I like that I can get custom mats and also get them serged for a good price in a decent amount of time. Usually it takes 2 weeks.

I have used James flooring for years. I have recommended there to others. Lately the customer service is disappointing. This install just had more seam issues. When I called a few weeks ago, they didnt tell me I need to pay for the fix. I gòogled how to fix it and can do it myself.

Brandon is always so helpful and patient. He makes great suggestions and helps find ways to save you money by suggesting remnants or showing options at a variety of price points. James also does all their own installation and the service is quick.

Update: 6/26/2018My issues have been resolved. After over 3 months later, they came back a fixed the issues with the carpet seams. A claim was made to their business insurance and I have been compensated for the damage done to my hardwood floors. I will be having another flooring company rip up a replace the damaged floor.04/13/2018This place is terrible! I had a date to install carpet and the installers showed up, tore all the old carpet up, and told me that the roof was leaking and they couldnt install it until the leak was fixed. I had a roofer look at it and there was no leak at all. I called James Flooring back to schedule the install. They told me they would be at my house at 9:30 - 10 am. I got a call saying they were running behind and would be at my house at noon. They show up a little before 1 AM. About 2 hours into the job they told me that they would not be able to finish on that day and they would have to come back tomorrow. After they left, I found they had screwed up one of my closet doors. A large chunk of wood was missing. The door can not be reinstalled and will have to be replaced. They also scratched up my my hardwood floor moving furniture. I had to pay extra for them to move it. They also left black hand prints on my daughters white closet door. I have tried to work this out with the company and I was accused of sending there installers away and I should have let them install carpet in the rooms where they said there was a leak. All I wanted was them to install the carpet correctly and fix the stuff they broke. I guess that is too much to ask.

We have used James Flooring twice before with good results and this was why we came back, but this time was a completely different experience. The day that they were to come to our home, we had moved everything out of the rooms into surrounding rooms and outside, but they never showed up or called. Finally about a half hour after our scheduled appointment, we called and were told that they would be leaving the store soon. An hour went by, we called back only to be told that the installer never came to work and they werent sure they could get anyone else. At 5pm that afternoon, after I was already making frantic calls for replacement service, they called and said they could come the next day. I had to work the next day, so we had to reschedule for Friday which meant all of our things were left elsewhere for two more days. On Friday, they arrived an hour early. We had barely gotten out of bed as I had worked the night before. Several of the workmen also complained about the smell of our home which is an older home with multiple problems that we are trying to fix. They left doors and windows wide open without screens stating, we had to get some air. We even found two getting air while taking a smoke break in their truck. The work was good, but the level of professionalism was so poor, I will never use this company again. They really should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves, but I didnt get the feeling they were.

Roger and Brandon have always been great to work with. Prices are great and they give you honest opinions.

Great customer service! They were very patient as we decided on the type of flooring to select. The installers were personable, friendly, and communicated with us throughout the entire job.
