If this company could receive 20 stars they would receive them. 1st -Melissa in customer service is top notch and answers emails faster than an elf! She is professional, courteous, and always has an answer to our questions. To the point that she even drew instructions to help us with assembly because we are in our 60s and needed some nurturing. The products we have ordered are total QUALITY - regardless of what other reviews have stated. This is our second order and an expensive one. We couldnt be more satisfied. I own a fine dining restaurant in new York called the Red Osier Landmark Restaurant. Every year I spend alot of money with Christmas done bright and there staff is very helpful and quick to get me anything I need. This is my favorite place and my only place that I use for my Christmas display. I have been to there older Warehouses and its awesome thank you for all your help with my Christmas wonderland!!!

My husband and I own several scenes and lettered signs from Christmas Done Bright. They are all beautiful and we get many compliments on them. However, they dont last very long which is disappointing as you cannot replace burned out bulbs. Several pieces of ours have half, if not all lights burned out. Not good when baby Jesus is not working at all in a manger scene. We dont turn them on in the rain, and they are only on a couple of hours per night in the month of December. After contacting them, we were told at first that they may be able to be fixed with new light strings. We sent in the photos requested of the pieces in question and were told they were not in warranty anymore. They offer a 3 season (basically 90 day) warranty for replacement/repair. After that, your only option is a 25% off discount towards replacing the piece altogether. Not much considering during a sale they give 20% off if youre purchasing something new. Tried to call customer service, only to get a recording telling us to send an email if we wanted to place an order. Its quite an investment to not be able to use after a few seasons. *** side note*** I posted this review on their Facebook page on a visitor post with photos of the pieces that no longer work in hopes of getting a return call about repairing my pieces at my expense. The post has since been deleted by CDB. Save your money and buy elsewhere!!

Lights are nice but don’t last as long as non led , that being said, they have a short warranty on them

Whether its mail-order or at their storefront, the evel of service and the quality of their light fixtures is second to none. Their products have held up well under all sorts of weather conditions over the years.

The best place ever!

Cheap wire frames hold these light strings together. The quality of their products just isnt there. Their warranty is for one season and there is a reason for that. These items are expensive, made in China and just dont last.
