get work done on your vehicle. My fiancée took our 2012 Town and Country to get service for the check engine light. Since she is a female they got over on her real good. They tried 2 charge $125 just the look at it. While other dealerships it is free for the diagnostics.The technician Alberto Gomez told her that it was the lines from the transmission leaking that cause the check engine light. And that we were 2000 miles over the warranty. And if she took it to another place the whole warranty for the transmission itself will be void. She would have to get that fixed there and there was no other option to take it to another place.So without her knowing no better she agreed to have them fix it. She calls me and tell me that the bill would be over $800. So after I look at the bill the next day. The charges for the parts was $168 and the labor for the work was $625. This was after I contacted the salesperson who sold me the vehicle and he contacted service department and they gave me a $100 discount. They are a RIP OFF. A few days later the check engine light came on again it was the battery the whole time.So I contact customer service from the number that the technician gave me and they stated they could not help me. So the next thing that I did was contacted Attorney General for the state of New Jersey waiting on my letter so I can file a complaint

I need reimbursement on the renegade I purchased . otherwise i will have to get itinto a law suit . it almost put my life in risk to death . it was scaring . engine stopped on the road even highway for many times and it hit on the curb and got scratches on door , even 4 tires got damaged . I took it to the dealer and they only replaced the engine , not for the body neither the tires. and today , again , it stopped once and I suddenly stopped it , tire flat . I am going back to the dealer monday . hopefully they will work something out .

Manny was awesome. Forget the gentleman name that handles the paperwork but he was great as well and very fast. However the lady that handles the payments inside the toyota portion, i believe her name was Amber, she had a very nasty attitude. Not sure why, but definitely a good way to lose business. If it wasnt for everyone else being so friendly i would have taken my business elsewhere. Aside from that great place to do business

Had my car for nearly a week for js diagnostics and to seek the issue for my audio outage. They told me 800 dollars for a new amp. I js left from autozone after waiting a few weeks to Save the money n they fix my audio in a matter of 3 minutes js replacing a Fuse chip. 5 dollars and 3 minutes and wouldn’t even take my tip. Never again will I set foot in a Dealership again for repairs. Especially auto land. Nothing but a ripoff. Better luck next time robbers! Mom n pop shops from now on. B careful ppl. They don’t care about u or your car. Just their pockets smh

WOULD NEVWR RECOMMEND THIS DEALER ! Worst experience ever ! I came in to return a lease and they gave me a hard time because I wanted to just return and not release with them. I was so disappointed and disrespected by a guy who calls him self the lease return manager. I then asked to speak to someone higher then him because i wasn’t going to let him speak to me in any way and with an attitude tells me he is the manager and i can’t speak to no one else. I would never recommend this dealership. The worst customer service from sales to sales perspective and i would be sure to let my friends and family as well as others know about my experience here. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

The service department looks nice and the waiting room is good, but youll spend A LOT of time in it even if you have an appointment. Ive had consistently bad experience with the service department. Items not completed, etc. So much so, that Im not using my PREPAID maintenance. Id rather PAY AGAIN SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I brought my vehicle in because of rust bubbles. When I arrived I spoke to Jason the Service Manager I explained to him I have rust on the front quarter panel, he said you have to bring the vehicle back to where you purchased itI know I have 4 months left on my warranty. Jason said no they are all individually owned, which i am still not sure what he was getting at. Its my understanding that a warranty is a warranty and you can bring it to any dealership It shouldnt make a difference where I purchased the vehicle. This is not a an extended, its a factory warranty.He then asked for my VIN and proceeded to ask my why I dont go to xxx dealership where I bought it. I explained you are 2 blocks from my office.Anyway he grabbed his boyfriend who continued to argue with me and finally said we cant handle our own customer cars so im guessing they dont have enough techs or there management of their staff and projects are terrible. At the end of the day, they get paid for warranty work.

This dealership provides the level of service I expect holding off giving them five stars until I get my 2019 Ram 1500 backVery pleased with the service I received this will be dealership for my future service.Update Nov 2019I have a 2019 Ram 1500 I have taken it to the dealer 3 times for the same issue unable to put gas in normally. They are more concerned about where you purchased the vehicle, also they dont seem to really diagnose the problem they are just part changers.I have a DR900S-2CH Camera attached to a Cellink NEO Battery Pack that plugs in to the cigarette lighter verified no power on vehicle turn off but there skilled technician picks that as a reason for a dead battery but I noticed the EVIC Instrument Panel Cluster stayed on before I left for a 5 day trip and mentioned that to them but its just easier to blame the customer.
