It states on like that they are open till 8pm I get to the store on the door it said there open till 6pm witch is fine because i got there at 4pm and there door is locked and they closed the store early...

With you purchase an will set up everything before you leave the store also the store manager is top notch an just as helpful... An does the same thing as Joe... I love this place an all the guys that work there. They make you fill like family... An I highly recommend the HUM for your vehicle

This was the best experience I have had! I had numerous questions and they were patient with me while answering each question clearly, making sure I understood all of the options. They worked with me to make sure all of my needs were met. I was skeptical to go to the specific place because it had authorized retailer - wireless zone in the name, but I am glad I went because I got better customer service there then I have any where else. Thank you for helping me and for your kindness!! I will definitely return when it is time to upgrade if I am still living in the Springfield area!

I love the employees there.. great attitude and will do everything possible to get you what you want.. Joe was patient and very helpful and made it possible for me to get my dream phone.. there was no pressure or did he try to sell me something I didnt want. He made me feel important like family and not just a sale to him. If u are thinking Verizon go to this location

This store is a complete waste of your time do not go here. Sat here for 30 minutes did not even get a verbal acknowledgement from the personnel working. There were 2 people working and only 1 customer besides us in the store, and the 1 employee say on her phone, and conversed with the other customer about fishing and camping while the other employee worked his issue. Then both employees complained about how poor their internet and ability to do anything in the store was. Do not go to this store as they cant do anything, their words not mine. My sons phone still isnt working and Ive lost about 37 minutes of my life I cant get back! If I could give 0 stars I would.

I dont know what kind of scam they are running here. But we purchased one new phone on 4/5 and they added three new Moto Z3 phones to our account. He did not give me a receipt and he wont return or answer my calls. Your store has been reported to Verizon corporate.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my phone. Not being the most technologically advanced person, and having just run over my phone with my truck, I had serious concerns about my next step. Not only was I given a variety of options, but the service was incredible. All of the information, contacts, pictures, etc. were retrieved from my smashed phone and entered on my new one. He was courteous, friendly,knowledgeable, patient and very skilled in what he did. He made an awful day into a much better day with his service and skills. Thank you!!!

Refused to test my phone gave me the regular 7 when I said atleast the 7 with the big screen Won’t accept return basically told me to kick rocks I got what I got , Wouldn’t recommend
