We used New York Carpet & Rug to install wall-to-wall carpet in two areas of our house. They did excellent work at a reasonable price, so we got a great value. The owner, Hassan, was extremely helpful, courteous, and no-pressure in helping me select the right type of carpet for my needs. The installation was within days of our selection, and the installers worked quickly and efficiently. I absolutely love our new carpet and only wish we had done it sooner. I highly recommend this company.

Installed carpet as part of my renovation and did a great job, even returning a month after the original work to redo a couple of stairs after I finished the LVP installation.Highly recommended!!

I recently purchased a home in Springfield and I chose NY Carpet to replace carpeting solely based on their online reviews. Hassan, the manager/owner helped me and my brother as soon as we walked through the doors. On the day of installation, he came by to make sure the work was being done properly. The quality of the carpeting we chose is great and Hassans customer service was A+. I would highly recommend!

I have owned many different houses in my lifetime and I have used many different stores to renovate them. New York Carpet has absolutely been the best so far. Excellent quality, good prices, great selection and great service.In the past two years they have done the entire carpeting for my house, the main level hardwood floors, remodeled my kitchen and all my bathrooms. The installers did a nice job every time. They were professional and always on time. I like the way the owner, Mr Hassan manages his business, he seems to be on top of everything. Mr. Hassan is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and detail oriented.
